Hoteles con vistas a la montaña en Xining

I booked a room with a window. I spent more than friends to have a better room. However their cheap room had a window but mine did not. Instead it had a glass wall that looked into the hallway. When I first arrived the room door was open. They solved that problem and my friends and I went out to eat. When we returned (3 hours after checking in) none of our room keys worked. I had to go downstairs to reception twice to get it working. Then at breakfast a man started smoking in the breakfast area and no one stopped him. I would pass on this hotel the next time I’m in Xining.

El personal de recepción y de planta era muy amable, pero el personal del restaurante parecía poco apto para el sector servicios. En el desayuno, vi a una madre pedir wontons para su hijo, pero cuando intentó empaquetarlos para llevar, el personal se negó, incluso alegando que tenían cámaras de seguridad. Tener cámaras de seguridad es normal, pero ¿qué sentido tiene ser tan brusco con los huéspedes? ¿Nos tratan como si fuéramos ladrones? Además, el supuesto té de la tarde del hotel era básicamente un truco publicitario; no estaba bien preparado, lo que no me causó una buena impresión. Si no está bien hecho, es mejor no ofrecerlo. El yogur casero del hotel estaba delicioso. En resumen, es un hotel con sus pros y sus contras.

Pros: The hotel’s location is excellent for business travelers, with a large supermarket just 1.1 km away (within walking distance). The bed is comfortable, ensuring a good sleep throughout my 4-night stay. The facilities are well-maintained and fully functional, even though the style is a bit old-fashioned. The front desk staff are very helpful — although their English is limited, they made great efforts to assist using a translation app. Thanks to their enthusiasm, I was able to book trips to Ta’er Temple and Qilian Temple. I was really impressed by their willingness to help. breakfast and coffee are delicious .I love it. Cons: Although it’s supposed to be a non-smoking floor, it’s hard to avoid the smell of cigarette smoke.

I chose Park Plaza as it was convenient to both the train station and airport. The price was also excellent value for money. My train from Lhasa arrived at 6.30am and I caught a taxi the short distance to Park Plaza without issue. I checked in around 7am and was shown my room. It was beautiful, very spacious with a large window, and it also had a freestanding bath. Unfortunately I could smell cigarette smoke, which is not uncommon in Chinese hotels. I asked for a different room and was immediately shown one . This room was identical but the bed covers were a children's design and there were some toys and teepee in one corner . I simply folded the bright yellow covers down and had a lovely tasteful decor again. The bed was extremely comfy and the room was very quiet. The buffet was beyond excellent and the head chef and his small team were very friendly and attentive. Clearly they were very proud of their fabulous buffet and presentation....as they should be. It was my best in China.. I found a lovely walking trail behind the hotel beside the river, 5 mins away. The area in general was nice to wander around, very different from my stay in the centre of city when on my way to Tibet. I will most definitely choose Park Plaza when I return to Xining.

酒店位於市中心位置，雖然有停車位，但比較少，停車有點麻煩，好在店經理很熱情，指揮服務很周到，比較順利停下了車。房間衞生還不錯。但本酒店有三個硬傷。一是沒有手持花灑，想局部清洗沒辦法做到。二是房間和過道之間有個台階，起夜容易絆倒。三是熱水不好，足足放了兩洗手盆水都不熱，最後來了温水，算不上熱水。另外，早餐品種少也不好吃，要了一碗麪，小碗很迷你，放了一點雞蛋碎，兩塊手指甲大小的西紅柿，也沒有味道，很難吃。豆漿味道也不對，有點快要餿了的感覺。還有，在辦理入住手續的時候，她説我訂的房間在6樓，34樓有ktv，會比較吵，讓我加錢升級到10樓，我説不用了，我睡覺晚，她説ktv零點才開始，被逼無奈加15塊錢，很無語。住進來就後悔了，這些問題是我自駕新疆30多天頭一次遇到。

Great location, amazing reception and nice decor. Only thing I could pick on was I wasn’t very used to the varieties of breakfast served and there was a few groups of tours during my stay and it could be challenging to get a table and get around the lift if you have breakfast and go out at the same timing with them.

Very nice rooms and view, very clean and friendly staff, but the aircon was centrally set and quite hot, and the breakfast was basically egg, toast and a few condiments.

暑假全家走青甘大環線，抵達的時候定了開元，因為看到評價，開元是帶空調的，入住後確實感覺也不錯。所以返回的時候，依舊預訂了開元。辦理的時候，前台辦理在21樓，餐廳在5樓，退房超級方便，直接交了房卡就好啦。前台兩位小哥哥的業務能力有待加強。感謝為我們解決了問題的小姐姐。早餐還是很豐盛。有時間一定要吃碗牛肉粉😄

El Hotel Bolin sigue siendo tan excelente como siempre: limpio, con un entorno precioso, transporte cómodo, una excelente relación calidad-precio y un servicio cálido y atento.
