🌟 10/10 – Truly a Home Away from Home! 🌟 I absolutely loved my stay at H Hotel! From the warm welcome at check-in to the kind and helpful staff, everything was just perfect. Special shout-out to TongTong at the reception...she’s the best of the best! Always so kind, patient, and ready to help with anything I needed. The cleaning staff were amazing too... very humble, friendly, and hardworking. My room was always spotless, towels and toiletries changed regularly, and bins emptied all the time. I also loved the free laundry service... they washed my clothes twice during my stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everyone here is so welcoming, especially to foreigners, and they truly make you feel at home. If I had more time, I would stay here forever! I’ll definitely be coming back. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I am currently visiting and do not speak a word of Chinese, which can usually make things stressful—but the team here made everything seamless. We had to communicate entirely through a translator app, and the staff couldn't have been more patient or kind. I ran into a bit of a crisis where I needed same-day dry cleaning, and the reception team jumped into action immediately. They handled the situation with such grace and efficiency, ensuring my clothes were ready right when I needed them. Why this hotel stands out: • The Reception Team: All the girls at the front desk are absolute gems. They are professional, lovely, and never made me feel like my language barrier was a burden. • True Hospitality: I felt welcomed from the second I arrived. Even the security guard at the entrance was incredibly friendly and helpful! • Top-Notch Service: They go above and beyond to assist with any request, no matter how complex the ”lost in translation” moment might be. If you’re a solo traveler or someone who doesn't speak the local language, stay here. You will be in great hands. Thank you to the whole team for making me feel so well-assisted!

¿Por dónde empezar? ¡Qué hotel tan excepcional, céntrico y magnífico! La ubicación y el personal fueron magníficos. Una gran experiencia y una excelente decisión para mis necesidades. ¡Disfruté muchísimo de mi corta estancia! Ojalá hubiera tenido más tiempo para explorar más sus servicios; sin duda, volveré. El hotel es tranquilo y no me costó dormir bien. Está en plena plaza Tianyue, junto al centro comercial Wanda, por lo que por la noche es muy animado y social, y toda la zona está iluminada y es preciosa. La gente de Xuchang es extremadamente amable y respetuosa, y esto se extiende al personal encantador, joven y servicial. Solo quisiera destacar la atención al detalle en la limpieza (aunque soy un maniático de la limpieza), cambiar la televisión a inglés y tener problemas con el wifi todo el tiempo. Un lugar tranquilo y seguro, sobre todo durante un viaje de negocios ajetreado. Comodidad: 10/10; Ubicación: 10/10; Servicios: 8/10; Estándar: 9/10. Como extranjero podría decir que aunque no hablan inglés, ellos tratarán de entenderte mejor utilizando traductor y usted puede incluso obtener su WeChat y mensajeles su online 24/7..staff son super útiles el servicio es 10/10 , El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de la estación de tren del este y de Pangdonglai 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾.

I have stayed here many times and I always enjoy my stay. The staff is always very friendly. The ladies at the front desk remember me and they always greet me with a friendly hello and warm smile. The housekeeping staff is excellent and super friendly. The ladies in the breakfast area are very nice. I do believe that breakfast could be improved. It does not seem to match the quality of the hotel overall. The menu is basically the same. It has been unchanged for a long time. This is an area that I think the hotel should concentrate on. My biggest complaint about the hotel is that they allow smoking. Even though there are signs in the lobby that say no smoking, I see men smoking there all the time and I do not see any enforcement. They allow smoking in the rooms and I find this to be very unpleasant and extremely unhealthy. The location is excellent and the price is usually very good so I will stay again in the future, but I hope the hotel will consider

Terminé usando una botella de agua mineral para limpiarla.

La recepción dijo que nuestro dormitorio estaba mejorado. Muy cómodo y el tamaño del dormitorio era amplio. El día siguiente en la noche, nos sorprendió otro. Extenden 2 desayunos gratuitos y hacen de nuestra estancia una memorable. También nos permitieron ampliar 1-2hrs más. Eran realmente amables y habían intentado su mejor para servir a su huésped bien. In general very nice hotel. Friendly staff besides no one could speak in English fluently (but they were very proactive and experts using translation apps and AI). Anyway, not so many foreigners in Xuchang. Cleaning is very good, they give you water and tea everyday. Breakfast is a lot of food, mostly Chinese but also eggs, omelette, bread and sausage. My negative feedback is that coffee there was not good, I think the machine and the grains are not ideal. In general very worthy the price but I believe the gym could be improved with one or two benches and maybe some essential machinery. The rest let me very satisfied and I even prolonged my stay. Staff is very happy what gives you a nice vibe!

It’s the best in the area conveniently located.  Being somewhat western in preference few things stick out. Remember to bring 300 rmb for deposit  Linen clean. Breakfast is good local food from black fungus to soup. Eggs - boiled or fried are available with toast, yoghurt, fruit and jam.  Room comfortable bit dated, carpets are needed replacing odd stains, under the bed was not cleaned in a while. Pool was under renovation.  Smoking it’s still acceptable so the smoke may be a surprise to non locals. No fridge in the room. Staff happy to organise ice. Best local eatery is left out the main door in the parking lot from 6pm good street food ask for cold beers.
