Gracias a mi directora por su exaltado, contactar con antelación para proporcionar un servicio profesional de 1 a 1 y hacer todo lo posible para satisfacer mis necesidades, con sus padres, en un cuarto más amplio con nosotros. También compartirá la comida cercana y la atracción de juegos, para darle a su hermano pequeño y a su perna de pollo. El desayuno no perde el hotel, hay una gran variedad, así como el salchicha, las nueces, los dragones, todos son hechos. Cada uno que se encuentra en el corredor desde la recepción a la cortina sonrisa. Los hermanos altos y pequeños del restaurante también son muy buenos y el servicio atento y entusiasta. Las atracciones son muy convenientes y pueden caminar. El servicio de Super Cinco Estrellas es muy impresionante para Yangzhou, ¡Volvamos la próxima vez!

TTim Captures MomentsTuvimos una estancia maravillosa y no podríamos haber deseado una mejor ubicación en Yangzhou.
El hotel está escondido en una zona tranquila cerca de la calle Dongguan, lo que le daba un aire de calma y alejamiento del bullicio, a la vez que resultaba perfecto para explorar la ciudad vieja a pie.
La habitación era preciosa, espaciosa y con un diseño muy cuidado, que combinaba la comodidad moderna con detalles arquitectónicos tradicionales. Todo estaba limpio, bien mantenido y se notaba que estaba pensado al detalle, no era genérico.
Lo que realmente nos sorprendió fue descubrir los patios interiores ocultos por todo el hotel, junto con una casa de té tradicional. Pasear por estos espacios era como entrar en un pequeño recinto histórico en lugar de un hotel convencional: tranquilo, con un ambiente especial y lleno de encanto.
El personal fue increíblemente atento y amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a compartir información cuando era necesario, sin ser nunca intrusivo.
Si buscas un lugar que refleje el ritmo pausado y cultural de Yangzhou, este hotel es perfecto. Muy recomendable, especialmente para parejas o para cualquiera que desee una estancia más tranquila y enriquecedora.

SSONG ShuangTop notch service! We had a toddler and didn’t have knife to cut fruits and the staff offered to help. We also used their laundry service everyday and the staff helped us to folder the clothes when finished drying. Saved us a lot of time. Want to thank all the staff at the reception and the lobby. I only managed to get some of their names, 小周 and 小姜, but the rest of them were also very helpful!

UUsuario invitadoWonderful high-quality hotel in Yangzhou! Located in a quiet area but very convenient. The room was clean and well-designed, had everything I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed the view too. The late night noodles was a nice touch, and breakfast was varied and good. Staff service was impeccable and the friendliest of any hotel I've been to (especially 兰兰 and 越越 from the front desk). The ride service to Yangzhoudong train station was also super smooth and quick! Everything about my stay was perfect.

A coffee machine is found in the lobby. This is the only hotel that provides one in the lobby of the seven hotels that we stayed in. The coffee machine offers only espresso and americano.
On arrival, we opted to push our luggage on the ram so as to avoid lifting them while walking up the steps. But the entrance of the ram was blocked by e-scooters etc. We complaint to the front office staff and the problem was later rectified.
We were handed tooth brush by the front office staff upon check-in.
Only 1 key card was given. Most hotels give 2.
There are storage compartments for luggage available. But you have to do it yourself via some apps. Guests should not have to do this themselves.
Service ranges from average to poor.
Universal socket is not provided in the room.
Plastic bags are not provided with the rubbish bins. Unhygienic!
Refrigerator is cold.
There’s both air-conditioning and heating. Therefore, guests have a choice.
Auto-door closer is not installed for the room door. So we had to make sure that our door is locked when we leave the room.
Only a box of tissues was provided. Most hotels provide 2.
Toothbrush, shower cap, comb, hand towel etc was not replenished in the following day. Consequently, we wrote a list of the items and things that we needed done and place it on the bed for the room attendant to carry out.
We normally switch off all the lights in the room when we sleep. We only have the shower cubicle and toilet lights on. This can’t be done. We have to choose between all lights off or some lights on in the room as well. Consequently, we didn’t sleep well for five nights.
Range and quality of food is poor. Quantity is small.
Milk and yogurt are dispensed from machines.
Restaurant is heated.
Knife is not offered. I wanted one to spread the butter on the toast. However, forks are provided!
I had to switch on the toaster myself. I didn’t know how and a staff showed me. Then the staff asked me to switch it off after use. This is my first encounter with such a ridiculous breakfast situation! It is not my responsibility to switch off the toaster after use!
Service is poor. There are moments when the entire restaurant is void of service staff. They are either in the kitchen or dish-washing area.
There’s only one coffee machine and when it runs out of milk etc, one has to wait for a few minutes. This is below our expectations.
Brown sugar is not offered.
Butter was placed, in the same basket, with the jam. There were so few that I missed it.
It’s strange for breakfast table to have partitions especially after covid.

I had a wonderful stay at Gao Shi Di Hot Spring Hotel during my recent visit to Yangzhou. The hotel exceeded expectations in every way — especially in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and service.
✅ Room: Spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The private hot spring tub on the balcony was a highlight — perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. Smart lighting and plenty of amenities made the stay extra comfortable.
✅ Staff: Very helpful and friendly. Front desk team was professional and even helped with luggage and taxi booking. They also provided complimentary probiotic drinks and a disposable spa kit, which was a nice touch.
✅ Food: Breakfast buffet was included and surprisingly good. A mix of Chinese and light Western options, fresh and well-prepared.
✅ Location: Peaceful area near Yangzhou University Town. Taxis and DiDi rides are easy to get, and it's not far from the main attractions like Slender West Lake and Dongguan Street.
✅ Facilities: EV charging, good Wi-Fi, fitness room, and clean lobby spaces. Everything felt new and well maintained.
Only suggestion: the balcony hot spring can feel a little cold in winter wind — maybe some screens or covers would help. But overall it was a luxurious experience.
Would definitely return and recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, modern hotel with private hot spring access and great service.

Wwingstorm10Excellent hotel with great location. Garden is very nice overlooking slender west lake, we made use of package photo shoot that made the trip memorable. Mr Guan, the hotel manager and his colleagues were also very helpful, he helped us recover my daughter’s phone left at the taxi ; overall very good and friendly service. 2 night package was a good choice for my family; gave us sufficient time to enjoy the hotel facilities and its service.
