«Super cute lobby, clean hotel, accommodating staff who upgraded me for free to a suite. I had requested a non-smoking room, unfortunately the first room had a strong lingering odour, the upgrade was perfect though! Nice size, very comfortable bed, and a view of the garden. Breakfast was standard and a little disappointing, not many western dishes, however it was what I was expecting. Great location, many restaurants nearby and a 15 minute walk to the night market. Great one night stay.»

«El hotel es genial. Está a 1 minuto de la drum tower, la cual se puede ver desde la ventana. 😍 Está todo bastante limpio y con decoración elegante. Al lado, por la noche, hay una calle que hay mercado nocturno y es muy animada. 👍👍 En recepción tuvieron mucha paciencia para entendernos aunque no sabemos chino, pero con el traductor te entienden bien. Son bastante atentos en general. Estaba lloviendo y hemos salido con paraguas muy pequeños y el hombre que estaba controlando la entrada de vehículos ha venido corriendo a ayudarnos y ofrecernos paraguas más grandes que el hotel nos podía dejar. Ha sido muy amable y nos ha sorprendido lo atento que estaba 😀😀 Muchas gracias por todo. Volveremos seguro.»

«這次在開封府品宋酒店的入住體驗，可以説是把“宋韻”二字刻進骨子裡了。一走進酒店大堂，古色古香的陳設和恰到好處的燈光，氛圍感直接拉滿。房間的設施非常現代化，尤其是那個智能客控系統，動動嘴就能開燈關窗簾，懶人福音，但整體設計又和宋朝風格完美融合，一點不違和。衞生方面絕對可以打滿分，地面桌面光潔如新，衞浴間乾濕分離做得很好，最關鍵的是床品，躺上去就知道是認真打理過的，乾淨又鬆軟，一夜好眠。服務更是沒話説，前台辦理入住效率很高，還貼心地準備了開封旅遊地圖，客房服務響應也非常及時。最加分的是臨走時送的伴手禮，是一盒包裝精美的開封菊花茶，這份用心真的讓人很感動，給這次開封之行畫上了一個完美的句號。»

Se notó que se habían dejado las habitaciones tranquilas y lejos de la cabina, y se dejó la habitación en el aire, un poco inquieto, alguien hablaba cerca de mañana y tarde, y estaba muy bien.

«一開始訂房間的時候訂錯日期了，又臨時更改的，結果沒有之前房間了，衹能訂現在這個房間了，到前台登記的時候給美女服務員説了一下情況，前台剛好説有人退出來一間，很開心，又定了現在的房間，還跟前台諮詢了附近有什麼好吃的，景點怎麼去，前台也很熱心的講了半天，出去玩了一圈，回來躺在床上一覺睡到天亮，床品挺好的是零壓床，很解乏，非常好的酒店!衞生服務也特別好!»
