One of most satisfied hotel stay,the hotel receptionist arranged a driver picked up at railway station although ad-hoc condition. The front desk service was superb with warm reception. The amenities were sufficient with washing and drying functions. The location was near the railway station and about 10 Km from tourist spots.

這次開封之行挖到了寶藏民宿！位置堪稱一絕，步行3分鐘直達清明上河園，1分鐘就能到汴河遊船碼頭，出行遊玩超級省心。超大庭院花園氛圍感十足，房間自帶觀景露台，夜晚能直麪清明上河園的璀璨燈光與汴河遊船，浪漫感拉滿。雙花灑淋浴房體驗感滿分，床品柔軟舒適，和女朋友住得特別舒心，管家服務也貼心周到，來開封強烈推薦，絕對不虛此行！

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in China. There's nothing I could point out as a downside (except maybe the air conditioner might seem a bit noisy to some, but I fell asleep just fine). On the plus side: · Very friendly staff. · Five-star customer service. Thanks to the hotel's tips, I visited a great night market after sightseeing – details like that are often difficult for foreigners to discover on their own. · You can also get recommendations for restaurants and attractions there. · The rooms are new, and the amenities (from robes to shampoo and even a scale) are excellent. · The hotel provided a complimentary breakfast, which was very good. Upon check-in, they gave me a very nice welcome gift and also provided some snacks. The location is quite convenient – you can walk to Millennium Park in about 25 minutes. In summary: one of the few hotels I would definitely choose again if I ever return to Kaifeng. Here, I truly felt like a guest, not just someone temporarily staying in a room.

Por trabajo, viajo más de 100 días al año, a menudo alojándome en hoteles de cuatro o cinco estrellas. Esta vez, originalmente planeaba alojarme en el Kaifeng Hilton, pero el Hotel Huanzhi me pareció perfecto, al estar tan cerca del mercado nocturno de la calle Gulou. ¡Y fue realmente increíble! The hotel is in a place of nowhere, a bit far from the city centre but most tourist attractions could be reached by taxi with less than RMB 20. Reception staff are very helpful; especially Xiao Lou who is very kind, polite friendly, and helpful. Room is clean and the beds are very comfortable. We had very good sleep there.

Well located in a scenic area where my room faces a Bridge and a lake. The staff are very helpful and helped me with my luggage. One needs to walk in about 50 meters where the taxi drops off. The breakfast is personally served. The noise from tourists generally starts at 7:30 am and subside into the evening, the windows are quite noise proof and we have a very good stay and experience overall. A special mention to Yah Fei and the rest of the reception team, waitresses and porters for their enthusiastic hospitality.

來萬歲山旅遊，找地方的時候剛好看到這個在東門附近，事實證明這個位置特別好，因為夏天太熱了所以很方便進出回來休息一下再去裏面玩。 環境：品控還是不錯的，裝修大方舒適 衞生：打掃的也很乾凈，菜品的話不錯。尤其是餛飩可以自己從骨湯雞湯裏面直接盛湯。早餐到十點也是很貼心了。 設施：送貨機器人送的，一次性馬桶墊可以跟前台要。不過沒有一次性毛巾需要自備。電視的話沒整明白投屏咋用。 服務：服務態度不錯，辦理入住和退房都很順暢。

The hotel room was sufficiently designed for families even though its a smoking permitted room it did not smell as much of smoke as I thought it would. The reception staff are friendly and showed professional hospitality during our stay. My only qualm was that we paid for the “breakfast included” package but the breakfast fas anything but varied, even if it only served Chinese breakfast with more options it would be better… but this was not the case and to top it off the dining hall that needed to serve the whole hotel did not provide sufficient seating space for all the guests… many tables where set up for group dining so many guests dining as a couple took up a 4 seater table and placed personal items on the chairs to keep others from sharing the table. The hotel will benefit from providing guests with more breakfast options and sufficient seating space!

La ubicación del cuarto es muy buena. A seis y sietecientos metros de la puerta del Jardín de Xinghui, es muy conveniente volver al hotel cada noche después de caminar. La única desventaja es que la tienda es vieja y las instalaciones son antiguas, pero si la ubicación geográfica es la que es conveniente para vivir esta tienda!
