I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I am currently visiting and do not speak a word of Chinese, which can usually make things stressful—but the team here made everything seamless. We had to communicate entirely through a translator app, and the staff couldn't have been more patient or kind. I ran into a bit of a crisis where I needed same-day dry cleaning, and the reception team jumped into action immediately. They handled the situation with such grace and efficiency, ensuring my clothes were ready right when I needed them. Why this hotel stands out: • The Reception Team: All the girls at the front desk are absolute gems. They are professional, lovely, and never made me feel like my language barrier was a burden. • True Hospitality: I felt welcomed from the second I arrived. Even the security guard at the entrance was incredibly friendly and helpful! • Top-Notch Service: They go above and beyond to assist with any request, no matter how complex the ”lost in translation” moment might be. If you’re a solo traveler or someone who doesn't speak the local language, stay here. You will be in great hands. Thank you to the whole team for making me feel so well-assisted!

房間整體乾淨整潔，位置稍偏，入住環境比較安靜。多數工作人員服務態度良好，深夜臨時需要借用充電器，工作人員及時配送，第一條無法使用也迅速幫忙更換，即便更換後的線材依舊不太好用，但全程響應積極、服務態度很好。 次日早餐環節體驗欠佳，預訂房型不含早餐，本身也沒有打算付費吃自助，衹是單純想要一杯咖啡，卻被直接拒絕，讓人心情大打折扣。退房時和前台小姐姐隨口提及這件事，對方十分貼心，立刻幫忙沖泡了咖啡，這點特別暖心，非常感謝。 衹因早餐這件小事影響了整體入住感受，體驗感一般，後續便更換了其他酒店入住。

Soy un chino de trabajo y viviendo en EE.UU. Vivo las instalaciones y el personal de atención del Hongbao Hotel en Xuchang. Xuchang tiene varios que son buenos, pero realmente he encontrado que Hongbao es impeccable!

La primera vez que viva en este hotel, la ubicación del hotel es buena, muy cerca de la estación de ferrocarril y la puerta de alta velocidad, el hotel también está muy atmosférico, lo más importante es el servicio también es muy bueno, hay necesidad, la zona de la habitación es grande, el tamaño de la casa es inteligente, la habitación está en el 14o piso, puede aprovechar la belleza de la habitación, volverá la próxima vez!

In general very nice hotel. Friendly staff besides no one could speak in English fluently (but they were very proactive and experts using translation apps and AI). Anyway, not so many foreigners in Xuchang. Cleaning is very good, they give you water and tea everyday. Breakfast is a lot of food, mostly Chinese but also eggs, omelette, bread and sausage. My negative feedback is that coffee there was not good, I think the machine and the grains are not ideal. In general very worthy the price but I believe the gym could be improved with one or two benches and maybe some essential machinery. The rest let me very satisfied and I even prolonged my stay. Staff is very happy what gives you a nice vibe!

It’s the best in the area conveniently located.  Being somewhat western in preference few things stick out. Remember to bring 300 rmb for deposit  Linen clean. Breakfast is good local food from black fungus to soup. Eggs - boiled or fried are available with toast, yoghurt, fruit and jam.  Room comfortable bit dated, carpets are needed replacing odd stains, under the bed was not cleaned in a while. Pool was under renovation.  Smoking it’s still acceptable so the smoke may be a surprise to non locals. No fridge in the room. Staff happy to organise ice. Best local eatery is left out the main door in the parking lot from 6pm good street food ask for cold beers.

Está cerca de nuestra fábrica de viajes, pero el servicio en general es un poco pobre. Reservé frutas gratis, y cada vez que necesito un recordatorio, lo enviaré a la habitación después de que lo recorde, en lugar de prepararme para estar en ella.
