Our stay at Selected Suite was simply perfect! The location is amazing, and the room itself is unbelievable, everything brand new, with stunning design and incredible comfort. The space is large, with a beautiful terrace, a huge shower, and modern detail, the steam room was a big bonus after a long day.  Honestly, the decoration is so impressive I could happily live here. Everything was spotless every single day, it’s honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. I felt so comfortable that I never wanted to leave. The team even prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for my partner, which made our stay extra special. Parking was very easy, the reception is available at all times and always helpful, and the cleaning ladies are just fantastic, smiling, kind, and doing an excellent job. A very special thank you to Ayu, who was absolutely adorable and made our stay unforgettable with her kindness and warmth. I recommend this place 100%! I cannot wait to come back. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single thing to improve everything was truly perfect.

The apartment was a 15-minute walk from the main city centre, the Old Venetian Harbour, the mosque, the lighthouse, cafes, and restaurants. It was also a 7–10-minute walk from Chania Central Bus Station. The rooms were a good size, and the bed mattresses were comfortable. The open-plan kitchen and living room were spacious and well-equipped. What I really liked about the apartment was the washing machine, microwave, and clothes drying rack on the balcony. Anna was very kind and helpful. She assisted us during check-in and whenever we had any other issues. We also had a nice chat about tours. The only things missing were toothbrushes and slippers. The apartment was cleaned every three days. Overall, it was a clean and comfortable apartment.

Fabulous experience at this hotel. Impeccable service throughout my 4 days here, and the room was spacious and lovely ! Breakfast was filling , everything was amazing. Wished I could stay a few more days here. Will definitely come back if I visit Crete

Her şey mükemmeldi. Misafirperverlik, güler yüz kahvaltı, temizlik, lokasyon on numaraydı. Kendimi evimde hissettim. Otel çok şık döşenmişti ve bana hissetmek istediğim duyguyu verdi. Her detay özenle düşünülmüştü. eşsiz Eva’ya her şey için sonsuz teşekkürler 😘

La habitación era perfecta exactamente como se esperaba. Vinimos por coche y Christina fue muy útil. Ella nos explicó dónde podemos estacionar. La habitación era muy agradable. Me gustaba realmente cómo cambiaron esos pequeños lugares a habitaciones muy agradables y acogedoras. El desayuno era bueno. La gente está muy bienvenida en la ubicación es perfecta. Es como unos pocos pasos al puerto principal.

I normally don't do this but this hotel is so impressive, absolutely one of the best in the area with great service. Bathroom in the petite room is real petite but you can choose to see it as bring cozy. We had a lovely stay and will definitely come back when next we're in town. Highly recommend.

Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was good, we got a free upgrade, which moved us to another one of their other hotels (Corissia Princess Hotel) which was nice. Housekeeping could have been more thorough, we left the towels on the bathroom floor and they were not replaced. They also did not replenish tea bags. However reception is quick to rectify. Hot water went out one of the days which was annoying but maintenance was quick to fix it. Pools, beach chairs, private beach area looked great, however we did not get the chance to use them as the weather was not great and the indoor pool closed around 7pm. Breakfast was good and the location was nice (not connected to hotel)

Hotel was nice and all, location is great, however: - The walls are paper thin, you will hear literally everything going on next door and above, and if there is any sort of festival outside going on, good luck sleeping! - There is a vallet service as the parking lot is small, and the staff takes your car to a nearby lot if required. Staff scratched my rental car's driver side door during my trip, and although I had no issue as I had insurance, I did not get as much as an apology, even after they checked the security cameras and saw the car came in without damages.

Room was very clean and spacious. The facilities are modern and the pool overlooking the sea is amazing with stunning views. The hotel is a little out of town which is great to avoid the hustle and bustle but does require a taxi or a short walk from the end of the bus line. We would stay here again.

Great location, great rooms great stuff, Nice bar and bar tenders  Awesome pools (2!) Great beach.  They switched us a room after air conditioning wasn’t working at all.  Stream in shower is too low.  Suggestion: the sun-beds could have been free…
