這次一家六口來平潭出遊，不巧遇上台風天氣，海邊風浪大，很多外出計劃受到影響，好在選了棲夕海民宿，整體體驗超出預期。 民宿衞生做得十分到位，房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，床品乾爽舒適，公共區域也打理得整潔清爽，潮濕的海邊環境下沒有黴味異味，住着很安心，大人小孩都覺得舒服。早餐品類豐盛，搭配豐富，兼顧大人和孩子的口味，熱乎可口，吃得很滿足。 即便遇上台風，店家服務依舊貼心周到，有問題響應及時，颱風期間也做好各項安全提醒。民宿環境安靜，不能外出的時候，在民宿休憩也很愜意。位置出行方便，到長江澳沙灘距離不遠。 整體是一次很不錯的家庭出行住宿體驗，十分適合全家出遊。如果再來平潭，還會考慮入住，也推薦給來平潭旅行的朋友。

they upgraded us to a different room with a terrace which was awesome! the view facing the sea was really beautiful. managed to catch a movie in the room using the projector as well as chinese movie screening service was provided. front desk was super nice as well and offered us coffee when we first arrived and wherever we requested. only downside is the lack of food options, have to travel out 30 mins one way to the city to get more food options. breakfast was amazing too! they provided a hearty breakfast with produce grown from their own little farm

The hotel location is good which is right at the cross road junction. 5 min walk away has many many seafood restaurant and we are spoilt for choice. However, right infront of the hotel entrance are a row of EV charging station and there are many cars parking there to charge. Opposite the hotel is an abundant building which seem like a stop in construction work. Rooms are clean, there are rooms of same category which are very spacious and there are rooms that are very small. We booked 4 rooms and we are given a few combination of rooms. One of the room is so small that could hardly place 2x28” luggage in the room, we took it because we only stay for 1 night. Hotel lobby is nothing fanciful. I will not come back to the same hotel again. There is no WOW factor during our stay.

La ubicación es excelente, a pocos minutos a pie de la playa y no demasiado lejos del centro de la ciudad. Agradezco que el recepcionista me llamó el día antes de pedir confirmación de mi hora de llegada y fue muy respondido, sin embargo, la limpieza a prueba de sonido y detallada podría ciertamente mejorar. Nos molestarían nuestros vecinos o sus hijos tarde a la noche o increíblemente temprano por la mañana. El mini-frigorífico tenía un olor durian muy fuerte y la habitación tenía un olor a ella cuando el aire acondicionado no estaba en marcha.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment here. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the view was absolutely beautiful, especially looking out toward the beach—it was exactly as shown and completely worth it 🌊✨ The place is very kid-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable as a family. The service was outstanding—thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special highlight was the afternoon tea and evening snacks thoughtfully placed on our door handle. It was such a lovely surprise and really showed how much attention the team puts into small details. We absolutely loved this thoughtful touch 💛 Although the weather wasn’t very favorable during our stay, we still enjoyed relaxing by the window, taking in the sea view, and feeling the calm atmosphere. Even on a cloudy day, the experience was peaceful and enjoyable. Breakfast was another big plus—delicious, satisfying, and generous, leaving us happily full and ready for the day 😄 Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a beautiful seaside experience. We truly appreciate the care and effort from the entire team and would love to visit again!

En general, nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía en este hotel. • Situación: El hotel está situado idealmente, rodeado de muchas grandes opciones de comida y a pocos pasos de una atracción importanteLongWangTou (Dragon King Head)along con una playa grande y hermosa. • Personal: Todos fueron excepcionalmente amables, especialmente la gerente. No sólo estaba presente en la recepción, sino también en la sala de desayuno cada mañana. Su profesionalismo y sonrisa constante hacen que nuestras experiencias de check-in y check-out sean insostenibles. • Habitaciones: Nuestro cuarto estaba limpio y cómodo, aunque el proyector recientemente instalado tenía algunos problemas: la imagen era demasiado oscura, el tiempo de arranque era lento y no funcionaba con TV. ¡A pesar de estos pequeños desventajas, definitivamente nos volveremos!

El hotel es un hotel muy bueno en China, el mejor de los seis en las últimas semanas para mí. ¡Por ejemplo, me ayudaron a llegar a un pueblo en la playa de la isla de Pintan y luego me inspeccionaron la noche para asegurarme de que regresé en seguridad! Hay un restaurante fresco de mar junto al hotel y todos los productos del mar son absolutamente frescos y en enormes acuarios, no huele pescado y muy limpio. Starbuck está al otro lado del lobby. 🌊 Great Service and Beach Location, But a Few Things to Know! We had a mixed but overall good experience here, mostly thanks to the wonderful staff. The Positives & The Room ✨ The service here is genuinely good! We originally booked a standard Twin room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a Family room. The upgraded room was absolutely awesome—very big, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Even though the hotel building itself feels a little bit old and dated, the spacious room really made up for it. Location & Beach 🏖️ The hotel is located right by the sea, which is beautiful. There are a few cafes right on the beach, though keep in mind their menus are quite limited. Also, unless you are visiting during the peak hot summer season, you won't be able to swim in the ocean because of the weather. The Downsides: Pool & Noise 🚧 Since we couldn't swim in the sea, we were hoping to use the pool, but unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed. I highly recommend contacting the hotel to check if the pool is operating before you book! The biggest issue during our stay, however, was the noise. There was active construction going on, and they were constantly fixing the roof next door. It was quite noisy and definitely disrupted the peaceful beach vibe. Bottom Line: A great beachfront location with excellent service and spacious rooms, but definitely double-check the pool and construction status before your trip! Location is really convenient, near to amenities and the beach. Room is clean and housekeeping service is fabulous. However the down side is that the service provided by the staff from the reception is substandard for a four star hotel, staff at the reception is not welcoming and giving people an uncomfortable feeling. Staff did not greet and both of them standing at the counter will just stare at you while you are walking towards them. Upon reaching the counter, they will not serve you until you start speaking up. After handing over of room cards, did not guide on where is the lift and where is the breakfast at.

Vivía en una habitación en la orilla del mar, el director dijo que me iba a mejorar, no lo hice. Me gusta mucho esta habitación, caminar por el mar es satisfacer toda mi imaginación del mar. El hotel debe ser una buena opción en Pyongyang y el servicio también es bueno.Creo que puedo vivir aquí por mucho tiempo.
