Our stay at Selected Suite was simply perfect! The location is amazing, and the room itself is unbelievable, everything brand new, with stunning design and incredible comfort. The space is large, with a beautiful terrace, a huge shower, and modern detail, the steam room was a big bonus after a long day.  Honestly, the decoration is so impressive I could happily live here. Everything was spotless every single day, it’s honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. I felt so comfortable that I never wanted to leave. The team even prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for my partner, which made our stay extra special. Parking was very easy, the reception is available at all times and always helpful, and the cleaning ladies are just fantastic, smiling, kind, and doing an excellent job. A very special thank you to Ayu, who was absolutely adorable and made our stay unforgettable with her kindness and warmth. I recommend this place 100%! I cannot wait to come back. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single thing to improve everything was truly perfect.

This was one of many hotels we looked at but after so many positive reviews about the hotel and the staff it was a no brainer to book and we weren’t disappointed. The staff go out of their way to help you always with a friendly smile. The hotel is clean and adults only makes it a bonus. It’s a 10 second walk from the beach front. The beach is a cove never over crowded and the water is crystal clear and shallow for a long way. Plenty of little shops and places to eat out in this little village. Breakfast in the hotel was good, tasty. Not spoilt for choice but plenty for whatever your tastes. Pool area is great always get a bed. But we mostly went to the beach. There’s a car hire place nearby and a trip to Chania Old Town is an absolute must do. Would come back here again for sure and to this lovely hotel. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely stunning place in a perfect location just a short stroll along the sea front to the historic old town of Chania and the Venetian Harbour. In the other direction an even shorter stroll to the harbour and Nea Chora beach - which has a ton of bars shops and restaurants. Property is directly on the seafront in a real tranquil location - with a beautiful pool and incredible sea views everywhere you stood. The staff were fantastic and even contacted me on WhatsApp prior to my stay to arrange my check in. Had my room ready early - which was fabulous. I was incredibly lucky to have a suite with a hot tub right on the sea front - beautifully decorated, fresh, clean and the views from the balcony were incredible. I believe breakfast is included for all guests, which was lovely with a wide variety of hot and cold food drinks and pastries. The only criticism is of myself that I didn’t stay longer. I would come back in a heartbeat!

La ubicación del hotel es definitivamente muy buena y un punto más. Nos recibimos amablemente y la señora en el bar nos dio una bebida de bienvenida. El hotel parece bastante de alta calidad en la entrada y se siente bien levantado. Diría que no tiene nivel 5-Sterne, pero así es el 3, 5-4 absoluto. La habitación que habíamos recibido no tenía ventanas (en la descripción estaba una). No hay problema para nosotros. Nuestra mayor crítica es porque no había puerta en la ducha porque se le quitó. Por desgracia, no se pudo duchar bien sin inyectar agua al exterior. Cuando nos dimos cuenta de la recepción, lamentablemente, sólo había un ”no sabíamos” y prefierían llamar al teléfono y dejar que el invitado se quedara. ¿Quién quiere saber si no el hotel, por desgracia lejos del servicio 5-Sterne. Esperamos una pequeña disculpa y que se aborde el problema. Me siento realmente lamentable que se obtenga tanto dinero y luego se obtenga una habitación que no sea conforme a la norma y que no sea en realidad el nivel deseado para ser donado a los huéspedes. Afortunadamente, pasamos aquí sólo un día y pasamos la semana en un hotel adecuado 5-Sterne. Realmente sólo puedo dar estrellas en cualquier lugar 3/5.

