MM11840****第一次遇到性價比這麼好的民宿，在這裏不得不説民宿的Boss真的是難得一遇的好老闆，他的貼心和無微不至能夠體現在任何的細節，尤其是的對待孩子，甚至超越我們做父母的耐性。由於國慶高鐵票緊張，我們一直無法搶到合適的票，去郴州的計劃變得很侷促，不管是下高鐵去民宿還是第二天回程去高鐵的問題，讓我很是焦慮，但是民宿的老闆想得非常周到，提前聯繫我們，瞭解我們的情況並且給予我們最好的服務安排。第一天下高鐵，湖南的天氣很炎熱，我們一家四口在高鐵站等車好久，導致孩子差點中暑，我難免開始心情煩躁，聯繫了民宿老闆後，及時為我們一家四口調整了安排，讓司機多安撫我們心情，幸好路上沒有堵車，能夠一直開到民宿（因為國慶仰天湖有一段路是交通限制需要坐公交車進去），不敢想象要是沒有老闆的細心安排，我們一家四口還真不知道怎麼進去。一個小時的路程到了民宿，終於見到老闆，熱心準備了午餐（食材是民宿老闆菜園親自種植，而且還親自幫我們準備好房間，告訴我們行程安排和去往仰天湖的來回都是老闆親自接送，吃完飯老闆還帶我們小孩到處觀光，讓孩子接觸到大自然。午休後親自送我們去仰天湖，還貼心告訴我們遊玩結束後告訴他來接我們，還告訴我們注意事項。雖然衹是短短的一天遊玩，但是老闆服務太太周到了，100分，包辦我們全家的所有吃飯問題，還特意給孩子們燃放了煙花（因為仰天湖太晚放了）所以老闆為了不讓孩子們失望，很是給力哦！太感動了！第二天我們要甘7：00的高鐵票，老闆特意5：00起來為我們做早餐和送我們去高鐵站，路上擔心我們吃不好還買了湖南的早點，情緒價值拉的滿滿的，還一路告訴我們湖南的景點特色，我們以後一定會再來的。來郴州的孩子們，放心沖，老闆真的很好。值得一提，民宿房間超級乾淨，我有潔癖，他家連拖鞋都是一次性的塑膠拖鞋，絕對不是循環再用，還有小童拖鞋。民宿的周邊還有河流小溪可以玩耍，樓下還有零食購買，非常方便。由於時間倉促，沒有仔細拍房間，但是超級棒的房間。

Ttupsong已經不止一次入住廷泊酒店了。這次是追加續住，有機會好好點評一下。這家酒店好像是藝龍旗下的酒店，連鎖經營，可靠且有品牌加持。其次酒店房間感覺比周圍其他酒店的同等級房間更大，佈置更人性化。比如，窗簾自動關閉開啟，有鏡燈，智能馬桶特別智能，可以用腳碰來沖水。淋浴間特別大，水足且熱，讓人愜意到不想出浴。房間陳設簡單實用，有中式特點，房間裏沒有地毯，更顯得乾淨。照明系統合理，晚上特別安靜，空調有獨特的電輔熱加熱系統，自控靈敏且人性化。房間送下午茶，不知道是不是特別服務，有點心和水果，挺温馨。酒店二樓有自助洗衣間，特別方便，也可以請服務員來取送洗烘。酒店有機器人服務，特色漢服拍照等，停車場也很方便。前台的服務員都很美麗熱情，這次接待的小黃很貼心地關照各種事項，比如早餐和積分什麼的。提幾點不足，第一，房間沒有抽屜，客人的小件物品無處存放，一入住就會顯得凌亂。第二，電視節目中免費的似乎太少了，兩年前時好像還很多。第三，洗衣間的洗衣機和烘乾機能設一個時間到的電話提醒就更好了，對了，最好在明顯處加洗衣液的使用説明。第四，健身房中沒有划船機，有點不爽！第五，早餐品種改善很多了，但是餐廳温度偏涼，影響用餐感覺。也許是那幾天氣温太低吧。總之，整體不錯，衞生不錯，服務不錯，下次還來。

Service - served by Front Office staff Wendy . Polite and pleasant lady . She waived the additional pax breakfast charge for me 👍🏼
Cleanliness - overall cleanliness is pretty good at the lobby and room. However the carpet in my room is stained at the bed area.
Amenities- standard amenities and facilities. Gym looks ok but cigarette smell lingering . Maybe due to a smoking fall. I decided not to use and did my run outside . The cafe / restaurant might be a little small. At 720 , I had to wait 15 min for a table to be available.
Choice of food western and Chinese fare available .
You should give your chef a set of proper uniforms. I observed a 大妈with a chef hat doing topping up of food.
This is Hilton and a international brand.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel tiene un gran valor para el hotel, a sólo 850 metros de la atracción turística que hemos llegado a la ciudad. El hotel es un hotel familiar pequeño que no tiene ascensor. Pero los propietarios le ayudan a llevar el equipaje. El cuarto es pequeño pero adecuado, el mobiliario y los equipos de baño están bien equipados. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los restaurantes y las salas de estar.
El hotel tiene una gran desventaja, pero no nos disuadió porque nuestro objetivo era ir a la vista del terreno Danxia GaoYi Ridge.

UUsuario invitadoMy overall experience at Holiday Inn Suxian was very satisfying. The service was good, and I’d especially like to mention the auntie working in the laundry room—she was warm, helpful, and made the experience even more pleasant.
The hotel is very new and well maintained. Facilities include a self-service laundry (washer and dryer), a small gym, and a breakfast restaurant. There is also a small convenience store in the lobby (not 24 hours), and on the first floor of the same building you’ll find a supermarket, bakery shops, and food options, which is very convenient.
Although the hotel is not located in the downtown area, this actually turned out to be an advantage—it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose to stay again in the future.

UUsuario invitadoStaff was very polite, cheerful and helpful. We did not speak mandarin but the front desk was patient and accommodating to all our enquiries. Special mention for Li Fan at the front desk as she went the extra mile to guide and provide an excellent service at multiple occasions.
Chef Yang Yan Fei at the hotel restaurant was so generous and welcoming. On knowing that we are vegetarian, she made us great vegetarian meal and ensured we were fed well. Food was very tasty and the kitchen looked clean.
We opted for a parent-child room which was very spacious with a Lego wall (very useful to keep the kids engage in free time). Toilet was clean and new. Overall all the room renovations were excellent for the price point.
The hotel is 5 min walk from the high speed rail station, compared to other hotels at downtown Chenzhou this one had better proximity to wanhua caves (17mins by didi) and yangtianhu grassland (70mins by didi). (Dongjiang lake was about 50mins from the location).

CChengchengxingyunfacaizuihaocaiDebería considerarse un hotel de conferencias comerciales que opera localmente durante un tiempo, con infraestructura básicamente completa, pero la salud es mala. Se ha arrastrado una cara cuando se tira la ventana. Un poco de distancia de la calle posterior, pero no demasiado lejos. El precio es muy práctico, por lo que también se recomienda quedarse en el hotel en vacaciones.

This hotel is very well maintained with good amenities and staff are friendly and supportive.
The restaurant manager Li Xiao Yan 李晓燕is a very professional staff and serves the customers full of passion. She sought to understand our needs and help to select the best dishes for us ( not really expensive dishes). We have very delicious and enjoyable dining and unforgettable experience. Really appreciated for her services and customer oriented mind set.
This hotel is also offering a no. of well designed hot springs with beats views. After hot spring bathing, can also enjoy fruit bar ( free), reading books ! An interesting and unique hot spring experience
