Fabulous experience at this hotel. Impeccable service throughout my 4 days here, and the room was spacious and lovely ! Breakfast was filling , everything was amazing. Wished I could stay a few more days here. Will definitely come back if I visit Crete

Every hotel staff was smiley, friendly and helpful. We received welcome snacks snd message in the room. The room was modern with air condition, high ceiling and nice amenities. Breakfast was buffet-style as and adequate. Location is very close to many shops and restaurants but without the noise. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage at their spa. Enhancement areas suggested for Room 11: shower door does not close; the queen bed was two separate single beds put together instead of one mattress, and with separate bedcover sheets instead of one queen sized bedcover sheet; a kettle would have been useful.

整體來説，這是一家擁有非常漂亮海景和舒適度假環境的酒店，有不少讓我喜歡的地方，但服務的一致性和一些細節還有提升空間。 酒店最大的優勢無疑是天然海景，景色真的很漂亮，整體環境也很舒服，很適合放鬆度假。工作人員整體態度禮貌，也願意協助客人的需求。 早餐是我很喜歡的部分之一，食物好吃、新鮮，整體品質不錯。特別想稱讚一位穿藍色襯衫、灰黑色褲子的服務人員。他看起來比較嚴肅，但實際上服務非常細心。他記得我們前一天點過歐姆蛋，第二天看到我們時還主動詢問是不是也要歐姆蛋。雖然衹是一個小細節，但能夠記得客人前一天的喜好，讓人感覺非常貼心。 不過，**這次住宿最讓我不滿意的地方也是早餐服務。**果汁和咖啡都需要由服務人員提供，並不是自助。好幾次工作人員會主動幫坐在我旁邊的客人倒飲料或續杯，卻沒有詢問我是否也需要。一次可能不會特別在意，但連續發生幾次之後，真的會產生一種被忽略的感覺。尤其與那位非常細心的服務人員相比，更能感受到不同員工之間服務品質的落差。我認為酒店在服務的主動性和一致性方面還有比較大的提升空間。 酒店的晚餐餐廳也值得肯定，食物很好吃，品質不錯，不過整體價格偏高。 房間方面，水壓非常充足，洗澡很舒服，空調也很給力。原本房間的枕頭對我來説太高，但第二天向工作人員反映後，很快就幫忙更換了更合適的枕頭，這一點處理得很好。 比較可惜的是房間隔音一般。晚上會比較明顯地聽到水流聲，以及冰箱運作的聲音，在安靜的時候尤其明顯。如果對聲音比較敏感，可能會影響睡眠。 另外一個比較影響體驗的是延遲退房當天的房卡問題。酒店願意提供延遲退房，本來是很加分的安排，但房卡還是在上午11點失效了。我們當時剛從海邊游泳回來，全身還是濕的，卻無法進入房間，衹能去前台處理。續卡大約等了10–15分鐘，拿到之後回到房間，結果還是無法開門，衹能濕着身體再次返回前台。這整個過程確實比較折騰，也讓人覺得前台處理問題的效率還有提升空間。 總體而言，我很喜歡這裏漂亮的海景和環境，早餐新鮮好吃，晚餐餐廳的食物也不錯，房間的水壓和空調錶現很好，而且也遇到了非常細心、讓人印象深刻的工作人員。**最大的扣分點還是早餐時多次被忽略的感覺，其次是房卡處理效率和房間隔音。**如果酒店能夠讓不同員工之間的服務更加主動和一致，我覺得整體住宿體驗會提升很多。 The hotel has a beautiful natural sea view and a very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, and both the water pressure and air conditioning were excellent. The dinner restaurant was also very good, although quite expensive. Special thanks to the breakfast staff member in a blue shirt and dark grey trousers. He seemed serious at first but was very attentive. He remembered that we ordered omelets the day before and asked if we wanted them again the next morning, which was a lovely detail. However, my biggest disappointment was also the breakfast service. Coffee and juice are served by staff, and several times they refilled drinks for guests right next to me without asking me. After this happened repeatedly, I genuinely felt overlooked. More consistent service would make a big difference. The pillows were initially too high, but the staff quickly replaced them after we mentioned it. Soundproofing could be better, as we could hear running water and the refrigerator at night. We appreciated the late check-out, but our key stopped working at 11 a.m. After returning from swimming, we had to wait 10–15 minutes at reception while still wet to reactivate it. Unfortunately, it still didn’t work, so we had to return to reception again. Overall, the view, environment and food were great, but breakfast service consistency, front desk efficiency and soundproofing could be improved. er.

