La ubicación del hotel es excelente, a 5 o 6 minutos a pie del centro de exposición, hay un restaurante italiano abajo, hay un fondo del mar, hay una tienda de conveniencia al otro lado de la calle. No está lejos de China, pasa unos 15 minutos. Es especialmente agradable que el hotel pueda estacionar por un estacionamiento de coches y es muy conveniente. My stay at the Moxy Chicago was fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant, modern, and welcoming. The room was thoughtfully designed—every inch of space was used efficiently without sacrificing comfort or style. One of my favorite parts was spending time on the outdoor patio. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beautiful weather, and chat. The lobby was full of life with a great DJ creating a fun vibe, and I appreciated that the snack and drink selection included quality options instead of just typical junk food. We were even welcomed with complimentary drinks, which was a really nice touch. Throughout our stay, we always felt safe, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I also loved that the lounge areas and games weren’t just there for decoration—they were actually being enjoyed by guests, making the hotel feel social and inviting. It’s clear that the Moxy was designed to bring people together while still providing a comfortable place to unwind. This stay completely won me over. My next hotel stay will definitely be at a Moxy property. I can’t wait to experience another location, and I would highly recommend Moxy Chicago to anyone looking for a fun, stylish, and memorable stay in the city!

I stayed here one night for a concert The room was ok, nothing special for the price. The hotel is in a great neighborhood, and check in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and showed me to my room. However, checkout is stated at 11am. Ten minutes before checkout, the staff was banging at my door rushing me to get out because the next guest was already there. In all other experiences, when I arrive at a hotel early before check-in, they don’t go rush to kick the guest out of my room before their designated checkout time. I drop my bags off and enjoy whatever place I’m visiting and go to my room later. I don’t see why this was necessary and put a sour end to my stay.

During our recent stay at this hotel, we experienced a range of both positive and negative aspects. We made reservations on New Year’s Eve, marking our first visit to Chicago with my partner and friends. While we enjoyed the overall experience, we found the hotel to be more expensive than in the downtown area. The parking fees were particularly exorbitant, and the open space parking lot raised concerns about safety. Additionally, we noticed a discrepancy between the number of towels and cups provided in the room and the number specified on our reservation. Despite promptly contacting the hotel upon arrival, we were still short of towels and cups for two days. Despite these issues, we acknowledge that the stay itself was pleasant.

Hotel room is clean and spacious. Nearby to restaurants and supermart too. Nearby bus stop to bring you downtown.

Me quedé en el hotel por dos noches y tres días a finales de diciembre de 2025. Desafortunadamente, mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante. El sistema de calefacción en mi habitación era muy alto, lo que dificulta el sueño. Durante mi estancia, no había servicio de mantenimiento o reemplazo de toallas, lo que era muy incómodo.
