I was genuinely impressed by the staff. I wish could give them 6 stars! From the moment I arrived, they helped with my luggage, something I rarely experienced at other hotels in China. They also helped resolve issues with my online deliveries, and one staff member even went next door to collect my package. The room was spacious, on a high floor with a great view, and included a bathtub, washing machine, and dryer, which is perfect for a longer stay. Free water is also provided, including cold water in the lobby. Excellent service and a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

El ambiente es hermoso, la ubicación es buena, el transporte es conveniente, la habitación es cómoda e higiénica, limpia e impecable, el personal de servicio es muy entusiasta y está dispuesto a brindar todo tipo de ayuda, el desayuno es nutritivo, hay un servicio gratuito estacionamiento, el precio es alto, la estadía general en el hotel es muy satisfactoria, la próxima vez me quedaré aquí nuevamente, muy recomendable.

Comparado con varias opciones finales aquí, no está decepcionado, el espacio de la habitación es amplio, la ventilación es buena, los artículos de lavandería. Pros: Front desk staff are mostly friendly and helpful The location is peaceful at night so you can sleep better Rooms are bigger than most other hotels Big carpark in front with EV charging Cons: mainly the toilet The fittings and conditions of the toilet are aged and not well maintained. The hot water shower is intermittent and the water pressure is weak. House keeping missed out 2/5 days during my stay (I had booked another room in another app. This room is for a HK friend). Cleaning is also a bit sloppy. The TV is very dusty as can be seen in the photo Overall, I shall say that this is a decent place to stay, 7.5/10. But for those that wants things to be in tip top condition, there's a newer 1 year old hotel in the same carpark, it cost more than double.

This is a serviced apartment in a cluster of apartment complexes on the Wanda shopping plaza. Finding the exact location of the lobby is not easy as it's on a different floor. In most of these services apartments, you add the caretakers WeChat and chat with them to find the location and the access to the room keys of lock no. Location is great with the shopping centre below and lot of street food around. The problem I had was with the cleanliness of the apartment when I went in. Someone did use the apartment after it was cleaned, the toilet was dirty. So I had to message the caretaker and asked her to get someone to clean it. She immediately sent 2 kids to clean them all (I guess the teen kids were the culprits in the first place). So small glitch but it was ok. The apartment room is a bit run down but for the price I wouldn't complain. The room I booked had a good view of the inner side of the wanda plaza complex. I stayed for 2 nights but they don't clean the room every day and replenish the water bottles and towels. Maybe I should have asked but I would expect them to do that by default....but other than that, it was good. Oh BTW it's near the metro and easy to get to from the HSR.

Tienes que encontrar el apartamento para llegar al código de barras de WeChat para escanear. No te envían ningún detalle sobre la habitación como dice el sitio web. Así que es frustrante... Puede ser muy frustrante. Esto me ha sucedido 3 veces en este viaje. Pasé una hora buscando el lugar solo para encontrar una puerta cerrada y un código de escaneo de WeChat. Luego te envían el apartamento real. Debería haber una manera de obtener esto sin la lucha de trip.com. Si es la primera vez que visitas China, te sugiero que te alojes en un hotel normal. Si te gusta la búsqueda inútil, ¡prueba esto! La vista merece la pena.

Alojarse en este hotel fue una experiencia agradable. La ubicación estratégica del hotel, su cómodo transporte y su entorno tranquilo lo hacen muy adecuado para viajeros de negocios y de placer. Las habitaciones son amplias y luminosas, con completas instalaciones, cómodas camas y buena higiene. La actitud de servicio del hotel es cálida y atenta, y todo, desde la recepción hasta el servicio de habitaciones, es muy profesional. En general, este es un hotel muy rentable y muy recomendable.

I had a disappointing experience with this hotel as on two nights, I experienced loud noise from people in the room next to mine very late. On the second night when this happened after midnight, I recorded this noise and complained to the frontdesk, who said they spoke to the guests. However around 5.30am, I was awoken by shouting and loud talking from a man in that same room (but he sounded like a different person from the man who had been naking noise at midnight), including cursing, and for the next 1.5 hours he kept doing that, which I strongly believe was deliberate. I sent the frontdesk messages at 5.41am and 6.45am, yet the hotel only responded around 8am. They offered to extend my checkout to 1am, then offered me 40 yuan rebate, but I refused as I was asked to give them 200 yuan in order for them to refund me 240 yuan (2 nights stay). Besides the fact I felt worried and threatened and thought about going to confront the man in the room next to mine, I think that these were not normal guests but people who were known to the hotel staff.
