UUsuario invitadoEl hotel está situado cerca del mirador F4 del Corredor Ecológico del Norte. La decoración y el estilo son bastante famosos en la zona. Parece que todos los conductores conocen su hotel. Cuesta 55 yuanes en tren de alta velocidad. Antes de la salida, el pronóstico del tiempo decía que llovería, pero afortunadamente estuvo bien, por lo que el pronóstico del tiempo en la playa no era muy preciso. Sin embargo, las nubes eran demasiado espesas y no disfruté del atardecer. Me levanté temprano y vi el amanecer, lo que lo compensó. El personal de recepción son todos chicos guapos. No hay ascensor, por lo que debes confiar en el hermano pequeño para que lleve tu equipaje cuando llegues. Hay una terraza en las escaleras donde puedes secar la ropa, pero no hay perchas ni tendederos. Debes encontrar una solución tú mismo. 最加分的就是專屬管家服務，真的貼心又周到。從入住全程細緻貼心跟進，態度温柔耐心，有任何需求聯繫管家都響應特別快，辦事利落不拖沓。不管是諮詢平潭遊玩路線、周邊景點攻略，還是需要房間用品、調整相關事宜，管家都細心解答、妥善安排，全程周到又有分寸，不會過度打擾，又時刻讓人覺得安心靠譜，貼心程度真的拉滿。

UUsuario invitadoThe staff were extremely friendly and attentive, even before my arrival. They tried to contact me in advance, but as a foreign guest, I do not have a Chinese phone number. It would be more convenient if the hotel could ask for guests’ WeChat IDs through the Trip.com messenger instead. Upon arrival, the staff created a WeChat group and added me in, which turned out to be very helpful. Through the group, they assisted with all kinds of questions, such as recommended places to visit, how to rent an e-bike, and where to eat nearby. The responsiveness and service were excellent.
The room was awesome — very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the view was fantastic. I also really loved the projector screen in the room, which allowed me to watch WeTV shows and other content. It made relaxing in the room even more enjoyable.
The hotel provides e-bike rentals, which is a great feature. However, I was personally under-geared for the weather. It rained the day before, and the entire day was cloudy with temperatures around 11°C. The sea breeze was very strong and cold, especially when riding the e-bike with the wind blowing directly at you. Proper winter gear is definitely needed in such conditions. If the hotel could provide glove and jacket rentals, that would be an amazing improvement.
In the evening, the staff even brought a small gift to the room. The gift was thoughtful and practical, and I really liked it — it was a warm and welcoming gesture that made the stay feel extra special.
Breakfast was okay. Guests are seated on Level 2, and the meal is served to the table. As I come from a place where some Chinese do not consume beef, it would be great if there were options such as chicken or beef. That said, the beef noodles were actually very good. The Western-style breakfast, however, was quite average.

LLIM KOK LIANGOverall, we thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at this hotel.
• Location: The hotel is ideally situated, surrounded by plenty of great dining options and just steps away from a major attraction—LongWangTou (Dragon King Head)—along with a vast and beautiful beach.
• Staff: Everyone was exceptionally friendly, especially the manageress. She was not only present at the reception but also in the breakfast hall every morning. Her professionalism and constant smile made our check-in and check-out experiences seamless.
• Room: Our room was clean and comfortable, though the newly installed projector had some issues: the image was too dark, the startup time was slow, and it lacked TV functionality.
Despite these minor drawbacks, we would definitely return. We truly appreciated the genuine warmth and honesty of the staff. Keep up the great work, PingTan!

UUsuario invitadoOutstanding service! Every team member we encountered was cheerful and went out of their way to be helpful. They suggested a dining place and showed us to get there. In the evening I asked if I could get some more candy, and a girl from reception brought me a whole bunch of their signature gummies and cookies! Their energy and eagerness to assist with anything we needed made a huge difference. We had an urgent change in our plan and the hotel staff helped us a lot.
The design is just amazing! Rooms are quiet, clean and artsy. We were enjoying every bit of it, every detail! And the location is nice as well. Everything was perfect!
The staff is a true highlight of the hotel! I wish this hotel prosperity and I hope many more people will enjoy their stays just as we did.

Jj0yj0yThe room was exactly as shown in the photos on Trip, and waking up to a stunning sea view was easily the highlight of both the hotel and my trip.
The room doors were a bit tricky to maneuver—even though the staff kindly went the extra mile to show me how to open and close them, I gave up after the third try. Breakfast was simple, nothing fancy.
A large bug appeared in the room, which gave me quite a scare. Also, this place isn’t ideal if you’re traveling with large suitcases, but the staff are incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with carrying luggage up and down.
Overall, a beautiful view and warm service, with a few quirks to keep in mind.

Incluso nos obsequiaron con un bonito imán para la nevera de la isla de Pingtan al registrarnos. La habitación estaba impecable, el colchón era muy cómodo y había detalles que marcaban la diferencia.

最加分的是服務，有管家羣全程貼心又温柔，有問題回覆及時，讓人感覺很安心。民宿還提供免費果汁和咖啡，隨時可以取用，口感都很不錯。專屬服務很到位，從入住到退房都很順暢，全程被照顧得很好。

AAn3000The hotel was beautiful and clean. The location is a little remote but so quiet. This was a great opportunity to get away from the city, and enjoy the island. The room was presented in a beautiful clean manner, we also received a plate of fruit after we had gone to the room.
The only negative point is that there were some events happening at the hotel, which greatly impacted on the hotel restaurant. The food took too long to receive after placing our order; and due to it being the off season they didn't turn on the A/C in the restaurant, even after some guests asked for it to be turned on.
