¡Disfruté muchísimo mi estancia en el Hollywood Hotel Puerto Princesa! Desde el check-in hasta el check-out, el personal fue muy atento y amable. Sentí su cálida bienvenida y su excelente servicio al cliente. 😊 La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, la cama era muy cómoda y el hotel tenía un ambiente acogedor pero elegante. Perfecto para viajeros solitarios como yo que buscan paz y comodidad. Otro punto a destacar de mi estancia fue la experiencia en el bar y restaurante Sir KC’s. La comida estaba deliciosa, las porciones eran generosas y la presentación impecable. Las bebidas también estaban buenísimas y el ambiente era relajante, perfecto para desconectar después de un largo día. 🍽️🍹 La ubicación también es muy conveniente, ya que está cerca del aeropuerto y de otras zonas clave de Puerto Princesa. En resumen, mi estancia valió la pena. ¡Sin duda volveré y recomiendo este hotel al 100%! 🌴✨

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que no sea excepcional. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad. Recomiendo esta habitación a cualquiera que visite Puerto Princesa, especialmente si usted valora un servicio caliente y fiable.

Reservamos este hotel por su cercanía al aeropuerto. Resulta que, al salir por la puerta del aeropuerto, ¡hay que caminar 25 minutos hasta él! No usamos el aeropuerto de Phnom Penh para salir de Palawan, así que no sabemos si es mejor para viajar desde allí. Cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Buen aire acondicionado, un desayuno delicioso a buen precio, ¡pero el servicio fue lento!

Nice hotel and a great location. It was a good experience overall, but the room needed a refresh and we had ants in our room. The couch, curtains, and table cloth needed a really good cleaning, or even better, replacing. Not important for us, but we didn't see an elevator. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as they let us have our free breakfast for dinner as we were leaving very early in the morning.

+ close to airport (2 km) Staff Good WiFi  - Loud if you have window to the street (we booked room with window and didn’t get one but after talk to staff they corrected they mistake) Breakfast is à la carte but if we didn’t get what we choose, no time in the morning for redo so we ate it but disappointing (plus only juice or tea/coffee for choice - we choose juice as coffee looked weird and it was box water with sugar noting fresh)

Sin embargo, este complejo tiene un pequeño potencial si el personal presta más atención a sus huéspedes pero alguien habla regularmente en sus teléfonos, la piscina se limpia con regularidad y la bañera está realmente tibia o caliente. Además, pedimos batido de sandía y olía a cebolla. Lo mismo sucedió cuando probé la fruta fresca de la mañana. Cortésmente les dije que prestaran atención ya que es un lugar increíble pero puede ser mucho mejor. Por último, el desayuno incluido solo se limita a un elemento del menú de desayuno que no se especifica claramente en el momento de la reserva. La claridad es importante. ¡Gracias! Abraham... Pros: -Very accommodating and polite staff -Clean rooms and common areas -Convenient paid airport pickup and drop-off (₱1,100 pickup via hotel van, ₱600 drop-off via taxi arranged by the hotel) -Well-maintained swimming pool (approx. 4 ft deep) -Lounge sunbeds by the pool overlooking both the pool and the beach -In-house restaurant and small bar available -Housekeeping is attentive and regularly checks if cleaning is needed -Comfortable bed; towels and linens smelled and felt clean -Beach towels available upon request at reception -Beach view is nice, though only accessible at high tide (around 6:00 PM) Cons: -Very isolated location; nothing to see or do outside the hotel -Free hotel shuttle to Robinsons Mall is helpful but limited to scheduled times -Breakfast is not worth purchasing if not included in the room First two days were buffet-style and okay Last two days were plated and disappointing (small portions, food served cold, long waiting time) -Air-conditioning in our room was a bit noisy, which was inconvenient since I was working -Limited activities within the hotel aside from the pool -Restaurant food and drinks are quite pricey; we relied on Grab deliveries most of the stay Suggestions for Improvement: Keep breakfast buffet-style permanently to improve food quality, temperature, and waiting time Improve coordination of breakfast orders Consider adding more in-house activities or more affordable dining options Final Thoughts: A clean and comfortable hotel with excellent staff, best for guests who plan to relax within the property. Improvements in breakfast service and minor facility upgrades would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Los niños disfrutaron mucho de la piscina. Realmente fue un buen lugar para quedarse con su familia. El personal ha sido muy servicial. Definitivamente me volveré a quedar aquí.

University /University dorm partially turned into a hotel with minimal investment. The result is mostly positive. The hotel is very photogenic so it's easy to get the impression that it's much more swanky than it actually is.. I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly, it's clean, surrounded by greenery and nice views. Don't let the name Hotel Palacio fool you, don't expect a palace, the hotel is modest but comfortable. Location wise, it's out of town which was no problem for me as I had prearranged a motorbike during my 7 days stay. For those pending on jeepney public transport or tricycle taxis, places like the baywalk are far away. The van I had organised to the airport early morning with the receptionist was punctually waiting for me. Everything was good. Expect a 3 star property and you won't be disappointed.

The location is just along the highway, the room is clean, their food was delicious, the pool has a nice view and the water is warm. The staff were also approachable and friendly.
