Hoteles de 4 estrellas en Kaifeng

Una de las estancias más satisfactorias del hotel, el hotel receptor arregló a un conductor que se recogió en la estación de ferrocarril, aunque condicionado por una condición. El servicio de escritorio delantero fue excelente con recepción caliente. Las instalaciones eran suficientes para lavar y secar. La ubicación estaba cerca de la estación de tren y alrededor de 10 A kilómetros de los lugares turísticos.

El diseño de la habitación ha crecido aún más en mi estética! La ventana de la caída super grande es una pintura natural de agua de montaña. Cada mañana se abre la ventana, el sol entra y el humor sigue la sala de luz. La habitación es un patrón de tres distintas divisiónes, el espacio es amplio y transparente. Lo que más me sorprende es que las instalaciones de hardware, no sólo están equipadas con TV de pantalla grande, las instalaciones de baño de alta calidad, también con supersolas, unas cucharas de noche y una cuchara de día. En cuanto al servicio, debemos dar un gran elogio a los jefes y a los administradores! No hay un sentido de distancia comercial, sino de ser tan amable como visitar a los viejos amigos.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in China. There's nothing I could point out as a downside (except maybe the air conditioner might seem a bit noisy to some, but I fell asleep just fine). On the plus side: · Very friendly staff. · Five-star customer service. Thanks to the hotel's tips, I visited a great night market after sightseeing – details like that are often difficult for foreigners to discover on their own. · You can also get recommendations for restaurants and attractions there. · The rooms are new, and the amenities (from robes to shampoo and even a scale) are excellent. · The hotel provided a complimentary breakfast, which was very good. Upon check-in, they gave me a very nice welcome gift and also provided some snacks. The location is quite convenient – you can walk to Millennium Park in about 25 minutes. In summary: one of the few hotels I would definitely choose again if I ever return to Kaifeng. Here, I truly felt like a guest, not just someone temporarily staying in a room.

The hotel is in a place of nowhere, a bit far from the city centre but most tourist attractions could be reached by taxi with less than RMB 20. Reception staff are very helpful; especially Xiao Lou who is very kind, polite friendly, and helpful. Room is clean and the beds are very comfortable. We had very good sleep there.

Well located in a scenic area where my room faces a Bridge and a lake. The staff are very helpful and helped me with my luggage. One needs to walk in about 50 meters where the taxi drops off. The breakfast is personally served. The noise from tourists generally starts at 7:30 am and subside into the evening, the windows are quite noise proof and we have a very good stay and experience overall. A special mention to Yah Fei and the rest of the reception team, waitresses and porters for their enthusiastic hospitality.

Por trabajo, viajo más de 100 días al año, a menudo alojándome en hoteles de cuatro o cinco estrellas. Esta vez, originalmente planeaba alojarme en el Kaifeng Hilton, pero el Hotel Huanzhi me pareció perfecto, al estar tan cerca del mercado nocturno de la calle Gulou. ¡Y fue realmente increíble! El personal era increíblemente enérgico y genuinamente amable (para nada falso), y los jóvenes estaban muy motivados. El vestíbulo y las habitaciones estaban a la altura de muchos hoteles de cinco estrellas, por no mencionar el precio asequible: ¡precios de IKEA con servicio de mayordomo! Si no hubiera reservado hoteles Marriott y Hilton en otras ciudades para los próximos días (que ya no eran reembolsables), definitivamente los habría cancelado y me habría alojado en este hotel. Disfruté muchísimo de mi estancia aquí. Cuando viajas y el hotel es tan bueno que ni siquiera quieres irte, sabes que es un hotel realmente bueno. ¡Muy recomendable!

Location is near to attraction (wansuishan) but not adviseable to walk since it will be a long day walking Hotel Entrance is on a small street and tend to have traffic congestion due to the illegal parking Reception are friendly and helpful to a certain extend. Got free breakfast from member signup but the spread is disappointing . Went at 9am and most of the beverages are depleted. Instead of topping up, the staff tilt the dispenser for more beverages. The only meal item in the breakfast is just the mini hotdog Rooms is quite spacious, with separate bath and toilet. Lights switch is a mess with the bedside switch working on and off. Digital bidet is not working. Hot water is limited. Waited 5 mins for hot water and then halfway thru, the hot water ceases. Only 3 tv channel with no digital app available. Air ventilation quite bad as we can smell the smoke in our room. Althought there is a non smoking sign in the lobby, ppl are just ignoring thd sign. Direction to the laundry is not clear.

Es un hotel muy valioso! Hace dos noches. El hotel está muy cerca de Qingming River Garden. El hall está atmosférico, el cuarto está limpio, el desayuno es rica y en el restaurante de 22 pisos de la cima de la cama, el paisaje es muy bonito, la experiencia de la comida es excelente! También hay ropa de cama, marca, experiencia de ropa de cama, los niños les gustan mucho.

The hotel is very clean and elegantly decorated with Song style. The room is also equipped with AI voice assistant Xiaodu who can turn on/off lights, TV, curtain, look up weather forecast, etc. We were greeted by Xiaodu when we entered the room the first time, a pretty fun experience. To my surprise, there is also a smart toilet, very comfortable. The hotel staffs are very friendly and accommodating, especially Yezi and Taotao. The check-in and checkout were very smooth and fast. Overall it's a great experience and I highly recommend it.
