Would definitely stay here again, I had a great view from my room, and the building is tall enough that you can see pretty far out. The breakfast was up to par for CN standards, had a made to order noodle bar. Very comfortable and spacious overall, not just the room, but common areas as well, (oh and they have good coffee with a selection of Monin syrup and a variety of quality tea bags, self-serve in the lobby 24/7). They also had free laundry/dryer at the 3/f, with detergent. On the second night of a 2 night stay, there was torrential rainfall throughout the night, including thunder and lightning; the power went out twice in the whole area, at least several city blocks; there basically wasn’t anything the hotel could do about it. But all the emergency backup lighting and signage were all working properly, both in the room and in the hallway, so that was surely good. 小周 at the front desk was quite helpful and sincere, props to them, they were also super apologetic about the power outage (even though it was in no way their fault). Great stay!

I had recently come on a holiday to the city and stayed here for 4 nights. The first 2 nights were well and without issue. On the last night, i was unfortunate enough to encounter a rat in my room. It had managed to escape through a hole under the sink and I was told that all rooms had this feature when I was requesting for a replacement room. Even the replacement had issues as the wifi did not have connectivity which caused their smart room functions to not work all the way till checkout. Also, rooms do not have a line to the front desk and communication with them is only through wechat. As such, it will be difficult for travelers who do not know mandarin to have a quick response to issues easily. I encountered my room key to not be able to open my room almost every afternoon and had to face the inconvenience of either going to the front desk or waiting for the staff to come up to provide a replacement key, where both options took substantial time due to the slow lifts. Also, the gym was not in a good condition and the breakfast was plain and repetitive. I have to commend the hotel staff for their positive attitude and willingness to provide assistance whenever issues arose, but I felt they were let down by the infrastructure and setup and could only be apologetic a lot of the time. It is a new hotel, so hopefully they might be able to fix these teething issues and provide future guests with a more positive experience.

I have no complaints with the room because it is already very classy and comfortable. The shampoo and body gel in the bathroom are very smooth and nice. Hotel is situated about 5 mins drive to guiyangbei station where you can get metro and high speed train. Hotel provide shuttle car service between the hotel and the Guiyangbei station. If your holiday has a lot of travel to the outlaying tourist spots, staying near the guiyangbei station is the right thing to do. The downside? Even with our request for addition, there were only 4 cloth hanger, for 2 of us, for 5 nights. Breakfast is decent, for the room rate we paid.

Affordable, close to HSR. There’s decent decor in the lobby but the room itself is just OK. Note ride the elevator from -6 up to 15, but the rooms itself only accessible via 1 flight of stairs once reaching the 15th floor lobby. Room “met the standard” for non-smoking although there was ashtray in the room. There is loud construction in the morning.

The first day I reached this hotel asking the lobby counter service the direction to their Guiyang train station he told us it's a 10 to 15 mins walk depending on individual speed. The direction was a bit of twist and turn and he bothered to take his time to bring us half way there till it was a straight walk to the station and that time was 7pm in the evening so cold. That was very heart warming. Next, is the 1st breakfast I had in this hotel, there is only one lady preparing breakfast there in the morning and she greeted us with a big smile, preparing the noodle to almost exactly what we wanted, ofcos, we're from a different country, we cannot expect 100%. And the last day of our stay knowing that we're taking the highspeed train to Kunming she even packs noodles for us to eat on the train. That was too heart warming.

Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass.
