персонал стал сразу решать проблему с нашими российскими переводами, не стал нас особо напрягать по этому поводу, мало того, нам бесплатно дали второй номер (аппартаменты), потому что, когда увидели рост нашего ребенка, сказали, что на софе (диване) ему будет не удобно, по росту он впритык помещался…, короче, мы в шоке! Приятном шоке!) апартаменты огромные, отлично укомплектованы, очень просторная ванна-душ, супер чисто! До центра- мах минут 15 пешком, лучше пройтись , чем в шумном, проблемном центре снимать жильё (в историческом центре проблемы: вода, канализация, грохот). В общем, этот отель рекомендую!

Do consider staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Reims with a car. With a 7-minute drive from the city center, you get a more spacious room with facilities much more than a 3-star. We couldn’t manage to arrive on time for check-in, but they have kindly found out an alternative to work it out. Attached photo displays the outdoor patio to our room!

El servicio de recepción es bueno, paciente, explicación, orientación, la habitación está limpia, hay muchos gabinetes, conveniente para almacenar, hay bocadillos y dulces, muy cálido, hay un aire acondicionado de techo en la habitación, también hay un calentador, y también hay un calentador de baño. Sin embargo, en el caso de la higiene, hay algunos de los alimentos que quedaron en el refrigerador, que no se limpiaron a tiempo y que se sentían un poco incómodos. Si se puede hacer más conciencia en la limpieza y el calendario, creemos que la experiencia global será mejor.

Well located along the Main Street in Reims. Nice room with balcony, almost like the pretty woman balcony overlooking the street activities. Room is large for the price and right below the hotel is a restaurant that served good food. Staffs are generally helpful and friendly. If u are staying more than a night, remember to put the clean room signage.

Muy bonito hotel situado cerca de la estación en una calle animada y llena de restaurantes, pero suficientemente apartado para que el ruido no lo logre.

Check-in at Hôtel des Arcades was easy, and the staff were helpful, friendly and very welcoming, which made a good first impression. The room itself was fine, although it was warm. However, the bathroom was disappointing. Taking a shower felt a little like being in a caravan, with the curtain touching the toilet, and once the shower had been used the toilet area was wet. The door also did not close properly. Overall, the hotel could definitely do with some TLC. Given its location in such a great city, a few thoughtful touches, such as photographs or local artwork on the walls, would really help give the place more character and make it feel more connected to its surroundings.

Good hotel, clean calm and well situated. Would definitely go again. The only downside is there isn't a lot of kitchenware.

Simple, and practical for a short stay. Quiet surroundings. Parking near the entrance, breakfast in the main building, which was acceptable. Bathroom had a bath and shower in it. The glass to avoid splashing doesn't work, since it is far too small and the bathroom floor gets wet and one risks falling. In all not a bad hotel for the price charged.

Je suis un peu mitigée sur mon séjour dans cet établissement. Une literie au top, belle superficie de la chambre. Mais niveau équipement.. Rien. Pas de savon dans les distributeurs, lunettes du WC à moitié déglinguée, moquette très vieille. On dirait que rien n'est fait pour faire revenir le client. Je salue la sympathie du personnel.
