¡Excelente servicio (no solicitado) del personal que me recogió mi lavandería del secador en medio de la noche y lo llevo en bolsas y lo puso a mi puerta! 👏🏻 Y el precio/calidad del desayuno buffet a 48 RMB (menos de 6 Euros/Pax) es muy bueno. 👍🏻

Una vez que el pueblo se encuentre lleno de experiencias, se sorprende que el jardín del jardín sea muy grande. El entorno es elegante y tranquilo y el ambiente verde es muy abundante. This hotel has achieved something truly revolutionary: it costs less than my lunch but made me feel like royalty on a budget. The value-for-money ratio here is so astronomically high it might have violated a few economic laws. From the moment I stepped in, I could sense that my wallet was relaxing. The room was clean, cozy, and suspiciously nice for the price, like it was trying to impress me personally. The air conditioning worked harder than I do on Mondays, and the bed whispered: “You deserve this.” If I ever return to this glorious city of convenience and interesting street food, I’m staying here again. No debate. I’ve already told my friends, not because I’m generous, but because I want them to experience this miracle of affordability and comfort. 10/10 would trade my pocket money for another night here.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are high-end, comfortable, and clean. While smoking is permitted in the hotel, I was pleased to find that my room did not have a smoky smell. The staff was attentive to our needs, and the breakfast offered a good selection. However, I found that some essential services for foreigners were lacking. For example, assistance with booking a taxi, sending packages, or arranging tours was not available. I was surprised that some essential services were not included, especially given the number of staff available to assist with carrying luggage and opening doors. This was a missed opportunity to enhance the overall guest experience which is something other hotels in China typically offer at no extra cost. Overall, while the hotel itself is nice, I believe it could benefit from providing these additional services to enhance the guest experience.

Por trabajo, viajo más de 100 días al año, a menudo alojándome en hoteles de cuatro o cinco estrellas. Esta vez, originalmente planeaba alojarme en el Kaifeng Hilton, pero el Hotel Huanzhi me pareció perfecto, al estar tan cerca del mercado nocturno de la calle Gulou. ¡Y fue realmente increíble! Well located in a scenic area where my room faces a Bridge and a lake. The staff are very helpful and helped me with my luggage. One needs to walk in about 50 meters where the taxi drops off. The breakfast is personally served. The noise from tourists generally starts at 7:30 am and subside into the evening, the windows are quite noise proof and we have a very good stay and experience overall. A special mention to Yah Fei and the rest of the reception team, waitresses and porters for their enthusiastic hospitality.

La ventilación del aire es muy mala como podemos oler el humo en nuestra habitación. Aunque hay un signo no fumador en el lobby, ppl simplemente ignora el signo thd. La dirección a la lavandería no está clara.

A classy and stylish hotel right beside the waterways of Millenium City Park, one of the city's highlights, especially at nighttime. Set in a posh little pocket of houses built in traditional style, we had a generous quiet room with sofa, comfy bed, beautiful clay bedside tables, a lovely little tea set and nice modern bathroom. Breakfast was good as was the location, we walked along the lake shores to the guild hall and temples, then back again with a quick Didi ride to the drum tower night market. The hotel is easy to find down the private alley, on our map it was listed under the Chinese name Yun Wenxin Hotel.

The hotel is very clean and elegantly decorated with Song style. The room is also equipped with AI voice assistant Xiaodu who can turn on/off lights, TV, curtain, look up weather forecast, etc. We were greeted by Xiaodu when we entered the room the first time, a pretty fun experience. To my surprise, there is also a smart toilet, very comfortable. The hotel staffs are very friendly and accommodating, especially Yezi and Taotao. The check-in and checkout were very smooth and fast. Overall it's a great experience and I highly recommend it.
