Hhappy explorerHotel is located below a billiard club with constant streaming of outsiders customers, smokers, noisy environment! Lobby and lounge area is used by other building visitors, delivery boys with obvious security lax. Not conducive as a hotel for vacationers.

CCathrin.GI had an amazing stay at Ji hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Songsan area. The environment is exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made the entire stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The hotel features a modern and stylish design, with beautiful interiors that give a very luxurious and contemporary atmosphere.
The room was very spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing plenty of comfort and space to relax after a long day. Everything felt new and well organized, which added to the overall premium experience.
One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent location. It is very convenient to travel anywhere in the city, with many attractions easily accessible nearby. There is also a large shopping mall directly beside the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment without needing to travel far. The traffic at this area quite heavy and a lots of cars sound their horn that could be disturbing, however I didn’t experience the noise pollution after late night hence it is acceptable to me.
Their breakfast start from 7am-10am and plenty of choices even though only Chinese style is served. Hopefully their coffee machine is working in the future, as an overseas traveller, coffee is part of our basic need.
One thing I wish to special highlight is about the free laundry, you can view the available machine slots from your room (open the TV and you can see the info). Super convenient! You don’t have to walk all the way to the laundry area to check by yourself.
I would definitely give this hotel a full 5-star rating and look forward to staying here again in the future.

PPinnk PinnkMy recent stay at the Ramada Dongguan Songshan Lake exceeded all expectations. The hotel is immaculately clean, from the lobby to the rooms, creating a fresh and comfortable atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to an Executive Twin Room, which was spacious, well-appointed, and featured modern amenities.
The breakfast and dinner buffet were both excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile.
One of the highlights was the hotel's robot delivery service, which efficiently brought items directly to our room—adding a fun and convenient touch to our stay.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend the Ramada Dongguan Songshan Lake to anyone visiting the area.

IITG2I have stayed at this hotel quite a bit and have enjoyed almost every day staying here.
The breakfast is open from 7:30 - 10AM so there is plenty of time to enjoy a relaxed meal. I personally really enjoy the breakfast, there is usually good variety with hot dishes, fresh fruits, and a coffee machine. The beds are very spacious and comfortable. The staff are attentive and very courteous.
There are several food vendors nearby, a mall a short distance away and some other athletics facilities.
Overall excellent stay at this hotel!

Una sugerencia para mejorar es instalar un cargador USB ya que mi teléfono no puede ser cargado durante la noche, ya que no tengo el plug eléctrico para mi línea USB.

耳耳東氵罒幸一止El hotel está situado en el barrio de Rainbow y en la calle Humen Walking, el edificio del hotel forma parte de un condominio en la parte superior de una estación de envío, por lo que el lobby no es el piso de la planta, sino el tercer piso. Pide al conductor que busque la salida de la tienda de recreo, será mucho más fácil.
Las habitaciones son modernas y espaciosas, la presión de aire y agua para la ducha es buena, el mantenimiento de la casa es de arriba, las habitaciones son limpias y las camas son cómodas, las piernas están en el lado más suave, pueden solicitar piernas duras o extras cuando sea necesario.
El hotel permite la salida tardía hasta las 4:00, que es muy bueno para los que se vuelan tarde.
Las instalaciones del hotel son buenas, utilizan la sala de fitness, bastante básicas pero suficientes para un buen entrenamiento, la piscina está abierta de 7 a 9pm, cerrada entre 12-2pm. tienen que traer una capa de baño o comprar una en el cuentador. la piscina está gestionada por un club y compartida entre el hotel El agua de piscina no se trata de manera adecuada para usar goggles.
El centro comercial debajo del hotel hace comer muy conveniente pero se dirige hacia el exterior cerca de la calle de caminar, muchos alimentos locales a precios más baratos.
En general, se recomienda la estancia.
La ubicación del hotel es muy central para ir a diferentes lugares.

MmeiwentiGreat Hotel with Excellent Facilities, But Poor Tennis Court Experience
We stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is located just 700 meters from the metro, making it easy to reach. The property is spacious and includes an outdoor pool, indoor pool, sauna, gym, a tennis court (details below), a large dining hall, and two separate massage areas offering various treatments.
Room & Service:
The rooms are clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a larger room upon arrival. The staff were friendly and polite.
Food:
We’d rate the food 3.5 out of 5. The buffet is advertised as European, but the dishes lean heavily toward Chinese cuisine. Breakfast wasn’t to our taste, so we decided to skip dinner.
Massage:
There are two massage salons. We booked a foot massage, but the therapists ended up giving us an almost full-body massage, paying extra attention to sore areas. It was a wonderful experience — 5 out of 5.
Pools & Sauna:
Both pools are open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. If you prefer fewer people, we recommend the indoor pool around 7 a.m. and the outdoor one around 2 p.m. The pools were clean and warm, and we appreciated the Swedish sauna in the locker room. Again — 5 stars.
Gym:
The gym is well-equipped and never crowded. Open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. — another 5 stars.
Tennis Court:
Unfortunately, this was the only major disappointment. Despite several attempts to book and show up at the scheduled time, no staff were present. Phone calls were ignored or we were told, “I don’t have time to talk.” We eventually got a refund (booked via *******), but the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Rating: 1 out of 5.
Overall:
Aside from the tennis court issue, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Great amenities, clean rooms, and a peaceful environment.

UUsuario anónimoGot an upgrade to the newly renovated rooms on this visit. The room is updated with contemporary design with a cyber color scheme. The lightning has improved a lot and with the new temperature control, it is no doubt a much more comfy room than before.
However, I have noticed a few shortcomings in my stay. First of all, there is no towel rack for used bath towels, and contradictorily they promote the environment friendly of reusing the towels (sign posted as shown as attached).
Secondly, changing cables are provided on both sides of the bed. But only the set on the left is working properly.
Thirdly, bath robes are on request now, maybe it is the result of the new open closet.
Lastly, those dispenser bottles are not working properly. The pump doesn't retract smoothly after being pressed. You simply need to pull the trigger back to get the next pump.
After all, it was a pleasant stay with late check out, free bottles of water and self service laundry as usual.
