The location is perfect just next to the exhibition hall but the services was to consider, we had many issues the cleaning service two days they didn’t clean they just took the towels and didn’t put new ones , i guess they have some problems with management hope they will solve it

My stay at the Moxy Chicago was fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant, modern, and welcoming. The room was thoughtfully designed—every inch of space was used efficiently without sacrificing comfort or style. One of my favorite parts was spending time on the outdoor patio. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beautiful weather, and chat. The lobby was full of life with a great DJ creating a fun vibe, and I appreciated that the snack and drink selection included quality options instead of just typical junk food. We were even welcomed with complimentary drinks, which was a really nice touch. Throughout our stay, we always felt safe, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I also loved that the lounge areas and games weren’t just there for decoration—they were actually being enjoyed by guests, making the hotel feel social and inviting. It’s clear that the Moxy was designed to bring people together while still providing a comfortable place to unwind. This stay completely won me over. My next hotel stay will definitely be at a Moxy property. I can’t wait to experience another location, and I would highly recommend Moxy Chicago to anyone looking for a fun, stylish, and memorable stay in the city!

Location is good with a beautiful view. Just a heads up bring your own slipper and dental kit and drinking water because they don’t have complimentary of such. Overall we had a great sleep and we enjoyed our stay.

La habitación era una suite agradable y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. La nevera era de buen tamaño y había vajilla y utensilios disponibles. El personal fue un poco informal y el desayuno dejó mucho que desear. Por suerte, la ubicación era excelente, con muchos buenos restaurantes cerca.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, prácticamente en el centro de la ciudad, lo que facilita las compras y el transporte. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y las instalaciones son bastante buenas; el desayuno, como siempre, es básico. Tenga en cuenta que, incluso si los huéspedes cuelgan el cartel de ”No molestar” y se marchan, el personal de limpieza entrará a limpiar la habitación.

Me quedé en el hotel por dos noches y tres días a finales de diciembre de 2025. Desafortunadamente, mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante. El sistema de calefacción en mi habitación era muy alto, lo que dificulta el sueño. Durante mi estancia, no había servicio de mantenimiento o reemplazo de toallas, lo que era muy incómodo. El edificio también se siente muy viejo; incluso el ascensor se deslizó cuando se mueve. El desayuno fue incluido, pero la selección era limitada y la calidad general era pobre. En varias mañanas, no había rellenos cuando los artículos salieron, y incluso cuando llegué a las 8:00, la mayoría de la comida ya había desaparecido. Puedes caminar por el nacimiento hasta el sendero junto al río y realizar un crucero arquitectónico. El Instituto de Arte de Chicago y el Museo Field de Historia Natural están cerca. However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website. One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming. The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly. Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises. I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.
