She was not only present at the reception but also in the breakfast hall every morning. Her professionalism and constant smile made our check-in and check-out experiences seamless. • Room: Our room was clean and comfortable, though the newly installed projector had some issues: the image was too dark, the startup time was slow, and it lacked TV functionality. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment here. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the view was absolutely beautiful, especially looking out toward the beach—it was exactly as shown and completely worth it 🌊✨ The place is very kid-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable as a family. The service was outstanding—thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special highlight was the afternoon tea and evening snacks thoughtfully placed on our door handle. It was such a lovely surprise and really showed how much attention the team puts into small details. We absolutely loved this thoughtful touch 💛 Although the weather wasn’t very favorable during our stay, we still enjoyed relaxing by the window, taking in the sea view, and feeling the calm atmosphere. Even on a cloudy day, the experience was peaceful and enjoyable. Breakfast was another big plus—delicious, satisfying, and generous, leaving us happily full and ready for the day 😄 Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The location is a little remote but so quiet. This was a great opportunity to get away from the city, and enjoy the island. The room was presented in a beautiful clean manner, we also received a plate of fruit after we had gone to the room. The only negative point is that there were some events happening at the hotel, which greatly impacted on the hotel restaurant. The food took too long to receive after placing our order; and due to it being the off season they didn't turn on the A/C in the restaurant, even after some guests asked for it to be turned on.

🌊 Great Service and Beach Location, But a Few Things to Know! We had a mixed but overall good experience here, mostly thanks to the wonderful staff. The Positives & The Room ✨ The service here is genuinely good! We originally booked a standard Twin room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a Family room. The upgraded room was absolutely awesome—very big, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Even though the hotel building itself feels a little bit old and dated, the spacious room really made up for it. Location & Beach 🏖️ The hotel is located right by the sea, which is beautiful. There are a few cafes right on the beach, though keep in mind their menus are quite limited. Also, unless you are visiting during the peak hot summer season, you won't be able to swim in the ocean because of the weather. The Downsides: Pool & Noise 🚧 Since we couldn't swim in the sea, we were hoping to use the pool, but unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed. I highly recommend contacting the hotel to check if the pool is operating before you book! The biggest issue during our stay, however, was the noise. There was active construction going on, and they were constantly fixing the roof next door. It was quite noisy and definitely disrupted the peaceful beach vibe. Bottom Line: A great beachfront location with excellent service and spacious rooms, but definitely double-check the pool and construction status before your trip! Location is really convenient, near to amenities and the beach. Room is clean and housekeeping service is fabulous. However the down side is that the service provided by the staff from the reception is substandard for a four star hotel, staff at the reception is not welcoming and giving people an uncomfortable feeling. Staff did not greet and both of them standing at the counter will just stare at you while you are walking towards them. Upon reaching the counter, they will not serve you until you start speaking up. After handing over of room cards, did not guide on where is the lift and where is the breakfast at.
