Atour is a fantastic hotel to stay with. I love that they are consistent in service, design, and comfort wherever we travel. When we checked in, the girl at the front desk explained that the room away from the elevator on the 6th floor was very small, but there was one near the elevator on the 2nd floor that was larger if the 6th floor wasn’t acceptable. The room on the 6th floor was more like a closet with no space for a suitcase, the window wasn’t really a window, and it had a terrible smell. When I came back to the desk to ask I could change rooms, she immediately let us move to the larger room on the 2nd floor which was great! Clean, large enough for 2 suitcases, and a real window. Traveling for several weeks, having the ability to laundry is key and I love their laundry facility- state of the art, industrial washer and dryers that work quickly and efficiently. The front desk staff is amazing- you can leave it with them and they’ll do the laundry (wash/ dry) and return to you free of charge, or you can do it yourself (but you may have to wait until a washer is available which is why they suggest leaving it with them). The area around the hotel is extremely convenient- many restaurants, tea shops, etc., it’s within walking distance to a lot of shopping, and both bus stops/ metro stations are within walking distance. Atour is a hotel brand that I trust and rely on, especially when we are traveling for an extended period of time.

Located just opposite Guiyang West Yan'an Bus station, which is convenient for tourist to take coach to propular attractions like Huangguoshu Waterfall, Zhenyuan Ancient Town, XiJiangQianHu Miao Village.. etc. 2. Surrounded with many local food stalls 3. Metro line #2 and 3 just short distance away 4. Hotel staff looks busy at all time, even though there is no guest there 5. Free coffee and tea served at the reception area, many times either the coffee machine is out of water or out of milk which make things frustrated especially when you are in the hurry and the hotel staff are busy 6. Free laundry service : 4 washers & 4 dryers 7. Hotel also provide supper from 2130 to 2300 8. Room size is slightly below my expectation. The advertisement photo shows 1 can of free soft drink and 2 bottles tea drinks in the mini fridge for my room type, somehow it's not the case. When I asked the hotel staff, the respond was soft drink/bottle tea drinks will not be provided for my room type, but they can provide to me if I insist of having it. I told the guy NO if my booking does not have it, instead I asked the staff to feedback to the Management to remove the photo away as not to mislead the Customer 9. Did not purchase their breakfast and so unable to comment much 10. The gym area looks ok This is my 1st time staying in ATour will a little disappointment in their service. However, I will not rude them out!

Este hotel es el hotel de aeropuerto más cercano que he estado en China. La habitación asignada a mí en el octavo nivel me permite ver claramente el terminal del aeropuerto, los cubiertas de observación, la estación de tren del aeropuerto y los vuelos que se parten del aeropuerto. En general, estoy muy contento de estar en este hotel, pero el restaurante del hotel está cerrado por la noche y el recepción no está a su alrededor para tomar las órdenes de la habitación. Me quedaré aquí de nuevo en octubre de 2025.

¡Población del tesoro! ¡Es absolutamente nuestra primera elección de vivienda en Guiyang más tarde! En primer lugar, la habitación es espaciosa, está decorada con estilo, limpia, con mucha agua caliente, buena ropa de cama y artículos sanitarios y un delicioso desayuno. El ambiente es tranquilo y el alojamiento en el lugar pintoresco es perfecto para paseos matutinos y vespertinos. El ambiente para beber té es particularmente digno de elogio. Para los amantes del té, este lugar vale la pena. Esta será mi primera opción cuando pase por Guiyang en el futuro.

Las habitaciones del hotel estaban limpias e higiénicas, con todas las comodidades y un desayuno abundante. La ubicación es muy conveniente, lo que facilita el acceso a atracciones como el Pabellón Wenchang, la Torre Jiaxiu, la fuente, el Mercado Qingyun y el Parque de la Montaña Qianling. El personal del hotel fue profesional, atento y amable. Al llegar, nos dieron una habitación familiar. Sin embargo, debido a las prisas para tomar nuestro vuelo, olvidamos nuestras gafas en la habitación. Afortunadamente, el personal del hotel se puso en contacto con nosotros rápidamente y nos las envió por mensajería urgente esa misma tarde, lo que nos permitió usarlas de inmediato. ¡Estamos muy agradecidos! 🙏🙏🙏

I had recently come on a holiday to the city and stayed here for 4 nights. The first 2 nights were well and without issue. On the last night, i was unfortunate enough to encounter a rat in my room. It had managed to escape through a hole under the sink and I was told that all rooms had this feature when I was requesting for a replacement room. Even the replacement had issues as the wifi did not have connectivity which caused their smart room functions to not work all the way till checkout. Also, rooms do not have a line to the front desk and communication with them is only through wechat. As such, it will be difficult for travelers who do not know mandarin to have a quick response to issues easily. I encountered my room key to not be able to open my room almost every afternoon and had to face the inconvenience of either going to the front desk or waiting for the staff to come up to provide a replacement key, where both options took substantial time due to the slow lifts. Also, the gym was not in a good condition and the breakfast was plain and repetitive. I have to commend the hotel staff for their positive attitude and willingness to provide assistance whenever issues arose, but I felt they were let down by the infrastructure and setup and could only be apologetic a lot of the time. It is a new hotel, so hopefully they might be able to fix these teething issues and provide future guests with a more positive experience.

Greentree Eastern Hotel is the largest airport hotel in Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, located at AC Park. It has four towers. Check-in is at the fourth tower. I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above. I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel. During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened. Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white. On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me. The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小镇). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up. I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers. Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.

Hotel building is old. Staff said Orange Hotel just bought over & it is in the process of renovating the rooms. Building is shared with public entertainment outlets like KTV & club. More suitable for the locals than the foreigners. Rooms have a strong cigarette smell even though it is a non-smoking floor. There's no closet for the clothes, only hangers on the wall. The bathroom WC has no auto flush system. Decent stay for 1/2 days, not suitable for young children as there are young clubbers going in & out of the building.

Viajaba con una familia de cuatro y quería quedarme en una habitación después de mirarlo durante mucho tiempo, elegí este hotel. No subiré las fotos de las habitaciones porque son iguales a las que aparecen en línea. La habitación es muy grande y las dos camas de dos metros de ancho son realmente lo que me gusta. Ubicación del hotel: salida A del metro de Zilin'an, ubicada en el centro de la ciudad, conveniente para ir a cualquier parte. Servicio: La persona que se registró en la recepción fue una señorita de cabello corto y ojos muy grandes. Era hábil en los negocios y muy paciente. Cabe mencionar que agregó una pequeña ama de llaves en WeChat para que pueda recuper****. rápidamente y proporcionar un servicio rápido. La camarera del servicio de habitaciones del turno de noche también fue muy paciente. Por la noche trajo dos edredones extra finos, que fueron entregados rápidamente y cubiertos con edredones. Sentirse como en casa, este hotel lo encarna muy bien. Recomiendo encarecidamente que salga mañana y volveré más tarde. Espero poder conseguir la habitación 2717. Mi foto es de la vista desde la ventana. Después de verla, sabrás por qué elegí este hotel. Impecable.
