For food deliveries, just put your room number and ask the delivery guy to leave outside your door. The hotel does not have a lift though, so you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs if your room is on level 2. They also have 2 washers and 2 dryers in the laundry room for guests to freely use. Overall an ok stay with no big issues.»
