Nunca me he alojado mucho en hoteles en mi vida; siempre me siento un poco incómoda, no tan a gusto como en casa. Mi mejor amiga insistió en llevarme de paseo, e insistió en alojarnos en un hotel. No pude discutir con ella, así que me arrastró hasta allí. La verdad es que me daba igual qué tipo de habitación reservara o en qué hotel estuviera, pero cuando llegamos, me quedé impresionada por el ambiente y la decoración. Así que le pregunté en voz baja: ”¿Es muy caro este sitio? ¿Por qué alojarse en un hotel tan caro?”. Ella respondió con naturalidad: ”No es tan caro. Es solo un hotel de cinco estrellas recién inaugurado. Aunque el estilo y el ambiente son de alta gama y lujosos, el precio es bastante razonable”. La seguí a la habitación con cierto escepticismo. Lo primero que me llamó la atención fue el baño. ¡Había una bañera enorme, algo que nunca hubiéramos imaginado! Antes tenía una en casa, pero por falta de recursos, no pude tenerla. Hoy, encontré una aquí, y me alegré muchísimo. Pensaba darme un buen baño aquí. La cama era muchísimo mejor que la de casa; era tan cómoda que no quería levantarme. Dormí profundamente esa mañana. Pero mi mejor amiga me despertó, insistiendo en llevarme a desayunar. Pensaba que íbamos a salir, así que me resistía un poco, ya que me parecía que quedaba lejos. Entonces, probablemente me hizo cambiar de opinión, diciendo que podíamos ir al restaurante del hotel, donde el desayuno era gratis. Al oír eso, me convenció de inmediato y la seguí rápidamente escaleras abajo. Era un desayuno muy abundante, con varias opciones. Cada una de nosotras disfrutó de un desayuno delicioso y muy satisfactorio. En general, fue un lugar estupendo, y me encantaría volver y experimentar de nuevo un servicio de cinco estrellas en algún momento.

If you need to choose a hotel in XiNing, I would recommend the victory hotel. As the only state guesthouse in XiNing, it has a flavour of the party glory and a lovely setting. It is easy to get to and from. The garden style hotel provides an abundance of scenic views and tranquility. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Whilst the interior is a bit outdated, all is forgotten when you open the window to the lovely cypress and pine trees and beautiful birds singing. Breakfast choice was amazing with freshed cook beef noodles and lamb soup available. Last but not least, everyone who works at the hotel was so helpful and friendly. Ms Zhuang was particularly helpful and attentive. She held the door whenever I entered or left the hotel and helped my luggage. She provided me with special molasses drinks night, noticing I was probably suffering from high altitude sickness. She also provided me lots of tips on travelling and food. I am very grateful to her help!

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación, frente a la plaza central, pero está situado en un edificio de oficinas con ascensor compartido, lo que resultaba un poco caótico. No había robots de reparto, y el repartidor subió la comida directamente a mi habitación; algo que nunca me había pasado y que me sorprendió bastante. El personal de recepción y de planta era muy amable, pero el personal del restaurante parecía poco apto para el sector servicios. En el desayuno, vi a una madre pedir wontons para su hijo, pero cuando intentó empaquetarlos para llevar, el personal se negó, incluso alegando que tenían cámaras de seguridad. Tener cámaras de seguridad es normal, pero ¿qué sentido tiene ser tan brusco con los huéspedes? ¿Nos tratan como si fuéramos ladrones? Además, el supuesto té de la tarde del hotel era básicamente un truco publicitario; no estaba bien preparado, lo que no me causó una buena impresión. Si no está bien hecho, es mejor no ofrecerlo. El yogur casero del hotel estaba delicioso. En resumen, es un hotel con sus pros y sus contras.

