Todo perfecto, las instalaciones, la limpieza, la comida, todo nos encanta, mi pareja se puso mala y nos llevaron al hospital acompañados de una trabajadora las 7 horas que estuvimos en el hospital y se an preocupado de nosotros al 100% no tengo palabras para agradecer todo lo que hicisteis por nosotros increible hotel , volvería mil veces

Bonito hotel, buena piscina, habitaciones amplias y comodas. Merece la pena echar un par de dias para desconectar o quedarte al menos una noche si vas a visitar el Rio Subterraneo.

Hotel Hollywood Puerto Princesa El hotel es moderno, nuevo y cuenta con un personal muy atento y amable. La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia. Tiene una ubicación céntrica en el centro de la ciudad y es de fácil acceso desde el aeropuerto. El hotel cuenta con un buen restaurante y una terraza en la azotea. El hotel goza de una excelente ubicación. Está muy céntrico, pero a la vez en una zona tranquila. No se percibe el ruido ni la contaminación del tráfico. Es muy fácil llegar desde el aeropuerto internacional. Si prefiere caminar, está a aproximadamente 1,5 km de la terminal, o puede tomar un tuk-tuk para mayor comodidad. Las instalaciones son modernas, nuevas y de buena calidad. Las camas son cómodas y la ropa de cama y las toallas son excelentes. El ambiente es fresco y agradable. La habitación cuenta con todos los artículos de tocador necesarios, como hervidor de agua y cafetera. También hay un buen espacio para colgar la ropa. Cada habitación tiene una pequeña caja fuerte. Es posible abrir las ventanas y hay mosquiteras. Muy práctico y conveniente. La habitación también tiene cortinas opacas, por lo que si prefiere una habitación completamente oscura para dormir, es posible. Lo que eché de menos fue una mejor presión de agua, sobre todo para el agua caliente. Además, tardaba un poco en salir el agua caliente, pero esto es normal y se debe al sistema. El personal es excelente. Durante mi estancia, tuve algunos pequeños inconvenientes para los que necesité ayuda. El personal me brindó un servicio excelente y se esforzó al máximo por ayudarme. También me contactaron durante mi estancia y fueron muy atentos. Me dieron una muy buena impresión de profesionalismo y de la hospitalidad filipina.

Espectacular atención , comida deliciosa , súper bien ubicado , muy cerca al aeropuerto, instalaciones aseadas , piscinas limpias , camas cómodas y limpias cuartos espaciosos , 10/10 en la cocina y en la atención. Lo amamos

El personal fue muy amable, acogedor y servicial. La piscina era estupenda, la propiedad era bastante agradable y la atmósfera de los árboles y las luces era muy relajante por la noche. ¡Valió la pena la estancia!

Fuimos de luna de Miel y no encantó este hotel… Muy peculiar y tranquilo.. la piscina está genial Nos atendieron muy bien. Nos gestionaron sin ningún problema las excursiones y los traslados al aeropuerto. Volveríamos a este hotel sin dudarlo. Muchísimas gracias por todo

University /University dorm partially turned into a hotel with minimal investment. The result is mostly positive. The hotel is very photogenic so it's easy to get the impression that it's much more swanky than it actually is.. I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly, it's clean, surrounded by greenery and nice views. Don't let the name Hotel Palacio fool you, don't expect a palace, the hotel is modest but comfortable. Location wise, it's out of town which was no problem for me as I had prearranged a motorbike during my 7 days stay. For those pending on jeepney public transport or tricycle taxis, places like the baywalk are far away. The van I had organised to the airport early morning with the receptionist was punctually waiting for me. Everything was good. Expect a 3 star property and you won't be disappointed.

The hotel itself is well-maintained, likely due to its recent renovations. The elevator, though small, was smooth and always clean, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The bathroom was a highlight—very clean and comfortable, although I did find the water heater a bit challenging to adjust. Each room features a smart lock and a smart TV with Netflix and other apps, which is a nice touch. The Wi-Fi was reliable, even on the highest floor, allowing for seamless browsing. One area for improvement would be the bedding. While the mattress and pillows were decent, a thicker comforter would enhance the sleeping experience, as the provided blanket was quite thin. The staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. La habitación se ve que es muy antigua, los colchones son de espuma, los enchufes generan poca confianza, la verdad por lo poco que se paga se podría decir que está normal, no esperes mucho. El baño es otro mundo, la taza del baño no tiene la base para sentarse, por lo que es muy poco higiénico a la hora de usarlo, o eso o orinar y hacer tus necesidades sin tocar la taza. La ducha no tiene mucha presión, por lo que si vas a ducharte es mejor que uses la llave que está debajo de la ducha y llenes un balde y te bañes con el balde de agua. La puerta del baño de las mujeres está rota por debajo, por lo que puede causar un poco de inseguridad, aunque la verdad no creo que a la gente le importe mucho.
