La ubicación es buena con muchas opciones de comida fuera. Hay un mercado de comida nocturna y la autopista cerca. En el lado inferior, la habitación necesita ser actualizada, las paredes de color de lavender son viejas y la habitación y la autopista huele a humo. Es 2024 y la gente todavía fuma cigarrillos en el hotel y el lobby. El desayuno era promedio, no había croissants ni baguettes. Elige esta cadena de hotel porque es francés y esperaba croissants y bueno pan. Fue decepcionante.

整體體驗遠超預期，喜來登的品質還是名不虛傳，值得信賴！喜歡這個洗漱間的設計，很簡約，剛好考慮可以給自己的房間按照這種風格裝修下。從服務質量到房間配套感覺都挺好的，每一處都做得無可挑剔。細節看的出用心，服務上貼心周到，主打一個性價比超高，不管是商務出行還是度假旅遊，都是一個絕佳的選擇。

數博會假期，帶着老母親和女兒入住萬象温泉馬壠別苑，感覺這是一次非常滿意的一次住宿體驗。 首先説説服務，提前去看房間，加了前台微信後，小姐姐一直很熱情周到的回答我的若干問題，態度謙和有禮，有問必答，一點沒有不耐煩。入住後房間幾位服務員大姐每次送東西過來的微笑，讓人如沐春風，心生愉快。整個住宿的兩天，服務可以打滿分！ 開車到馬龍別苑後，樓下有每一個風景獨立的停車場，停好車就從停車場直接進入房間，非常方便。 房間設施完備齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，馬桶，淋浴間，房間裏面獨立的泡池，都是乾乾淨淨。整個房間的設計看得出花了心思（泡池房間裏的裝飾畫，符合環境的詩句，恰到好處的花瓶和綠植），讓人身心放鬆。 從馬壠別苑出來，穿過一道玻璃門，就到了公共泡池的區域，對老年人來説很方便。公共區域有四十多個不同類型的泡池，水質良好，很乾凈。整個公共區域環境設計非常用心，能滿足不同年齡段的需求。老母親這一次也非常滿意，説這是她這幾年泡過的最好的温泉，女兒也很喜歡。 酒店早餐種類豐富，食材材質新鮮，進餐環境舒適優雅。中餐我們在附近點了外賣，也是很快就送到啦，**上有很多可以選擇的店鋪。 這是一次愉快的住宿體驗，下次如果泡温泉，看到會再次選擇這裏！同時也感謝這幾天給我們服務的前台小姐姐，房間服務員，謝謝你們！

房間很好，乾淨衞生，位置安靜不吵鬧。大音響放歌很好聽，有電梯上下樓方便，唯一美中不足的是，電梯四樓門不開要再下去一樓再回四樓，電梯門才會打開，我還以為我要被困了（´-ωก`），其他很好的客服小姐姐很温柔耐心，還給我延時退房，酒店對面就是很多賣小吃的攤子，走路去黔靈山十幾分鍾就到了坐車更快，樓下就有便利店很方便，離貴陽北也近坐高鐵很方便，離甲秀樓也近晚上去看夜景超美的，唯一美中不足的就是電梯，但是電梯不怪酒店吧哈哈哈（〃'▽'〃），對啦酒店對面晚上有賣炒飯的，那個橋下面有個微胖小哥哥炒的飯超級超級香，真的很好吃，也有便利店可以買冰杯自己diy飲料哈哈哈૮（˶ᵔᵕᵔ˶）ა下次還來玩太開心了，

酒店環境優美，春節期間各種有意義的活動，寫春聯、非遺拓印、扎染、看圖猜成語等等，孩子很喜歡。管家 Apple 服務也很好，提前為我們升級了房間，安排好酒店的活動和提前介紹酒店的各種活動和安排，非常感謝！為我們一家人帶來了很好的度假旅途體驗。酒店還提供了旅拍服務，我們體驗了苗族服裝拍攝很滿意。貴陽還會再來。

La habitación era estupenda, totalmente equipada, limpia y el servicio excelente. Está cerca de paradas de autobús y metro, lo que facilita mucho explorar los alrededores. La estación de tren de alta velocidad también es de fácil acceso. En resumen, ¡la ubicación es inmejorable! ¡Excelente relación calidad-precio, muy recomendable!

距貴陽市區大概50分鐘車程，不遠不近，正好適合在旅途中留一天放鬆。温泉泡着舒服，山上還有徒步步道，可以邊走邊呼吸山裡的空氣，整個人都輕鬆不少。 特別想提一下酒店的服務。堯波、顧訊、楊萍、張天梅幾位都特別熱心，帶我們去房間、推薦好吃的，讓人感覺挺温暖踏實的。 小缺點是酒店裡沒什麼吃飯的地方，不過去縣裡吃頓地道的辣子雞也很方便。去吃了葉老大陽朗辣子雞（總店），確實香，菜籽油的香味配上新鮮的雞肉，特別下飯，再次感謝帶我們去的堯波大帥哥！

Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。
