🌟 10/10 – Truly a Home Away from Home! 🌟 I absolutely loved my stay at H Hotel! From the warm welcome at check-in to the kind and helpful staff, everything was just perfect. Special shout-out to TongTong at the reception...she’s the best of the best! Always so kind, patient, and ready to help with anything I needed. The cleaning staff were amazing too... very humble, friendly, and hardworking. My room was always spotless, towels and toiletries changed regularly, and bins emptied all the time. I also loved the free laundry service... they washed my clothes twice during my stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everyone here is so welcoming, especially to foreigners, and they truly make you feel at home. If I had more time, I would stay here forever! I’ll definitely be coming back. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I am currently visiting and do not speak a word of Chinese, which can usually make things stressful—but the team here made everything seamless. We had to communicate entirely through a translator app, and the staff couldn't have been more patient or kind. I ran into a bit of a crisis where I needed same-day dry cleaning, and the reception team jumped into action immediately. They handled the situation with such grace and efficiency, ensuring my clothes were ready right when I needed them. Why this hotel stands out: • The Reception Team: All the girls at the front desk are absolute gems. They are professional, lovely, and never made me feel like my language barrier was a burden. • True Hospitality: I felt welcomed from the second I arrived. Even the security guard at the entrance was incredibly friendly and helpful! • Top-Notch Service: They go above and beyond to assist with any request, no matter how complex the ”lost in translation” moment might be. If you’re a solo traveler or someone who doesn't speak the local language, stay here. You will be in great hands. Thank you to the whole team for making me feel so well-assisted!

La recepción dijo que nuestro dormitorio estaba mejorado. Muy cómodo y el tamaño del dormitorio era amplio. El día siguiente en la noche, nos sorprendió otro. Extenden 2 desayunos gratuitos y hacen de nuestra estancia una memorable. También nos permitieron ampliar 1-2hrs más. Eran realmente amables y habían intentado su mejor para servir a su huésped bien. La zona de la habitación es adecuada, la higiene es limpia, el entorno es tranquilo y el servicio es amigable. Enviando frutas de invitados y ofreciendo servicio de cama de noche, algunos de los pequeños copos son realmente 👍. El hotel está a menos de 10 yuan en el supermercado a 3 kilómetros del museo y de Chen Dong. Vale la pena recomendar.

La primera vez que viva en este hotel, la ubicación del hotel es buena, muy cerca de la estación de ferrocarril y la puerta de alta velocidad, el hotel también está muy atmosférico, lo más importante es el servicio también es muy bueno, hay necesidad, la zona de la habitación es grande, el tamaño de la casa es inteligente, la habitación está en el 14o piso, puede aprovechar la belleza de la habitación, volverá la próxima vez!

Overall was okay for a 4 star hotel . Floors could be cleaner . No toothbrush and toothpaste and breakfast was subpar . The front desk was really nice and professional. Would stay again ….but maybe skip breakfast

In general very nice hotel. Friendly staff besides no one could speak in English fluently (but they were very proactive and experts using translation apps and AI). Anyway, not so many foreigners in Xuchang. Cleaning is very good, they give you water and tea everyday. Breakfast is a lot of food, mostly Chinese but also eggs, omelette, bread and sausage. My negative feedback is that coffee there was not good, I think the machine and the grains are not ideal. In general very worthy the price but I believe the gym could be improved with one or two benches and maybe some essential machinery. The rest let me very satisfied and I even prolonged my stay. Staff is very happy what gives you a nice vibe!

This is a great choice for a business trip to Xuchang, or even for singles or couples who want a quiet and top quality hotel at a very good price. The service was very attentive, and the rooms were beautiful and clean. It is a quiet spot a little far from the downtown, though a 5-10minute taxi which is very cheap and convenient will take you almost anywhere you need to go.

It’s the best in the area conveniently located.  Being somewhat western in preference few things stick out. Remember to bring 300 rmb for deposit  Linen clean. Breakfast is good local food from black fungus to soup. Eggs - boiled or fried are available with toast, yoghurt, fruit and jam.  Room comfortable bit dated, carpets are needed replacing odd stains, under the bed was not cleaned in a while. Pool was under renovation.  Smoking it’s still acceptable so the smoke may be a surprise to non locals. No fridge in the room. Staff happy to organise ice. Best local eatery is left out the main door in the parking lot from 6pm good street food ask for cold beers.
