Ffatt1234La ubicación es mejor cerca de la estación de tren, se puede llegar a muy cerca de caminar, la antigua zona no está lejos, el personal de servicio es muy amable, la habitación es muy amplia y limpia, todo es valioso, el desayuno es muy diverso. Vale la pena recomendar

CChiuThe hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours.
The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch.
That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

TTurushevaVAquí hay un buen hotel, una ubicación confortable y habitaciones limpias. A veces se oye vecinos detrás de la pared, pero aquí hay un lugar feliz con vecinos. La única pregunta para las galletas, muy extraño, es más como 2 panqueques.

UUsuario invitadoDo consider staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Reims with a car. With a 7-minute drive from the city center, you get a more spacious room with facilities much more than a 3-star. We couldn’t manage to arrive on time for check-in, but they have kindly found out an alternative to work it out. Attached photo displays the outdoor patio to our room!

Mmiss banzaiGreat hotel when you are on a short trip. Room are clean and nice, a bit old. There is a restaurant in the lobby, it has quite a warm atmosphere and game area to network or have fun. There is also a shop with all the specialities of the region, like champagne. Totally happy with my stay, can recommend it.

Doble cama es una cama sobre otra en el piso de mezzanina con una escalera de montaña para practicar escalada. El sonido es un problema aquí, ya que se migra de la puerta de abajo y del exterior.

CC. GellingsSimple, and practical for a short stay. Quiet surroundings. Parking near the entrance, breakfast in the main building, which was acceptable. Bathroom had a bath and shower in it. The glass to avoid splashing doesn't work, since it is far too small and the bathroom floor gets wet and one risks falling.
In all not a bad hotel for the price charged.

DDr.HeinkeEl hotel está muy bien situado en la antigua ciudad y es fácil de encontrar . El spa no es del hotel, pero está situado en la misma casa y a las 14:00, por lo que no podíamos usarlo.
Recepción profesional tan rápida.
No hemos utilizado el desayuno porque se puede tomar el desayuno en el bar de la calle en la esquina.
Lamentablemente, hay un estacionamiento no útil para nosotros porque llegamos. Pero la recepción del hotel nos ha permitido encontrar otro. En conjunto, hemos dormido muy bien el aire acondicionado también estaba bien configurado.
