Very clean & spacious room. The hotel is very close to the entrance of the 'Xi Po' of Changbaishan ; around 50m away only. In front of the hotel there is a food street where you can find quite a lot of restaurants. Will come back again.

When I arrived at this hotel early in the morning, I actually felt puzzled, wondering if all the surrounding shops and other hotels were closed. It seemed that not only was it not the peak tourist season, but the economic situation might also be unfavorable, which likely explained it. Since I arrived at the hotel too early, no rooms were ready yet. So, I left my luggage with the hotel first and set out for a tour of the western course of Mount Baekdu. When I returned, my luggage had already been placed in the room assigned to me. The condition of the room was impeccably clean. When I woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, the bright sunlight streaming into the room made me feel incredibly refreshed. I went down to the lobby for breakfast, and the hotel owner personally set the table. The food was exceptionally neat and delicious. Moreover, the owner spoke better English than anyone else at other hotels, which was a great help. It was a clean, cozy, and comfortable hotel to stay in. The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, but carrying luggage up one floor shouldn’t be a problem for most people. And considering that the hotel is right across from the western tourism center of Mount Baekdu, its location more than makes up for the inconvenience of not having an elevator. 我一大早到达这家酒店时，其实心里有些疑惑，感觉周围的商店和其他酒店好像都没营业。这可能不仅是因为现在不是旅游旺季，经济不景气也可能是一个原因。 由于我到酒店太早，房间还没整理好，所以我先将行李寄存在酒店，然后出发去长白山西坡景区游览。 回来时，我的行李已经放在分配好的房间里了。 房间干净得无可挑剔。早上醒来拉开窗帘，明媚的阳光照进房间，心情格外舒畅。 下楼到大厅吃早餐时，酒店老板亲自为我摆桌，食物非常整洁美味。 而且，老板的英语比其它任何酒店的员工都好，这给了我很大帮助。 这是一家干净、舒适、温馨的酒店。 唯一的缺点是没有电梯，但提着行李只上一层楼对大多数人来说应该不是问题。考虑到酒店正对着长白山西坡旅游中心，其优越的地理位置完全足以弥补没有电梯的不便。

Room was huge and nice interior, but a bit far from city must call taxi only and also not that closed to changbaishan entrance (1.5km) breakfast options were very few , hotel owns 2 dogs and it happened having its hairs in my room

This place was clean and new. Very spacious. Good breakfast buffet with lots of options. There are additional western style toilets on level five for usage which was convenient. Around a ten minute drive from both the train station and chixi changbaishan west entrance. The only downsides are that there is unfortunately no door between the two separate bedrooms and they kept giving us three towels when we have four people, and the staff seemed a bit annoyed when we asked for another towel. But overall very nice place especially for the price.

Waking up to the provided hearty Chinese breakfast was a daily highlight, offering delicious, authentic flavors that fueled our days perfectly. However, what truly made our experience unforgettable were the owners. Their kindness went far beyond the expected. They were incredibly helpful with booking our activities, offering expert local advice. Most extraordinarily, they personally drove us to places in their own car, transforming simple logistics into cherished personal tours and conversations. This genuine, above-and-beyond service created a feeling of staying with friends or family, not just at a hotel. Overall, this is more than just a place to sleep; it's a haven of personal hospitality. If you are looking for beautiful comfort, fantastic food, and hosts who truly make you feel at home, look no further. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will absolutely return.

The hotel offers a stylish, modern room with a bathroom that stands out thanks to its Japanese‑style WC. Its location is practical — only 10–15 minutes from West Changbaishan train station — and there are plenty of dining options nearby, with Korean restaurant being a real highlight. Breakfast is acceptable, though having eggs cooked to order would make it more appealing. The real advantage of staying here is the access to the hot springs, included in the room price. While several pools were closed during our stay, the outdoor baths were open and provided a very enjoyable experience. A small detail that could improve comfort would be adding a hook on the bathroom door for clothes and towels. Overall, this property combines modern facilities, a convenient location, and relaxing hot springs, though a few small adjustments could make the stay even better.

Instalaciones: Aunque un poco antiguo, el hotel es bastante bueno. Antes era un hotel muy bonito. Es una pena que no haya lavandería. Entorno: El espacio es muy amplio, al igual que las habitaciones. Está muy limpio. La ducha era bastante cómoda. Servicio: El servicio de todos fue muy bueno, desde el personal de recepción hasta las señoras de la limpieza, e incluso el chico que preparaba el desayuno en la planta baja. Por desgracia, después de dos días de espera, el Changbai Mountain aún no ha abierto.

We were given a honeymoon suite. Very big and nicely decorated. However, the water in the shower cubicle did not drain well. Also, some leaking from the basin. We arrange an early morning taxi journey to Changbaishan north slope and the hotel owner requested the cook to cook something for us early in the morning before the official breakfast time. Very nice of her

酒店木屋不少，園區後面好大一片地方都是，冬天是旺季據説能滿房，這兩天突然大降温甚至下冰雹，屋裡樓上樓下四個取暖器，打開全屋都是暖的，冬天有暖氣開着應該不會冷，用品齊全，熱水充足，設施足夠，兩個卧室兩個衞生間一個大廳，還有樓上樓下兩個小陽台，早餐管飽淡季種類少點旺季多，酒店管家非常熱心幫忙指引和搬行李，非常感謝，門口有一家鐵鍋燉味道很好，別的飯得去前面幾公里的鎮子上吃，總體推薦入住，應該是這一片最好的酒店了，晚上景區一關門特別安靜
