The location of this hotel is superb. It is only a short walking distance away from the Metro station. Within walking distance are several restaurants which serve excellent meals at reasonable prices. Opposite the hotel is a fresh fruits & vegetables market which is worth visiting. The front office staff are very helpful and will go all out to assist you. They gave useful advice on places to visit and good restaurants to go for meals.

My recent stay at the Ramada Dongguan Songshan Lake exceeded all expectations. The hotel is immaculately clean, from the lobby to the rooms, creating a fresh and comfortable atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to an Executive Twin Room, which was spacious, well-appointed, and featured modern amenities. The breakfast and dinner buffet were both excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights was the hotel's robot delivery service, which efficiently brought items directly to our room—adding a fun and convenient touch to our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend the Ramada Dongguan Songshan Lake to anyone visiting the area.

Prompt check in, the staff was efficient and placed me in a quiet zone which I appreciate! Since it was only a night I didn’t explore the area nor the the facilities. Good thing about Atour is they have laundry room that helps with long travels!

I stayed in the smart deluxe double bedroom on the sixth floor. I ended up staying for four weeks. The room was fantastic. Very spacious, with a huge 4K TV screen. Everything was clean and modern, with electronic buttons for all the lighting. When ordering delivery service, the phone would ring and the robot would be waiting at your door with your order. Amazing! The staff was extremely helpful and we connected on WeChat which made everything so much easier. The rooms were immaculately clean. Very new. The woman who cleaned my room was amazing! Every day when I came back, it was perfect. The bed was super comfortable with four big pillows. Very easy to sleep. The shower was spectacular. Maybe the best Hotel shower I’ve ever experienced. Super high water pressure, with a large rain – type head. Hot water came almost instantly. I would go back there anytime I came to town. If you need to do a little work, or you just want to connect your PC to the big screen, you can select the input. Bring an HTML cable and you have a 75 inch 4K monitor lighting up the room. Great stay!
