Almost Perfect Stay at Hotel Alpenhof Absolutely stunning mountain view from the balcony of our suite. So breathtaking yet so serene. About 10 min walk down hill brings us to lively village of Grindelwald with all its shops n restaurants n cafes n supermarket. Cannot ask for a better location. Having said that, without a car, it can be quite challenging to take our luggages uphill to the hotel. Breakfast is another highlight of our stay. Fantastic selection of cheeses n eggs n bread n yogurt n everything. Delicious. Our suite is clean n comfortable n spacious. WiFi is stable. The only “negative” I have for our 4-night stay is that the glasses/mugs we used in our room were occasionally not cleaned for us after each day. It is a bit strange. All in all, I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to other travelers.

酒店離火車站很近，走路也就200米，衹是在一個山坡之上，拖着行李箱爬坡很是費勁。老闆比較嚴肅，會一板一眼把注意事項要求跟你講清楚，也會幫你把大大的行李箱拎上樓。 房間算寬敞，該有的設施基本都有，衹是吹風機有點老舊，古董的感覺，不影響使用。服務枱經常沒人，打電話倒是時時有人，有事還是電話方便。陽台對面羣山環繞，可以看日落雪山，無敵美景，在陽台上晚餐甚是享受。 不知道老闆一家是不是德國人，一就是二就是二。早餐想換個位子坐，老闆娘非常不解，你們已經坐了這裏，為什麼要換呢，後面兩天依然把我們領到了同一位子。早餐感覺都差不多，各式麪包加各式奶酪香腸，再加酸奶水果雞蛋等等。雞蛋有煎雞蛋和炒雞蛋配培根，需要跟老闆娘説了會專門做。 酒店還有SPA和桑拿，可以免費享用，桑拿需提前一小時預約。 總結，位置優，環境佳，房乾淨，就是不要期待可以享受笑容和熱情。

If you like the mountains and the views, it's great. The service is excellent and the reception treatment is very pleasant. You have to keep in mind that you do not go to a luxurious hotel, you go to a mountain hotel, and it complies with everything: good heating, parking next door, restaurant, you have the railway to go up and down right next door, etc.

Está a unos 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren, que no está muy lejos, pero es un poco cansado si llueve con una maleta. Se tarda solo 2 minutos en caminar hasta la estación de teleférico First, que es muy conveniente. Vale la pena mencionar que si eliges incluir la cena al reservar el hotel, es realmente súper rentable ~ delicioso y rico, todos los días publicaré menús en serio en todas partes, y soy responsable de decir que este es el nivel de Fine Cenar, como una cena Cualquier restaurante debe estar por encima de 120 francos per cápita. El ambiente del restaurante tampoco es nada que decir, la calidad del servicio es muy buena ~ excelente experiencia, rico desayuno, vale la pena el precio, super recomendado. También dieron papas fritas caseras cuando se fueron. Si no es suficiente, puede ser que las instalaciones de la habitación sean normales ~ pero está muy limpio, el balcón da a la montaña, ¡hermoso!

Easy to find. Very central in town. Very walkable. Shared bathroom wasn't an issue. Included breakfast left us full everyday. Very short walk to cable car to get to First. Quiet and cozy rooms.

여행을 다녀왔는데 이곳에서 머물렀던 추억이 너무 좋았어요. 이곳에서는 이무것도 하지 않아도 즐겁습니다. 멋진뷰를 아침 저녁으로 보며 커피와 차 그리고 음식을 직접 만들어 먹었습니다. 즐거운 시간 보냈어요 :-)

Very good location. The room come with very nice view. You can enjoy your dinner with the mountain view.
