Hoteles con gimnasio en Xining

El servicio de recepción fue bueno; respondieron con prontitud a cualquier problema. Sin embargo, la limpieza de la habitación fue superficial. Encendimos la luz de ”limpieza inmediata” al salir por la mañana, pero cuando regresamos a las 3:30 p. m., la habitación no estaba limpia. Le dijimos a recepción que vinieran a limpiar después de las 5 p. m. Cuando nos fuimos, alrededor de las 4 p. m., una empleada vino y dijo que estaba a punto de irse y preguntó si podían limpiarla en ese momento, ya que queríamos descansar y no era conveniente limpiarla. Así que solo cambió las toallas y vació la basura. Lo que más nos frustró fue el pésimo aislamiento acústico. Los niños de la habitación de al lado habían estado riendo y jugando desde las 8 a. m., y podíamos oírlos perfectamente desde nuestra habitación. Nos quejamos en recepción, pero no hubo ninguna mejora.

Great hotel and amazing staff. Thank you Amanda Ju from front desk who added me on wechat and helped me with my queries. The other staff were friendly too. We were provided with extra water and the amenities are of good quality. We enjoyed Qinghai (it rained) and Chaka! There are some markets/ street food places near the Grand Mosque- 20 minutes by taxi. Breakfast could have some healthy choices and more veggies.

I chose Park Plaza as it was convenient to both the train station and airport. The price was also excellent value for money. My train from Lhasa arrived at 6.30am and I caught a taxi the short distance to Park Plaza without issue. I checked in around 7am and was shown my room. It was beautiful, very spacious with a large window, and it also had a freestanding bath. Unfortunately I could smell cigarette smoke, which is not uncommon in Chinese hotels. I asked for a different room and was immediately shown one . This room was identical but the bed covers were a children's design and there were some toys and teepee in one corner . I simply folded the bright yellow covers down and had a lovely tasteful decor again. The bed was extremely comfy and the room was very quiet. The buffet was beyond excellent and the head chef and his small team were very friendly and attentive. Clearly they were very proud of their fabulous buffet and presentation....as they should be. It was my best in China.. I found a lovely walking trail behind the hotel beside the river, 5 mins away. The area in general was nice to wander around, very different from my stay in the centre of city when on my way to Tibet. I will most definitely choose Park Plaza when I return to Xining.

Good hotel, very modern and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. For the price it's great. However, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast much as it starts at 7:30, which is already fairly late for a hotel, and by 7:40 not even half of the breakfast was prepared and we had to leave, would have liked to try it especially considering it was included in the room and what we ate of it was fairly tasty. The curtain behind the bathtub doesnt sit in line with the wall so there is a bright light throughout the night from outside. The hotel was a bit difficult to find especially finding the Correct parking area for the building. The elevators are shared elevators and took over 10 minutes to go up to the 25th floor . And took 5 minutes of waiting to go down one floor to the reception, before we decided to take the stairs(which are very dirty) Apart from the above the hotel was very good and comfortable, clothes washing facilities were clean, coffee in the reception, and a cool fish tank along with very friendly helpful staff.

Very nice rooms and view, very clean and friendly staff, but the aircon was centrally set and quite hot, and the breakfast was basically egg, toast and a few condiments.

Was told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance. However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated. Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea. Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

Me alojé en este hotel cuatro noches. Está en una ubicación excelente, justo en la calle Dongguan. El servicio, tanto en recepción como en las habitaciones, fue excelente y el ambiente estaba limpio. ¿Y las instalaciones? Quizás el hotel esté un poco anticuado, un poco deteriorado. La primera noche me alojé en la octava planta y la ducha era como un reloj de arena, lo que me impedía ducharme. A partir de la segunda noche, me cambié a una habitación en la novena planta, que solo funcionaba con un poco más de presión de agua. La comida, especialmente el desayuno, estaba bien, con mucha variedad, pero los sabores podrían no ser adecuados para los residentes de Jiangnan. En general, ¡el hotel estuvo bien!

La misma categoría de habitación, pero mejor calidad de la habitación que la última vez que nos quedamos. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no es muy agradable. En todo, una muy buena elección para el centro de Xining.

les un excelente hotel muy buen ubicado cerca de una calle para visitar. lo primero que note fue el baño. nunca había visto un cancel tan impoluto como este, nisiquiera en hoteles de amta gama y super reconocidos.mis felicitaciones ws al personal. se ve que cuidan los detalles. Las amenidades que dan en la habitacion también sln de excelente calidad y suficientes, cuestión que había batallado en anteriores hoteles. Las chicas de recepción me salvaron la vida al ayudarme a hacer una compra por linea. además el desayuno es muy variado y DELICIOSO. estuve aquí u a semana y diario cambiaban algunmplatillo ask que no se hizo tedioso como en otros hoteles. además en la lavandería hay varias maquinas de lavadora y secadora que si sirven!! ya los viajeros en china me entenderán. la habitacion es muy amplia y la cama y almohadas muy suaves

La segunda estancia, pero no la primera vez, me siento bien, aunque las instalaciones del hotel son relativamente viejas, pero originalmente debido a su mejor servicio, en la tienda de la segunda estancia, la actitud de la recepción es muy dura, puede preguntar si puede subir, muy desagradable rechazar, Un punto de servicio