This hotel was perfect on all aspects, the room was amazing, big very clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony and the swimming pool was brilliant! I really enjoyed the spa and the interior pool as well. The restaurant of the hotel was perfect too, the food was really good. But most importantly, the staff of the hotel was highly professional and the nicest people! All of them were very good to us and treated us so well. I include everyone in the staff including the cleaning lady who was so lovely too. All in all this might have been my best holiday in a very long time if not ever. I highly recommend this hotel! La habitación era espaciosa y el hotel era muy limpio y muy cómodo. Todo se sentía nuevo y el servicio era realmente 5 estrellas. Se nos sorprendió felizmente saber que la piscina interior es realmente un jacuzzi gigante. Personal sehr bemüht, waren 3 nächte im April - für Pool und Meer zu kalt, in wenigen Minuten ist man im ”Zentrum” - einige Lokale und Supermärkte - war für uns eher Basis für Ausflüge Im SPA Bereich wird grad ein indoor pool gebaut, wenn man den nutzen darf - wär toll für nebensaison Frühstück ausgezeichnet, Parkplätze vorhanden.

Superbe hôtel ! Moderne et service très agréable dès votre arrivée à la réception. Très bon petit déjeuner! Varié et de qualité avec un service à table pour la partie cafétérie. Jus d’orange frais( c’est rare pour le signaler) Le buffet du soir est trop chère pour ce que sais si je devais trouver un défaut.

The spa - hamam, sauna and indoor pool (1m deep though?!) is the hotel’s best feature. There is no beach access though, so I went to Nea Hora and Golden beach. Rooms - too small, lack of storage space, complex buttons and unnecessarily complicated console. It was quiet even though I was given a 2nd floor room. The overall signage in the hotel is confusing too. Beds and pillows - huge and comfy. Food - excellent. Massage decent. Toiletries good. Only frontal views are of the sea, but cost 10x more! Otherwise - trash can views!😤 A la carte breakfast - too slow, you eat less, always a misunderstanding… and after you order they take away the menu… Rooftop pool - a scam! Sunbeds always occcupied and need to be booked to see the sunset 🙄 there is another rooftop on 7th floor but after 10min you want to leave, because there are no showers, a pool, toilet or a bar… Staff is young, fakely polite, too slow and not very responsive - obviously trained for certain types of guests (culturally unexperienced). So even to get a locker in the spa you had to wait to be explained how to unlock it (and pass a test?!), even though there are two people at the reception desk. My coffee capsules, sweetener, and teas were not replaced the following morning during the housekeeping visit and a used glass was not washed. The balcony pool is tiny and got a lot of fluff from the street, plus I didn’t feel comfortable using it with it being visible from the street and building right across the street. I was also called at 21:30 (I was asleep?!) to check whether I was satisfied with a complimentary 30min massage (due to the poor room view)… 🤷🏼♀️ I understand that it is a new hotel and they are trying their best but I also paid 800+€ for two nights and was frustrated during 50% of my stay… 😒 I attended a high school for tourism and hospitality, worked as a masseuse, also and worked in 5-* hotels Chania 30 years ago, but stayed in a multitude of 4-5 star hotels worldwide since. Especially in Asia where the service is top notch. Therefore, all of this is not acceptable for such a high price. Yes, the welcome drink is nice, and so is the complimentary massage, but you should do better, Hilton!

Great all-inclusive hotel for families: food and drinks are very good, 3 large pools, fun evenings, only 10 minute walk to beautiful beach, bus stop nearby, large parking. We had a wonderful time there!

Beautiful newly renovated hotel with a modern and relaxing atmosphere. The new team is doing an amazing job, everything was very well organized and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, the food was excellent, and all the staff were wonderful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mara, who was especially helpful and made our experience even better. We would definitely come back!