I chose Park Plaza as it was convenient to both the train station and airport. The price was also excellent value for money. My train from Lhasa arrived at 6.30am and I caught a taxi the short distance to Park Plaza without issue. I checked in around 7am and was shown my room. It was beautiful, very spacious with a large window, and it also had a freestanding bath. Unfortunately I could smell cigarette smoke, which is not uncommon in Chinese hotels. I asked for a different room and was immediately shown one . This room was identical but the bed covers were a children's design and there were some toys and teepee in one corner . I simply folded the bright yellow covers down and had a lovely tasteful decor again. The bed was extremely comfy and the room was very quiet. The buffet was beyond excellent and the head chef and his small team were very friendly and attentive. Clearly they were very proud of their fabulous buffet and presentation....as they should be. It was my best in China.. I found a lovely walking trail behind the hotel beside the river, 5 mins away. The area in general was nice to wander around, very different from my stay in the centre of city when on my way to Tibet. I will most definitely choose Park Plaza when I return to Xining.

Esta experiencia en el hotel de Meihua está completa. Cuando el nivel de cinco estrellas es inexistente, se recomienda encarecidamente que los amigos escojan! ¡A la recepción de la tienda, lleguemos a la toalla caliente y a la cálida casa de invitados, el director de la tienda ha tomado la iniciativa de ayudar a recoger el equipaje, tratar de un alojamiento eficiente y rápido, no tardará mucho tiempo en esperar, el servicio es cálido y tiene un sentido de posición. El ambiente del salón es elegante, ofrece comida de tarde gratuita, frutas de jardín, comida de corazón caliente y línea de arroz a media noche, y el regreso tarde también puede comer comida caliente, los detalles son muy intimes. La higiene de la habitación es inalámbrica, el suelo, el guardarropa no son coloridos, el diseño de separación seca es práctico. La cama es suave, tiene dos brazaletes suaves y duras, el cuarto es muy bueno con aislamiento sonoro, el control de voz inteligente, el interruptor de ventanas, el control de voz de luz puede funcionar, el agua caliente es suficientemente estable y el sentido de la calidad de la lavandería en línea.

Was told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance. However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated. Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea. Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

Tuve una estancia maravillosa. Mi estancia en el Hotel Enraton fue realmente memorable gracias al personal atento y servicial, especialmente a Alan en recepción. Incluso me ayudó con mi equipaje y organizó la recogida y la entrega. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel a cualquiera que busque una estancia cómoda con un equipo que realmente se preocupa por la satisfacción del huésped. Gracias, Alan y al equipo del Enraton. ¡Sin duda volveré!

Very nice rooms and view, very clean and friendly staff, but the aircon was centrally set and quite hot, and the breakfast was basically egg, toast and a few condiments.

les un excelente hotel muy buen ubicado cerca de una calle para visitar. lo primero que note fue el baño. nunca había visto un cancel tan impoluto como este, nisiquiera en hoteles de amta gama y super reconocidos.mis felicitaciones ws al personal. se ve que cuidan los detalles. Las amenidades que dan en la habitacion también sln de excelente calidad y suficientes, cuestión que había batallado en anteriores hoteles. Las chicas de recepción me salvaron la vida al ayudarme a hacer una compra por linea. además el desayuno es muy variado y DELICIOSO. estuve aquí u a semana y diario cambiaban algunmplatillo ask que no se hizo tedioso como en otros hoteles. además en la lavandería hay varias maquinas de lavadora y secadora que si sirven!! ya los viajeros en china me entenderán. la habitacion es muy amplia y la cama y almohadas muy suaves

Esta es la mejor oferta en la ciudad. Estoy en Xining durante 10 años, he estado en diferentes hoteles cada vez. Esta es seguramente mi favorito y la mejor oferta en esta gama de precios. En el centro de la ciudad, con muchos taxis que vienen (esto puede ser un problema para hoteles en otros lugares, donde los taxis son más raros). Hay muchos autobuses que van desde aquí a cualquier parte de la ciudad. En segundo lugar, la calidad de la habitación, de la cama (super cosy y cómodo, que es realmente agradable después de viajar cerca de dos semanas en el campo), la limpieza de la habitación y el baño. Productos de higiene muy buenos, no pasta dental barata y jabón como en otros hoteles.
