Location of Azade hotel is outstanding, but be aware of the fact that some walking from the car to the old town is required. No cars are allowed at that part of the town. Fantastic design with large and comfortable rooms. It has that wow factor. A large patio in our room ( Cretan living room) was a bonus. A big minus for some people might be a few steps between bathroom and the sleeping area. Service was good, but not exceptional. Breakfast wasn’t satisfactory and the quality of breakfast to go was simply not acceptable. Overall we had a lovely stay, but expected something a bit more special especially at this price range.

We were unfortunately only able to stay for one night because the property was fully booked afterwards, but we wished we could have stayed much longer! We absolutely loved our stay at Agarathos Deluxe Homes. We arrived after visiting Balos Beach, and this was the perfect place to relax. The village itself is lovely and charming, and we had a wonderful meal at a restaurant right next to the accommodation. Everything was clean, and the towels and bed linen smelled wonderfully fresh and clean. The accommodation was comfortable, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We would absolutely recommend Agarathos Deluxe Homes to anyone visiting Crete.

We had a 3-night stay in July, one adult, two children. The hotel is newly built and in excellent condition, at a prime location in Palaiochora - just in front the sandy beach. Magnificent view from our balcony. There was a special offer for the umbrella/sunbed sets for the hotel guests. The breakfast was delicious, including lots of local products. Very friendly staff and owner, always willing to help. We had a great time at Ammos Hotel and we highly and unreservedly recommend it.

El hotel es nuevo, tres personas viven muy bien, servicio de recepción 24 horas, actitud de servicio y especialidad no son inferiores a los servicios de cinco estrellas. Eso es raro en Europa. Perfect location in old town right in the middle of cafes and market shopping. Got to witness raising of the flag at the fort on our short walk in the morning to stretch the legs before breakfast. Parking is an issue if you have a car however we were lucky enough to get a park and just a short walk to the hotel. Great selection with breakfast inclusion. Staff at the hotel very accommodating and also lucky enough to get a ground floor room . Thanks for making our first visit to Chania a very pleasant one.

Hoy he vuelto a casa después de pasar una semana increíble en este hotel familiar. Sin duda puedo decir que han sido unas de las mejores vacaciones que he tenido, llenas de gente agradable y un clima griego estupendo. El hotel está situado en un lugar muy conveniente, cerca hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes. Lidl está a solo 5-7 minutos a pie. Al lado del hotel hay una cafetería estupenda. ¡Sigue adelante! Al lado del hotel hay una parada de autobús que te llevará al centro de la ciudad de Chania para dar un agradable paseo y disfrutar de una deliciosa cena. El hotel en sí es de estilo apartamento con una piscina increíble que siempre estaba bien cuidada y limpia. Todos los días las chicas se aseguraban de que nuestra habitación estuviera limpia y tuviéramos toallas nuevas, y hacían composiciones impresionantes con flores y toallas. El director del hotel era muy amable y siempre se ocupaba de forma eficiente de todas nuestras peticiones. El desayuno estaba delicioso y, en general, nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Definitivamente, visita este hotel para sentir la increíble hospitalidad griega.

The place is good looking and clean but it is not functional. The light could not be on while you open the door. You cannot go outside and take the key if someone else is in the room or they lose electricity. The shower has so little pressure that you simply cannot keep the water temperature, it is always too cold or too hot. There is no insolation so you hear everything from the other rooms making it impossible to sleep. It is located in coviniently at the old town center which is good if you do not have a car. If you do have a car it is very difficult to find parking and you will face heavy traffic every day.

Lindo, más lindo, más lindo. Elia es la más linda. Las sábanas eran cómodas, la cama rígida pero lujosa. Mi esposa disfrutó del balcón aunque la vista era un poco mediocre. Las galletas y los huevos frescos y gratuitos fueron un buen toque. El refrigerador hacía un ruido marrón pero, en realidad, al final del día, creo que nos ayudó a dormir mejor (a pesar de que tuvimos que despertarnos a las 4:30 am para tomar nuestro autobús local a Heraklion para tomar nuestro ferry azul de las 9 am, pero esto también se retrasó).
