We had a lovely experience here and extended our stay. The rooms were clean and location was quiet. Staff were super friendly and sweet. It’s close to the DongJiang Lake if you are planning to visit.

走莽山前一天查看民宿，看了評分和評價，雖然衹剩下一間雙床和一間特大床（我們需要的是兩間雙床），也決定訂了坐望森林温泉民宿。到了之後不但沒有失望，還有驚喜：1、房間比想象中還大，而且衞生情況很不錯，設計有特點有格調，讓人住進來就倍感輕鬆愜意。2、我們發現平台後來又空出了一間木屋雙床房，向前台小妹提出後，立馬幫我們免費升級更換成獨棟木屋房（望月），原本衹有一張特大床（我們一家4口加兩長者家，長者家要住雙床，我們原來想我們4口子衹能3個睡特大床，我睡沙發了）風，現在終於解決了，還是大獨棟的複式設計，小朋友都喜歡瘋了。3、前台小妹發現木屋院子裏有青蛙叫，怕影響我們晚上睡眠，主動提出幫我們處理走。4、民宿的私廚飯菜也一絕，非常好吃。總之，下次來莽山一定會再訂坐望。

The concierge staff ladies were extremely helpful and passionate about hosting guests. We were upgraded to a bigger family room due to their concern about possible noise interruption with the Mah Jong rooms that we initially booked. They've also been helpful on the laundries, from sending them to clean, dry and send back up to the room with no extra charge. Highly recommend.

El hotel es muy antiguo, el cuarto es limpio y limpio, amplio y luminoso, adecuado para los niños saltar. Al lado del hotel hay una estación de gasolina de cartón de óxidos de carbono, una tienda de comida y comida, etc. Lo que sorprende es que el personal de servicio del hotel no sólo tiene cortesía, sino que ofrece entusiasmadamente un servicio de fotografía de Tang Han para los huéspedes, además de ofrecer un servicio de lavandería de ropa gratis, lo que facilita enormemente nuestro viaje y ofrece una amplia variedad de comidas de desayuno de cocina diarias. La próxima vez que venga a Hong Kong, se quedará de nuevo.

It was a very nice stay! It’s located on the lake and you can see the blue water from outside the window. The breakfast was very yummy and it was also complimentary. They also had dinner with a lot of different selection options I got the fishie. It’s located in some type of mini town it has like a foodish market outside and a boat takeout place on the lake. The room itself was good you had a tub and a shower also the AC machine thing had both ac and heat with was nice.

La habitación es muy buena, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. El servicio de comida era excelente. Las chicas del hotel son muy agradables y útiles. Obtenemos ayuda de ellos para lavarse mientras estamos fuera de la ruta. ¡Hasta devolvieron dinero encontrado en el bolsillo! Adoro el hotel por su nombre y ubicación cerca de la Montaña Suxianling y espero que en el futuro se produzcan algunos cambios buenos y que la estancia de los huéspedes sea mucho más agradable.

We chose this Inn due to the room size and it’s able to accompany my whole family with 2 big beds. Upon checking in we were amazed at the level of cleanliness and the excellent condition of the room. Room was very comfortable and the heating function was excellent. Host Mr Yu was very nice and we enjoyed their served meals at restaurant quality. They also can help you with itineraries and tour planning if you are not sure where to visit and help arrange reliable transportation. The place is also very near to the famous Yangtian Lake (Mini Switzerland), just a 10min drive further up hill. Overall experience was great, thanks to the host Mr Yu and team.

The hotel is conveniently located in-between Gaoyiling scenic area and Dongjiang Lake, approximately 6 km to both scenic spots. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient. Room is large, clean and comfortable. And room heater operates smoothly. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and has many varieties. We were satisfied with our stay here and will recommend to our family members and friends.

Staff was very polite, cheerful and helpful. We did not speak mandarin but the front desk was patient and accommodating to all our enquiries. Special mention for Li Fan at the front desk as she went the extra mile to guide and provide an excellent service at multiple occasions. Chef Yang Yan Fei at the hotel restaurant was so generous and welcoming. On knowing that we are vegetarian, she made us great vegetarian meal and ensured we were fed well. Food was very tasty and the kitchen looked clean. We opted for a parent-child room which was very spacious with a Lego wall (very useful to keep the kids engage in free time). Toilet was clean and new. Overall all the room renovations were excellent for the price point. The hotel is 5 min walk from the high speed rail station, compared to other hotels at downtown Chenzhou this one had better proximity to wanhua caves (17mins by didi) and yangtianhu grassland (70mins by didi). (Dongjiang lake was about 50mins from the location).

Perfect stay if you want to go to yangtai grassland because of it’s proximity. Also the views are breathtaking when it’s not foggy and rainy😍 Serene place with absolutely great service! The staff, the girl Shyaw men, can’t spell it, and the young man who speaks English, are beyond amazing with attending to guests needs. They even ask for your food preferences. The attention to details really captivates the heart🩵🩵 Breakfast was so delicious and was brought to my room😍 Loved my stay here. Do keep in mind that the hotel is located far from the city so bring your own snacks. Didi will drop you off easily but you won’t find one on the way back. However the hotel staff will help you with arranging transport✨ No worries.
