персонал стал сразу решать проблему с нашими российскими переводами, не стал нас особо напрягать по этому поводу, мало того, нам бесплатно дали второй номер (аппартаменты), потому что, когда увидели рост нашего ребенка, сказали, что на софе (диване) ему будет не удобно, по росту он впритык помещался…, короче, мы в шоке! Приятном шоке!) апартаменты огромные, отлично укомплектованы, очень просторная ванна-душ, супер чисто! До центра- мах минут 15 пешком, лучше пройтись , чем в шумном, проблемном центре снимать жильё (в историческом центре проблемы: вода, канализация, грохот). В общем, этот отель рекомендую!

생각보다 체크인이 늦어져서 연락을 했는데 전화연결이 안되고 구글상 전화번호는 없는 번호로 떠서 난감했어요 10시20분쯤 도착하니 주차장 문까지 닫혀있어서 당황했습니다 겨우겨우 잠들어있는 호스트께 연결하여 체크인했어요 고마운 일이면서도 연락이 닿지 않는 부분이 아쉬웠습니다 침대 3개의 방에 머물렀는데 그 중 싱글베드 하나에 침구에 곰팡이가 잔뜩 있어 그 베드는 이용하지 못했어요 욕실 배수가 되지 않아 아이들이 샤워하며 물바다가 되어 당황했습니다 수건들로 겨우 수습했어요 위치가 파리에서 룩셈부르크로 이동하는 중간이고 인근이 아주 저렴하고 큰 마트(최고)와 맥도널드가 있어서 좋았습니다 호스트들은 친절했어요 시설과 침대 하나가 아쉬웠어요

Surprisingly clean compared to the other hotels, with a big private parking lot so we don’t have to worry for parking.

Well located along the Main Street in Reims. Nice room with balcony, almost like the pretty woman balcony overlooking the street activities. Room is large for the price and right below the hotel is a restaurant that served good food. Staffs are generally helpful and friendly. If u are staying more than a night, remember to put the clean room signage.

La habitación del hotel es muy grande, el diseño debe ser hermoso y el desayuno también es delicioso. Es un desayuno típico americano. Es muy bueno tener un menú a pedido a tu gusto. La casa tiene un sofá. Es muy considerado que un camarero venga a la habitación para abrir el sofá y ponerlo. Hermosos alrededores del hotel.

Check-in at Hôtel des Arcades was easy, and the staff were helpful, friendly and very welcoming, which made a good first impression. The room itself was fine, although it was warm. However, the bathroom was disappointing. Taking a shower felt a little like being in a caravan, with the curtain touching the toilet, and once the shower had been used the toilet area was wet. The door also did not close properly. Overall, the hotel could definitely do with some TLC. Given its location in such a great city, a few thoughtful touches, such as photographs or local artwork on the walls, would really help give the place more character and make it feel more connected to its surroundings.

Simple, and practical for a short stay. Quiet surroundings. Parking near the entrance, breakfast in the main building, which was acceptable. Bathroom had a bath and shower in it. The glass to avoid splashing doesn't work, since it is far too small and the bathroom floor gets wet and one risks falling. In all not a bad hotel for the price charged.

Je suis un peu mitigée sur mon séjour dans cet établissement. Une literie au top, belle superficie de la chambre. Mais niveau équipement.. Rien. Pas de savon dans les distributeurs, lunettes du WC à moitié déglinguée, moquette très vieille. On dirait que rien n'est fait pour faire revenir le client. Je salue la sympathie du personnel.
