The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, even before my arrival. They tried to contact me in advance, but as a foreign guest, I do not have a Chinese phone number. It would be more convenient if the hotel could ask for guests’ WeChat IDs through the Trip.com messenger instead. Upon arrival, the staff created a WeChat group and added me in, which turned out to be very helpful. Through the group, they assisted with all kinds of questions, such as recommended places to visit, how to rent an e-bike, and where to eat nearby. The responsiveness and service were excellent. The room was awesome — very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the view was fantastic. I also really loved the projector screen in the room, which allowed me to watch WeTV shows and other content. It made relaxing in the room even more enjoyable. The hotel provides e-bike rentals, which is a great feature. However, I was personally under-geared for the weather. It rained the day before, and the entire day was cloudy with temperatures around 11°C. The sea breeze was very strong and cold, especially when riding the e-bike with the wind blowing directly at you. Proper winter gear is definitely needed in such conditions. If the hotel could provide glove and jacket rentals, that would be an amazing improvement. In the evening, the staff even brought a small gift to the room. The gift was thoughtful and practical, and I really liked it — it was a warm and welcoming gesture that made the stay feel extra special. Breakfast was okay. Guests are seated on Level 2, and the meal is served to the table. As I come from a place where some Chinese do not consume beef, it would be great if there were options such as chicken or beef. That said, the beef noodles were actually very good. The Western-style breakfast, however, was quite average.

The hotel has a genuinely cool atmosphere, and the absolute highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. The Vibe & A Few Quirks 😹 To be completely honest and a bit playful, the property is a little ”tired” and shows some wear and tear. The strong sea breeze has left its mark with some rust here and there. If I were the manager, I’d definitely grab a bucket of fresh paint and give the place a little makeover! Also, every now and then, you might catch a faint, mysterious scent that sits somewhere between ”stale water” and ”did a confident local stray cat just mark its territory here?” 🐈⬛ But honestly, you just laugh it off. It doesn't ruin the vibe and just becomes a funny part of the coastal experience. Amenities & Dining ☕️ The hotel has some really lovely spaces to unwind. There is a cozy library where you can relax, a great kids' area which is super convenient for families, and a nice bar for the evenings. As for the breakfast, the buffet selection isn't huge, but don't let that disappoint you—everything they serve is fresh, high-quality, and genuinely delicious! Bottom Line: Despite a few minor cosmetic quirks, it’s a wonderful place with a great soul. Embrace the coastal character, enjoy the amazing hospitality, and have a great time! We had a very pleasant stay at Pingtan Skyline Original Hotel. The location is excellent—conveniently situated near the coast and easy to access from the main points of interest in Pingtan. It’s a clean, modern hotel with a cozy atmosphere. The Chinese-style breakfast buffet was quite good, offering a decent variety of fresh local dishes. The staff were always welcoming, friendly, and very helpful—ready to assist with any requests we had. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice modern design. However, we did feel it was missing some practical touches. There weren’t quite enough shelves or storage areas for personal items, and the design of the bathroom door was a bit awkward. To exit the toilet area, you actually have to step into the shower space, which was slightly inconvenient. That said, everything else about our stay was great, and we would still recommend this hotel for a short, comfortable stay in Pingtan!

來平潭的第一晚住在温德姆，體驗感一言難盡，完全不值得。第二晚選擇了這一家，能明顯感覺到酒店的用心與精心，體驗感很好。一入住就提供了免費停車的地方，送了孩子做工比較好的牙刷和拖鞋，還有小玩具，還升級了房型。温德姆價格貴了幾倍，在郊區，馬桶是普通的，吹風也很老舊，連洗衣房都沒有，周邊也是一無所有。而這一家智能馬桶是温暖的，吹風也很給力，周邊很多吃的，掛衣區設計也很合理，退房走的時候前台又送了小零食。感覺很暖心。温德姆製冰機沒有鏟子，咖啡機沒有咖啡，而他家一應俱全，五星的服務與細節。 洗衣房使用的人特別多，排隊排到很晚還沒搞好，是前台主動幫忙半夜烘乾的。非常棒的體驗。

El hotel Xiaojio está limpio y limpio, está totalmente equipado, hay caballos inteligentes y TV de pantalla de pantalla, la experiencia es excelente. El desayuno es rico y sabor online. La arquitectura del hotel es bastante estilo Santorini y está ubicado en el medio de la costa este de la isla Pingtan, no lejos de las atracciones de las líneas Norte y Sur. El hotel es un hotel muy bueno en China, el mejor de los seis en las últimas semanas para mí. ¡Por ejemplo, me ayudaron a llegar a un pueblo en la playa de la isla de Pintan y luego me inspeccionaron la noche para asegurarme de que regresé en seguridad! Location is really convenient, near to amenities and the beach. Room is clean and housekeeping service is fabulous. However the down side is that the service provided by the staff from the reception is substandard for a four star hotel, staff at the reception is not welcoming and giving people an uncomfortable feeling. Staff did not greet and both of them standing at the counter will just stare at you while you are walking towards them. Upon reaching the counter, they will not serve you until you start speaking up. After handing over of room cards, did not guide on where is the lift and where is the breakfast at.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The location is a little remote but so quiet. This was a great opportunity to get away from the city, and enjoy the island. The room was presented in a beautiful clean manner, we also received a plate of fruit after we had gone to the room. The only negative point is that there were some events happening at the hotel, which greatly impacted on the hotel restaurant. The food took too long to receive after placing our order; and due to it being the off season they didn't turn on the A/C in the restaurant, even after some guests asked for it to be turned on.

🌊 Great Service and Beach Location, But a Few Things to Know! We had a mixed but overall good experience here, mostly thanks to the wonderful staff. The Positives & The Room ✨ The service here is genuinely good! We originally booked a standard Twin room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a Family room. The upgraded room was absolutely awesome—very big, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Even though the hotel building itself feels a little bit old and dated, the spacious room really made up for it. Location & Beach 🏖️ The hotel is located right by the sea, which is beautiful. There are a few cafes right on the beach, though keep in mind their menus are quite limited. Also, unless you are visiting during the peak hot summer season, you won't be able to swim in the ocean because of the weather. The Downsides: Pool & Noise 🚧 Since we couldn't swim in the sea, we were hoping to use the pool, but unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed. I highly recommend contacting the hotel to check if the pool is operating before you book! The biggest issue during our stay, however, was the noise. There was active construction going on, and they were constantly fixing the roof next door. It was quite noisy and definitely disrupted the peaceful beach vibe. Bottom Line: A great beachfront location with excellent service and spacious rooms, but definitely double-check the pool and construction status before your trip!
