St Catherine's Hospital - Curated Property

Perfect spot for exploring Bath, very central and easy to walk to the station, shops and attractions. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything we needed, and felt secure in the lovely courtyard. We extended our stay as we felt so at home there. There looked to be a secure left luggage store which we may have used if we’d seen it earlier. Would be useful to have info about this in the apartment info pack. There is some noise from the street for apartment 7, partly from early deliveries to Thermae Spa which is directly opposite, and also from people wandering through the echoey passageways at night. We got used to it by the end of our stay, but light sleepers might prefer one of the inward facing apartments.

Beautiful boutique Apart Hotel. The room had everything I needed. They take care of every single detail. Location is the best just a few steps from the Roman Baths. Fully recommended!

Great little apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Very clean and a great comfy king size bed. For an apartment in the centre of Bath it was very quiet yet near all the great bars and restaurants. Great location. Will definitely return for a longer stay here. Cannot fault it.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with cleaning bits, which was handy, plus some tea, coffee and biscuits which was nice. The shower was good with lovely hot water. We did find the bedroom a little on the warm side which could be a problem if it gets hotter in the coming months. There was a fan but it was very noisy. The best thing about the property is the location. A few steps and you are in the city centre. Great base for exploring the city.

Excellent location. rooms faultless. lots of extras, eg soap shampoo etc. mattress too firm for wife, fine for me. would go again. Nice courtyard to sit in if weather permits, super warm rooms, shower excellent, communication on point. two mins walk to Bathes.

3 night stay .centrally located for everything you need to do in Bath .the weather was perfect so we did outdoor walks & explored the parks & crescent etc . The apartment was well equipped & comfortable . The only issue was the that there were no bedside lamps . App a previous occupant had broken the cord pulls . The management were aware & had reported it to maintenance but had not placed any temporary bedside lamps in the apartment .. not good to have to jump out to switch off the main light . On the second night we were given a stand lamp to put on the corner . Would def stay again despite this ..

Poorly maintained facilities. Good location but poor customer service and poorly maintained facilities. Reception via remote telephone and ipad system and not answered to enable us to complain. Shower door broken and hanging off hinge and so does not close properly. Shower not clean. Shower control stud missing on handle and therefore difficult to turn on/off. Shower corner corroded and dirty. TV control did not work in lounge. Austere and dark lounge not at all like the photos. Lounge window next to bin store and people looking in. Blind on door fitted to frame and not on door so has to be would up each time you use the front door to apartment and so when bedroom door open no privacy. Check in on ipad cumbersome and screen difficult to read and could not be used to check out. I have added pictures to my review so you can see the issues above.
