We're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed, The food # the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying # The Sushi restaurant is just on average # The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all #The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it, The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again, Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated, Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

Nos cambiamos a la Suite Familiar de tres dormitorios y dos baños. Todos los empleados de servicio que encontramos en la propiedad nos recibieron con una sonrisa. Los jardines están bellamente diseñados. Estás justo frente al mar. El restaurante de la playa es excelente y ofrece entretenimiento nocturno con un vocalista excepcional, además de bailarines y gimnastas. El restaurante del hotel ofrece la mejor comida gourmet que he probado en tres comidas diarias. También hay servicio de habitaciones disponible las 24 horas. Las piscinas estaban muy limpias y bien climatizadas. El club infantil ofrecía una variedad de actividades bien diseñadas y ejecutadas para todas las edades. La piscina infantil era muy segura. Hubo un espectáculo de Aladino en vivo durante nuestra estancia que fue muy divertido para todos, y luego hubo actividades. El servicio de limpieza diario, así como el reabastecimiento diario de la unidad con refrigerios y bebidas, también fue excepcional.

Estaba en esta ubicación hace 2 años cuando era Grand Fiesta Americana. El menú y la calidad del restaurante de cena fueron excelentes. Como Hilton la calidad de los alimentos en los restaurantes se ha desaparecido definitivamente de un 8 a 5. El entretenimiento nocturno es muy malo. El restaurante mexicano tiene comida americana. El restaurante italiano tiene opciones muy limitadas y la comida no es buena en absoluto. Ni siquiera podía comer mi comida italiana. Pero la ubicación, el servicio y la vista del hotel son excelentes. Odio escribir comentarios negativos, pero esto es una comentarios honestos. Gracias!

Acaba de salir. El servicio al cliente en el nombre de la renombrada Valentina es EXTREMMENT RUDE. Atención a la gestión: Valentina no es amable, devuelve una receta en mi cara después de haber tenido preguntas sobre un cargo. Pido una receta firmada por un costo y ella dijo que tenía que esperar 30 minutos, sabiendo que llegaré tarde para mi vuelo. Dije que olvidaba, y luego lanzaba la receta en mi cara. No me quedaré en Sheraton otra vez sólo por el servicio de Valentina VERY RUDE.

Хороший отель в центре Зона Романтика. Есть бассейн. Из минусов шумно в номерах от транспорта. Ну и некоторая усталость видна.

El hotel tiene un bello entorno y un servicio atento, lo que lo hace adecuado para vacaciones familiares. Elegimos el servicio todo incluido. El desayuno estaba bien, pero el almuerzo y la cena eran muy normales. Quizás tengamos altos requerimientos de comida. La carne se cocinaba con leña y prácticamente no había marisco decente para elegir. El vino mezclado era simplemente jugo concentrado y vino en barrica, lo cual era muy difícil de beber. Si quieres probar una comida deliciosa o tienes grandes expectativas sobre ella, se recomienda elegir un paquete que incluya el desayuno, no todos. La arena de la playa no es arena fina, lo cual es normal en esta zona y no tiene nada de malo.

Excelente lugar, el personal muy atento, la comida excelente y los de recepción y bar del lobby muy amables, además de vista y acceso al mar

Good location if you’re going to the airport, it’s only a six minute walk from your room to the terminal for departures. Very basic room it was small. The bathroom toilet wouldn’t stop running. The air conditioning Fan was very loud and every time it stopped it sounded like a metal on metal so if you were sleeping, it would wake you up, traffic noise from outside, facing the road was quite noticeable, so if you get a Road facing room, get it changed to the back of the hotel … you could even feel vibrations when heavy trucks went by so if you’re going to stay at this hotel, I would suggest you having earplugs for sure.

El complejo en sí era precioso. Y tuvimos una vista increíble del atardecer. Me gustaría que hubiera más variedad en la comida y en las opciones de restaurantes. Sorprendentemente, el restaurante mexicano no me pareció tan bueno, pero me gustaron el italiano y el de mariscos. El personal fue muy amable. Por alguna razón, el calor en el restaurante Veranda era sofocante y hacía que cenar fuera incómodo. El complejo necesita más ascensores y uno termina esperando mucho. Además, me gustaría que hubiera más entretenimiento. Bailar era tan divertido que debería ser todas las noches. En general, disfruté de mi estancia.

Excelente hotel, limpio, el personal amable tiene espectáculo gratuito todas las noches a las 9 pm, pero no disfruto de la variedad porque solo la estadía local, la playa no tiene agua clara sucia y en la playa quiero relajarme, disfrutar del sol para broncearme local. Ven a vender cosas tan molestas. No volveré de nuevo. Perdon por decir . Prefiero quedarme en mi casa, ir a la playa de mi casa. decepcionado.
