UUsuario invitadoI thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chestnuts Boutique B&B! I was able to park up my car at the front of the establishment and walk around Bath for the rest of my visit! Attractions and places of interest were around a 15 minute walk away- which is fantastic!
The host was so helpful and attentive.
My room was clean and comfortable! I had access to plenty of wardrobe space,a TV with Netflix, a fridge, kettle and a well stocked box of tea treats (& fresh cakes too!)
Breakfast was gorgeous and fresh. There were plenty of local leaflets available to read about local events and attractions too.

UUsuario invitadoWonderful setting and decor. Clean, comfortable bed. Would be good to add a smaller shower with the rain shower as it was difficult to have a shower without a shower cap
Helpful and attentive staff.
Good breakfast except they had obviously ran out of fresh mushrooms and replaced them with tinned, would have been better if they had asked if they can replace with something else and they were left untouched

UUsuario invitadoPerfect spot for exploring Bath, very central and easy to walk to the station, shops and attractions. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything we needed, and felt secure in the lovely courtyard. We extended our stay as we felt so at home there. There looked to be a secure left luggage store which we may have used if we’d seen it earlier. Would be useful to have info about this in the apartment info pack.
There is some noise from the street for apartment 7, partly from early deliveries to Thermae Spa which is directly opposite, and also from people wandering through the echoey passageways at night. We got used to it by the end of our stay, but light sleepers might prefer one of the inward facing apartments.

UUsuario invitadoSolo puedo recomendar The Kennard Hotel. Tanto la atención como la calidad del servicio son espectaculares. No es fácil encontrar un alojamiento que reúna todos los requisitos y este alojamiento cubre todas las expectativas con creces. Si vuelvo a Bath ese alojamiento será mi elección. Felicidades por la profesionalidad y la amabilidad del personal que ha sido excelente y han colaborado en una inolvidable experiencia en Bath.

JJonesRickyI would like to thank the staff for everything they had done for me and my wife after I mad a awful mistake that is to embarrassing to go into ... all I can say is they literally made sure I was not going to be let down and time ruined by going above and beyond anything they needed to do to make my stay a beautiful one after my error ......the food was lovely and also everything was as it was in the pictures if not better something to see for yourself should you go ahead and book a stay .......

The bed was cozy. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Loved the stay overall and would definitely visit them again if I come back to Bath.

El único inconveniente es que debes estar completamente acostumbrado a la comunicación online y la comunicación debe ser oportuna. UUsuario invitadoThe hotel all in all is very good. Clean, polite staff and location is perfect.
Parking will have to be in the public parking around the corner which is about £20 for a day.
Online it said the hotel offers halal food but once we got there they said they aren't sure they do it.
The staff also informed us that we wouldn't be able to eat at the restaurant that day because they were booked for a function, but we feel this should've been communicated beforehand by email etc.
Other than this I think this hotel is the best in the area and is very classy and welcoming.

UUsuario invitadoPositive - excellent receptionist (Vipin) and without his help I would probably have check out early. Has parking. Reasonable location and access to the central Bath. Has a electric kettle and a package of cookies.
No tan positivos - En la necesidad de desesperadamente mejora, creciendo pisos, lavado fuera del baño. No es para los viajeros relacionados con el trabajo, ya que no puedes usar un hierro sin desmontar el interruptor principal del edificio y una vez que esto ocurra no hay recepción activa 24 horas. El monitor de ordenador pequeño se utiliza como un televisor de cambio que tienes que sacar de un armario. No hay agua potable en la habitación. Valor por dinero no hay tantos mejores lugares disponibles al mismo precio o menor.
