Excellent location, close to train station. Good breakfast buffet. Clean and cosy, many opportunities to look at the mountains.

The hotel locates opposite to the Grindelwald station, and about 3 mins walk away from the supermarket. The hotel staff were generally very kind and helpful - able to provide detailed explanations to my questions. Highly recommend this hotel to all!

The staff warmly welcomed us and provided us advice to the Jungfraujoch.
The hotel is beautiful with very convenient location just next to Grindelwald station.
The breakfast are delicious with comfortable environment.

Very convenient, right at Grindelwald station. Cheerful friendly staff. Recommend topping up for rooms facing the Eiger. Rooms facing train tracks will hear the train station announcements repeatedly. No issues booking with trip.

The rooms are good and upgraded. I booked a beautiful room and was put on the 2nd floor with an unobstructed view but the view was good not the best. I found this hotel cleaner than the others we stayed in in Switzerland. The front desk wasn't very helpful I found rude people, also we waited about 20 minutes at the bar before I had to get up and get someone's attention. Well located in front of the train. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
