Nami Hotel & Suites

Great location, friendly stuff.  Nice pools.  So so for the breakfast and dinner, coffee is not tasty- but that’s almost all over Crete :) the cold water are a bit salty.  Room was not enough clean when we entered, some remains in toilet and shower.  They clean the room only once in 2 days, and the cleaners don’t care enough for making it enough clean.  We really liked the room next to the back pool, but before that we got room next to central pool which was very uncomfortable, old bathroom and very noisy (we heard everybody walking up and down the stairs starting 6:30am.  The stuff is quit friendly usually, but over-busy.

Just back from a week at nami. Its in a fab location a short walk from the beach, bars and restaurants.Our Room was on a ground floor room which was a nice room but we had to keep the curtains constantly shut as it was right by the pool and no privacy. My parents room was third floor and quite dated. The shower is hung half way up the wall. My parents shower had no hook at all. Making showering difficult. Our room also had no bin except the bathroom one for the toilet paper. Kettle provided but no tea or coffee. Not usual for a 4 star. Food i struggled with, there was porridge one day that was nice. One 4 slice toaster for everyone that takes ages. Evening meals not great. Only saving grace was blanche she works so hard on her own and is so friendly shes a credit to the hotel. The barman also very nice.tge courtyard to eat in is very pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and really enjoyed our holiday! ❤️ The hotel is cozy, clean and very comfortable for a relaxing vacation. Our room was spacious, spotless and had everything we needed. We especially liked the hotel’s atmosphere and the well-maintained surroundings. The sea is also very close, which was a big plus for us. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. We really appreciated their kind and attentive attitude towards guests. We also had half board and were very happy with the food. Everything was fresh, tasty and there was a good variety of dishes. The location is excellent — close to the sea, shops, restaurants and everything you might need, while the hotel itself has a lovely, peaceful atmosphere. Thank you for a lovely stay! We would be happy to come back again. 🇬🇷❤️

Just finished a fantastic week at Hotel Nami , we booked a superior room, bed and breakfast... The Hotel was nice and quiet, with one main pool and 3 plunge type pools. Rooms are fairly basic, which is what we have always found in the Greek islands, but we had everything we needed , including a coffee machine & Kettle , our room was on the first floor at the rear of the hotel. We found breakfast was very good , with plenty of different options. Staff are all super friendly , and always there to help . Location is brilliant with the beach being only 50m away, and access to many bars and restaurants, also several car and bike hire outlets, If hiring a car the Nami does have a free carpark for over night parking... Point to note , access from & to the bus drop off areas do have steep steps , so not so good if you have mobility issues Overall we found it value for money

Upon checking in we were placed in a room overlooking an allotment with hen's running around. That wasn't the room we paid for so we contacted Jet2 who quickly rectified the problem. The room had a shared balcony with little privacy. The room was full of mosquitoes and we were bitten to bits. I'm not quite sure how it's rated 4* . The food is not good in my opinion. Breakfast is very poor and evening meal isn't much better either. We ate out most of the time just to get a decent meal. The hotel is in good location, been a mere 50 metres from the beach front, saying that I definitely wouldn't stay there again. Staff are very friendly. I don't believe it's good value for money, definitely overrated and over priced. Finally, the transfer drop off point in on the roadside of a major carriageway before making your way down some steep steps to the hotel. Not ideal for anyone who has a disability.

Nami Hotel has such a lovely, welcoming feel. Everything feels warm and comfortable, and the staff really seem to care about making guests feel at home. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy your time, and feel genuinely looked after.

Just returned from our stay at Nami Hotel & Suites. It’s a small, family‑run place, and while most of the team were fantastic, I did find the owner quite grumpy and never saw her smile. In contrast, the rest of the staff were brilliant. Kosta was especially friendly and chatty, always making time for guests, and Blanche was an absolute superstar — constantly smiling, always up for a chat, and never stopped working. The location is excellent, only about a 30‑second walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants. When we arrived, we were shown to our room, which was very dated, and unfortunately the toilet leaked for two days. Eventually, I spoke to the hotel manager, Manos — a lovely guy — who arranged a different room for us. We did have to pay for the upgrade, but it wasn’t a problem, and the new room was beautiful. The biggest disappointment was the food. Both breakfast and the evening meal were not very good, and several other guests shared the same opinion. Overall, it’s a fantastic place with great staff and a perfect location. Would I stay again? Yes — but only if the food improves

The hotel has a great location and convenient parking. There are many different restaurants nearby. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help with any issues or requests. We were lucky to get a nicely renovated family suite room. The hotel’s interior areas are beautifully decorated during both the day and evening, with lovely lighting decorations. Some improvements could still be made to the food, but overall we had a very good impression of our holiday here.

Just returned from our stay in nami suites. The hotel is small family run with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The food is very good quality and the rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. I would like to add my sincere thanks and gratitude to the manger and his staff for taking good care of me relating to a health issue I had at the time. He followed me to the hospital to inquire about my wellbeing, which was an unbelievable gesture, thank you again. My i finish my review by saying I will return to know i am in safe hands here.
