Fabulous experience at this hotel. Impeccable service throughout my 4 days here, and the room was spacious and lovely ! Breakfast was filling , everything was amazing. Wished I could stay a few more days here. Will definitely come back if I visit Crete

Every hotel staff was smiley, friendly and helpful. We received welcome snacks snd message in the room. The room was modern with air condition, high ceiling and nice amenities. Breakfast was buffet-style as and adequate. Location is very close to many shops and restaurants but without the noise. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage at their spa. Enhancement areas suggested for Room 11: shower door does not close; the queen bed was two separate single beds put together instead of one mattress, and with separate bedcover sheets instead of one queen sized bedcover sheet; a kettle would have been useful.

The hotel has a beautiful natural sea view and a very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, and both the water pressure and air conditioning were excellent. The dinner restaurant was also very good, although quite expensive. Special thanks to the breakfast staff member in a blue shirt and dark grey trousers. He seemed serious at first but was very attentive. He remembered that we ordered omelets the day before and asked if we wanted them again the next morning, which was a lovely detail. However, my biggest disappointment was also the breakfast service. Coffee and juice are served by staff, and several times they refilled drinks for guests right next to me without asking me. After this happened repeatedly, I genuinely felt overlooked. More consistent service would make a big difference. The pillows were initially too high, but the staff quickly replaced them after we mentioned it. Soundproofing could be better, as we could hear running water and the refrigerator at night. We appreciated the late check-out, but our key stopped working at 11 a.m. After returning from swimming, we had to wait 10–15 minutes at reception while still wet to reactivate it. Unfortunately, it still didn’t work, so we had to return to reception again. Overall, the view, environment and food were great, but breakfast service consistency, front desk efficiency and soundproofing could be improved. er.

This hotel was perfect on all aspects, the room was amazing, big very clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony and the swimming pool was brilliant! I really enjoyed the spa and the interior pool as well. The restaurant of the hotel was perfect too, the food was really good. But most importantly, the staff of the hotel was highly professional and the nicest people! All of them were very good to us and treated us so well. I include everyone in the staff including the cleaning lady who was so lovely too. All in all this might have been my best holiday in a very long time if not ever. I highly recommend this hotel! Big thank you to everyone at Lagon life spirit boutique hotel, you’ve made our stay so perfect!

So so.

Good Breakfast. Very clean. But I wouldn’t stay again. Everything is charged extra. Did not use the spa

Beautiful newly renovated hotel with a modern and relaxing atmosphere. The new team is doing an amazing job, everything was very well organized and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, the food was excellent, and all the staff were wonderful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mara, who was especially helpful and made our experience even better. We would definitely come back!
