This is one great place to stay at. The owner was super friendly and helpful. She went beyond what was needed to make her guests feel welcome, comfortable and settled. She was really helpful because even after I have checked out of the hotel, she tried her utmost to help me with a courier package which I was having trouble to get delivered to my destination. The room in the hotel was spacious and clean. The best part is that it is located right in the middle of a food street within the small town. There was basically no shortage of choices for local food. The hotel also offers free ferry service to pick me up at the train station and it also provides a free sauna service that is located in another venue. All in all, the service was superb and I definitely enjoyed staying in this hotel. I definitely would return to this hotel sometime soon.

Nice and quiet hostel, rooms are clean. We went at a low season hence got upgraded to family suit. The view outside is great in winter. Only provide 2 radiators in room which may not be adequate in December to January. Location a bit far from town but generally not difficult to get taxi (in low season - late November).

This place was clean and new. Very spacious. Good breakfast buffet with lots of options. There are additional western style toilets on level five for usage which was convenient. Around a ten minute drive from both the train station and chixi changbaishan west entrance. The only downsides are that there is unfortunately no door between the two separate bedrooms and they kept giving us three towels when we have four people, and the staff seemed a bit annoyed when we asked for another towel. But overall very nice place especially for the price.

It is located in a quiet area a bit away from the West Slope tourist district, and since it was built recently, the facilities are very clean. There are about 10 rooms, and the owner runs everything personally. They are very friendly and treat guests with great care, providing detailed transportation information about nearby tourist attractions and offering pick-up and drop-off services when moving around. I had a wonderful stay here, and if I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

My stay was fantastic, thanks largely to the incredibly helpful and friendly staff. A special thanks to 许菲, who assisted me with transport and activities even while off-shift. She also helped me track down my cosmetics bag, which I'd left on my flight. Later, when I had to go to the airport to collect it, the on-duty receptionist arranged a free ride for me, worried I'd have trouble getting a taxi. I would definitely recommend staying here. Plus, the rooms are very high-tech, featuring automated curtains and fully automatic toilet including automatic opening and closing of the toilet cover!

El personal del escritorio del frente parecía estar frío en primer lugar, pero era muy agradable y nos ayudó a encontrar un conductor muy confiable durante el resto de nuestro viaje. Además, quiero dar las gracias a Li Zhenland y Zhang Zhenglan. Al salir de la habitación pensé que había demasiados equipajes que cuidar, así que dejé mi maleta en la habitación con cuidado. Felizmente, el personal me llamó a tiempo para que me devuelva, o ni siquiera tengo los documentos!
