The hotel is super close to the beach. I had one of those rooms where you can see the beach partially. The bed was good and big. The closet also big. I had balcony. There was no AC at the room but if you leave the AC from the living room ON and the fan ON the fresh air comes to your room too indeed. There is a big security box. The kitchen has cups, plates, silverware, wine opener, big fridge, coffee maker, pans, etc. They give you soap for dishes ONLY if you ask for it. Only one toilet paper in the bathroom.The room can be cleaned ONLY in the 3rd day after you arrived. There is a little room where you can put trash close to the stairs. I really got super annoyed internet could ONLY work in the room. So if you need internet in the balcony, living room or kitchen FORGET IT. As a solo traveler internet was very important to me because I needed to stay connected with people. All my phone data finished in the 2nd day at the beach. This hotel really need to work to fix this internet issue. It is not fun to be there alone with no internet during a super HOT day.

Siempre me alojo en The Cowork Hotel y nunca me decepciona. El hotel está impecablemente limpio y ofrece un ambiente cómodo y acogedor, perfecto tanto para trabajar como para relajarse. El internet es rápido y fiable, algo imprescindible para mí cuando trabajo a distancia. El personal es increíblemente amable y atento, y siempre se esfuerza por garantizar que los huéspedes estén bien atendidos. Uno de mis atractivos favoritos es el jacuzzi, perfecto para relajarse después de un largo día. La ubicación también es fantástica, cerca de todo lo necesario, lo que facilita explorar la zona. En resumen, ¡es una excelente opción tanto para estancias de negocios como de placer!

While this hotel doesn't have the glitter and glitz of some others,it does have ambiance of what old Mexico was like. Donna Susana is quiet and serene, has an excellent sunning terrace with pool on the roof. The rooms are well maintained by a superb staff. My maid,Sonia, was quite charming and gracious. There are 2 sister hotels with access to the beach so you have all their amenaties. The location is great, walking distance to everthing .

Nuestra habitación estaba a 2 pies del ascensor en el vestíbulo principal. Podemos escuchar a cada persona hablando y caminando por nuestra puerta, así como a los niños gritando porque la heladería estaba a 15 pies de distancia. Entonces, si gastamos $30 o $40, tenemos que darles $50. La comida era todo menos buena. La cena promocional de tacos fue asquerosa, con pescado seco, carne sin sabor y pollo seco y demasiado cocido. Y no aceptaron vales. Regresé a casa con un vale de $50 sin usar en mi bolsillo porque no podía usarlo. Ramón y Martín de la recepción fueron las personas más amables, cálidas y amigables que he conocido. Todos los servidores y trabajadores son personas muy trabajadoras.

Tuve que cambiar de habitación dos veces porque no era lo que reservé/pagué, o porque olía a cigarrillos. La tercera y última habitación en la que me alojé fue perfecta. Así que creo que la sala de cigarrillos fue una excepción a la norma. Sin embargo, otra cosa que apestaba un poco del lugar era que las ventanas no se abren, ni siquiera una rendija. Así que no hay aire fresco, solo aire reciclado en todo el hotel. La ubicación era perfecta, cerca del aeropuerto. Y estaba tranquilo, agradable y oscuro, mi hijo y yo dormimos muy bien.

Good location if you’re going to the airport, it’s only a six minute walk from your room to the terminal for departures. Very basic room it was small. The bathroom toilet wouldn’t stop running. The air conditioning Fan was very loud and every time it stopped it sounded like a metal on metal so if you were sleeping, it would wake you up, traffic noise from outside, facing the road was quite noticeable, so if you get a Road facing room, get it changed to the back of the hotel … you could even feel vibrations when heavy trucks went by so if you’re going to stay at this hotel, I would suggest you having earplugs for sure.

The hotel was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. My unit was spacious and the bedroom was bright with sunlight, and I really appreciated having the mini fridge microwave and coffee machine. The suite was otherwise very lackluster - the walls were barren of any decorations and very little furniture. I really wish there was a workdesk for using my laptop, and a full body mirror for getting dressed for the evenings out. The water pressure to both the sink and the shower was very low, and upkeep was inconsistent - there was no toilet paper holder (it looks like it was broken off the wall and not replaced) and the suite door didn't open fully before scraping against the floor. The hotel itself lacks any even basic amenities such as a lounge space. It looks like it was intended to have a rooftop patio but instead that area is unfinished and used by the staff for storage and laundry. My biggest complaint is actually their guest hours of 9am to 9pm is very restrictive, which I didn't know about until I checked in and would never have booked here if I knew that rule existed. I tried to bring a couple of guys home from the club and the concierge wanted to charge me 300 for the second one. If I need just a place to sleep I'll stay here again otherwise I wouldn't.

Llegamos para nuestra estancia de 10 días y en el check-in nos informaron que la piscina de familia estaba cerrada para renovaciones y que todos los huéspedes estaban utilizando la piscina de adultos. (que es mucho más pequeño. Sin necesidad de decir que la piscina estaba envuelta con niños con juguetes de agua, etc, saltando esplástico (teniendo mucho divertido) Fue difícil sentarse junto a la piscina, ya que todas las sillas se tomaron muy temprano del día y entrar en la piscina No se puede relajarse. Si supiéramos que habríamos reservado en otro lugar, porque esto realmente afectaba el placer de nuestras vacaciones.
