Standing de Novotel est à la hauteur pour la chambres et la décoration. Hotel situé de l autre côté de la voie fde la gare de Reims et du centre ville. En journée il y a un passage par la gare mais en soirée il faut faire un long détour. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi le bacon n est pas assez grillé et qu il baigne dans eau chaude. Le personnel accueillant. Juste une mauvaise surprise concernant la réservation la réservation trip concerne 2 adultes et un enfant cependant l’hôtel avait que un adulte et un enfant donc un surcoût a été ajouté à l arrivé pour les petits déjeuner et les taxes —＞ Point à vérifier avant de confirmer la réservation.

¡Fantástico lugar cerca de la catedral !  Fácil de llegar al centro de la ciudad y muchas opciones de restaurantes cerca.  Las habitaciones son un poco viejas, pero considerando la ubicación, puede ser la mejor opción en la zona.  Muy recomendado !

персонал стал сразу решать проблему с нашими российскими переводами, не стал нас особо напрягать по этому поводу, мало того, нам бесплатно дали второй номер (аппартаменты), потому что, когда увидели рост нашего ребенка, сказали, что на софе (диване) ему будет не удобно, по росту он впритык помещался…, короче, мы в шоке! Приятном шоке!) апартаменты огромные, отлично укомплектованы, очень просторная ванна-душ, супер чисто! До центра- мах минут 15 пешком, лучше пройтись , чем в шумном, проблемном центре снимать жильё (в историческом центре проблемы: вода, канализация, грохот). В общем, этот отель рекомендую!

Do consider staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Reims with a car. With a 7-minute drive from the city center, you get a more spacious room with facilities much more than a 3-star. We couldn’t manage to arrive on time for check-in, but they have kindly found out an alternative to work it out. Attached photo displays the outdoor patio to our room!

Aquí hay un buen hotel, una ubicación confortable y habitaciones limpias. A veces se oye vecinos detrás de la pared, pero aquí hay un lugar feliz con vecinos. La única pregunta para las galletas, muy extraño, es más como 2 panqueques.

La garantía de marca es fundamental. Como solo pasábamos una noche en Reims, priorizamos el aparcamiento gratuito y seguro, algo que sigue siendo muy importante en Europa hoy en día. El Mercure, en el mismo patio, empieza desde más de 1000, lo cual es muy económico, y el desayuno y otros detalles son bastante accesibles.

Bien ubicado en la calle principal de Reims. Habitación agradable con balcón, casi como el balcón de la bella mujer con vistas a la vida de la calle. La habitación es amplia para el precio y justo debajo del hotel hay un restaurante que sirve buena comida. El personal es generalmente atento y amable. Si se aloja más de una noche, recuerde colocar el cartel de ”habitación limpia”.

Check-in at Hôtel des Arcades was easy, and the staff were helpful, friendly and very welcoming, which made a good first impression. The room itself was fine, although it was warm. However, the bathroom was disappointing. Taking a shower felt a little like being in a caravan, with the curtain touching the toilet, and once the shower had been used the toilet area was wet. The door also did not close properly. Overall, the hotel could definitely do with some TLC. Given its location in such a great city, a few thoughtful touches, such as photographs or local artwork on the walls, would really help give the place more character and make it feel more connected to its surroundings.

Simple, and practical for a short stay. Quiet surroundings. Parking near the entrance, breakfast in the main building, which was acceptable. Bathroom had a bath and shower in it. The glass to avoid splashing doesn't work, since it is far too small and the bathroom floor gets wet and one risks falling. In all not a bad hotel for the price charged.

Buena para dormir y duchar, pero me siento triste de tener que permanecer más de una noche. Es una de arriba de una tienda. Doble cama es una cama sobre otra en el piso de mezzanina con una escalera de montaña para practicar escalada. El sonido es un problema aquí, ya que se migra de la puerta de abajo y del exterior.
