AAngelicaWe had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation.
A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal.
The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay.
Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

1. Smooth Airport Pickup: We were greeted right at the airport with a seamless transfer to the resort. The pick-up was quick, efficient, and stress-free, making the start of our vacation that much easier.
2. Warm Welcome: Upon arriving at the resort, the staff greeted us with such warmth and hospitality. The welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home, and the smiles from the team made a lasting impression.
3. Early Check-in: Since we were traveling with a 1-year-old, we were really grateful when the resort allowed us to check in early, around 9 am. It was such a thoughtful gesture, as it gave us time to settle in and rest after the flight.
4. Amazing Breakfast & Accommodating Staff: The breakfast spread was a highlight of every morning. The food was not only delicious, but the staff was incredibly accommodating to our dietary preferences. El hotel de la ciudad de Malinis, muy cómodo, y el hotel de la ciudad de Maayo, es perfecto para los viajeros solitarios como yo que quieren paz y confort.
El bar y restaurante de Sir KC. Masarap ang food, generosos ang servimientos, en la presentación de maganda ang. Las bebidas también fueron grandes, y relajando ang vibeperfecto para descansar después de un largo día. 🍽️🍹
Ubicado desde el aeropuerto de Malapit sa y otras áreas clave de Puerto Princesa.

La habitación estaba limpia y todas las comodidades funcionaban. Nadé en mi última noche y tuve la piscina para mí sola😍
El personal fue amable y me ayudó a recorrer la ciudad. El personal del comedor donde desayuné también fue agradable y servicial.
En cuanto a la ubicación, está frente a un centro comercial (donde compré algunas cosas personales y cené), cerca de un spa (donde tuve sauna y masajes) y a 5-10 minutos a pie del lugar del seminario. También estaba cerca del aeropuerto, a 5-10 minutos en taxi. Así que fue un lugar muy conveniente.
En general, tuve una estadía agradable. Gracias.

AAbraham KGran hotel resort, ambiente muy tranquilo y relajante. Sin embargo, este complejo tiene un pequeño potencial si el personal presta más atención a sus huéspedes pero alguien habla regularmente en sus teléfonos, la piscina se limpia con regularidad y la bañera está realmente tibia o caliente. Además, pedimos batido de sandía y olía a cebolla. Lo mismo sucedió cuando probé la fruta fresca de la mañana. Cortésmente les dije que prestaran atención ya que es un lugar increíble pero puede ser mucho mejor. Por último, el desayuno incluido solo se limita a un elemento del menú de desayuno que no se especifica claramente en el momento de la reserva. La claridad es importante. ¡Gracias! Abraham... Canadá con amor y mejor servicio.

CCarpe Diem JayMy stay here was okay. The location could be better, need 100-150 trike ride to get to stores, restaurants, etc instead of anything being in walking distance. Disappointing a place this big didn't offer food or dining. Probably the best part is the friendly staff at the front, ready and willing to help with anything and check on your well-being. And they do laundry at reasonable rates. The room bring advertised as ”pool view” was a bit misleading. It's just facing a bunch of plants, shrubs and trees and behind all that is the pool.
I cannot overstate this. The key is WAY too big. It's cartoonishly, inconveniently, ridiculously oversized. Hard to carry, hold, even use in the door if your hands are full. There's absolutely no reason for it to be this big. They say it's so people don't lose it but they ask you to leave the key with them when you leave anyways so...?? Y'all need to change that lol

Sswedish_family_stockholmWe had a lovely stay for 3 nights with our 2 kids. The beach is Amazing and very fun to walk and discover during low tide. Hundreds of starfish, crabs and fishes. Service is good, but the restaurant takes some time to get the food and it's somewhat overpriced. The pool area is well maintained and there are some nice drinks by the pool bar. We also took a trip to the nearby islands, which is highly recommended.
We're on a 4 month holiday so this was a short stop before continuing to Astoria and then further to El Nido.
3-4 nights is enough to stay here.

KKenDucsWe recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I must say it was one of the cleanest hotels I've experienced in Palawan. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access local attractions. However, there was some noise from a nearby bar late at night. It wasn't too distracting for me, especially on the higher floors, so I recommend requesting one of those if you’re sensitive to sound.
The hotel itself is well-maintained, likely due to its recent renovations. The elevator, though small, was smooth and always clean, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The bathroom was a highlight—very clean and comfortable, although I did find the water heater a bit challenging to adjust.
Each room features a smart lock and a smart TV with Netflix and other apps, which is a nice touch. The Wi-Fi was reliable, even on the highest floor, allowing for seamless browsing.
One area for improvement would be the bedding. While the mattress and pillows were decent, a thicker comforter would enhance the sleeping experience, as the provided blanket was quite thin.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While this may not be a luxury hotel, it offers excellent cleanliness and customer service, making it a great choice for travelers. I would certainly consider staying here again!