This hotel was perfect on all aspects, the room was amazing, big very clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony and the swimming pool was brilliant! I really enjoyed the spa and the interior pool as well. The restaurant of the hotel was perfect too, the food was really good. But most importantly, the staff of the hotel was highly professional and the nicest people! All of them were very good to us and treated us so well. I include everyone in the staff including the cleaning lady who was so lovely too. All in all this might have been my best holiday in a very long time if not ever. I highly recommend this hotel! The spa - hamam, sauna and indoor pool (1m deep though?!) is the hotel’s best feature. There is no beach access though, so I went to Nea Hora and Golden beach. Rooms - too small, lack of storage space, complex buttons and unnecessarily complicated console. It was quiet even though I was given a 2nd floor room. The overall signage in the hotel is confusing too. Beds and pillows - huge and comfy. Food - excellent. Massage decent. Toiletries good. Only frontal views are of the sea, but cost 10x more! Otherwise - trash can views!😤 A la carte breakfast - too slow, you eat less, always a misunderstanding… and after you order they take away the menu… Rooftop pool - a scam! Sunbeds always occcupied and need to be booked to see the sunset 🙄 there is another rooftop on 7th floor but after 10min you want to leave, because there are no showers, a pool, toilet or a bar… Staff is young, fakely polite, too slow and not very responsive - obviously trained for certain types of guests (culturally unexperienced). So even to get a locker in the spa you had to wait to be explained how to unlock it (and pass a test?!), even though there are two people at the reception desk. My coffee capsules, sweetener, and teas were not replaced the following morning during the housekeeping visit and a used glass was not washed. The balcony pool is tiny and got a lot of fluff from the street, plus I didn’t feel comfortable using it with it being visible from the street and building right across the street. I was also called at 21:30 (I was asleep?!) to check whether I was satisfied with a complimentary 30min massage (due to the poor room view)… 🤷🏼♀️ I understand that it is a new hotel and they are trying their best but I also paid 800+€ for two nights and was frustrated during 50% of my stay… 😒 I attended a high school for tourism and hospitality, worked as a masseuse, also and worked in 5-* hotels Chania 30 years ago, but stayed in a multitude of 4-5 star hotels worldwide since. Especially in Asia where the service is top notch. Therefore, all of this is not acceptable for such a high price. Yes, the welcome drink is nice, and so is the complimentary massage, but you should do better, Hilton!

We stayed here with my mom for one night, and we were absolutely delighted with this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we knew it was special. The location is perfect—set in a peaceful village, just a one-minute walk to a wide, spacious beach with easy access to the water. The room was spotless, freshly renovated, and even smelled pleasant. We had a large balcony with a table, and everything was so clean that when we wiped the table, there wasn’t even a trace of dust. The attention to detail in the cleaning was truly impressive. The owner was wonderful to meet—so kind, welcoming, and generous. He treated us to fresh fruit and shared many helpful tips about the area, making our stay feel extra personal and warm. Breakfast was another highlight: homemade, delicious, and prepared with so much care. This hotel completely won us over—the location, the atmosphere, the hospitality, everything was perfect. We already dream of coming back and staying longer.

Hoy he vuelto a casa después de pasar una semana increíble en este hotel familiar. Sin duda puedo decir que han sido unas de las mejores vacaciones que he tenido, llenas de gente agradable y un clima griego estupendo. El hotel está situado en un lugar muy conveniente, cerca hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes. Lidl está a solo 5-7 minutos a pie. Al lado del hotel hay una cafetería estupenda. ¡Sigue adelante! Al lado del hotel hay una parada de autobús que te llevará al centro de la ciudad de Chania para dar un agradable paseo y disfrutar de una deliciosa cena. El hotel en sí es de estilo apartamento con una piscina increíble que siempre estaba bien cuidada y limpia. Todos los días las chicas se aseguraban de que nuestra habitación estuviera limpia y tuviéramos toallas nuevas, y hacían composiciones impresionantes con flores y toallas. El director del hotel era muy amable y siempre se ocupaba de forma eficiente de todas nuestras peticiones. El desayuno estaba delicioso y, en general, nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Definitivamente, visita este hotel para sentir la increíble hospitalidad griega.

El hotel es muy bueno, el entorno es bonito, tiene su propia playa, escucha el mar en la playa, y el camarote da agua, es muy agradable. El servicio es bueno, veamos que somos cuatro personas que se quedan, nos da una cama añadida, y también se ponían los zapatos en el maíz, es muy prudente.

Très belle expérience, l’accueil a été parfait, les chambres se trouvent à 2-3min de la réception j’ai été accompagné jusqu’à ma chambre. Le Monsieur de l’accueil a même proposé de porter ma valise la chambre n’est pas de toute jeunesse mais elle est très grande et joliment décoré. La salle de bain est un peu humide mais très bien équipé, il y’a même un bidet. La chambre à la climatisation qui fonctionne au top et un déshumidificateur d’air. Les prises sont en suffisance et à des endroits stratégiques. Les frigos ne refroidit pas bien mais c’est un détails. Le petit déjeuner est correct et avec des produit locaux et les serveuses sont vraiment gentilles et serviable. Le plus c’est très clairement l’accueil et le personnel les gens sont absolument adorable, à l’écoute, on m’a recommandé les restaurant alentour à privilégier et ceux à éviter et l’emplacement est top la rue est calme mais à proximité de tout!
