Absolutely amazing place! Gym was very well equipped, 2 rooms. The breakfast was superb as well, many kinds of pastries, snacks, main foods, good coffee, western and asian. Andy and another reception girl were beyond amazing and helped us so much during our stay. Everyone went above and beyond, it was really amazing. Won't stay at any other hotel when in Yangzhou.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of popular streets, with supermarkets, local shops, and eateries lining both sides of the road. However, due to the hotel’s layout, there are quite a number of turns and corridors to navigate, depending on where your room is situated. As we had to catch an early train, we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture from the concierge, who provided us with some light snacks and a Chinese papercut art souvenir early in the morning.

Hotel is on Pishi Street, iconic cobbled stones street that is for shopping and photo taking. Hotel staff called the day before checking in, and pulled us into a wechat group that tells us the landmark to take car to, what to do if we drive, and some recommendations for food if we need. They also ask if we have a ETA so that they know and are ready for us. When we reached, their staff brought me to my room, helped me carry my box luggage up to the 2nd floor of the side alley. He helped me set up the aircon (it was originally set to heater mode) and also set up wifi. There is water provided in the fridge at lobby. Apparently the lobby will be locked after 10.30pm and have to access from small side glass door by keycard. Cute and furry cats in the lobby. They provided fruits on the 1st day of stay. Place is convenient and very clean. They provided facial products and even eye masks. Very well put together place and totally justify the price you pay. We just have to wechat them and they will immediately respond. Upon check out, the girl at the counter helped me bring down my heavy luggage again. I had some issues with the lock of the door the 2nd day and they immediately rectified it, and also switched me to a next door room. Thank you to the young chap and young girl at lobby for all the helpful help. Thank you for the lovely stay. Will recommend u to friends if they ask for recs.

I've stayed at many hotels due to frequent business trips, but this hotel is definitely the best. Among the reception staff, Tian Tiantu and Changchang were particularly kind. I have an appointment in a place where it's burdensome to walk because I have an appointment. I asked for a taxi, but they personally transported me to the hotel vehicle so I could travel to the location for free. There are also some where you can have a simple meal late in the evening, and in my experience, breakfast is more diverse than hotels of similar size. It wasn't the kindness of one staff member, but all the employees were good. Even when I checked out and left the hotel, they picked me up to the train station. They also packed a gift containing Yangzhou specialties. Next time I go on a business trip to the same area, I will definitely use this hotel. I would like to thank all the hotel staff who helped me during my stay.

Stayed in several hotels for my 2-week China trip in Nov, & I must say we all felt this was the most value for money & favourite hotel. 😊 The only thing to nitpick about is probably because its location is not that near to the main tourist area, which meant we often had to book didi to visit places like Dongguan Street/ Slender West Lake etc. But it also meant the environment was quiet and less rowdy for a peaceful stay. Got a free room upgrade & I love how spacious & comfortable it is. Pleasant surprise to see drip coffee bags provided in the room, which is rare for China hotels. Room was also kept clean at all times. My friend also made use of the free laundry service here. Overall, a very pleasant stay here for 2 nights!

酒店整體服務非常好，辦理入住非常迅速，並且也送了揚州特產揚大酸奶作為歡迎禮品，非常貼心🎉房間整體非乾淨，設施設備還是非常不錯的，整體非常新，空間也足夠大，入住體驗非常好👍附近吃飯非常方便，走路大概10分鐘就有大學城夜市，本地特色菜也好有，選的非常多，有小攤子也有本地的餐飲店，各個檔次都有，最重要的是打車去高鐵站很方便，很容易叫車。如果對定位不熟悉的話可以讓前台幫忙叫車，這樣叫車會快一些，前台的工作人員都非常熱情，非常願意幫忙，非常推薦入住👍

Fantastic cultural and historical hotel! It is like staying inside a museum or a movie set with several courtyards, gardens and tea houses to ourselves, and still with the practical placement in and around the famous pedestrian street. The room had an own courtyard, and a shared front room and in traditional style. Comfortable beds and yet some wear and older features, its nothing to complain about for the price and value. Excellent service. We enjoyed the stay immensely and will not hesitate to stay here next time.
