The hotel room faces the Eiger Mountain, offering a beautiful and impressive view. There is also a common area on the 4th floor where guests can enjoy panoramic scenery around the hotel, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The staff were warm and welcoming. On my second day, I arrived at the restaurant after breakfast hours, yet the staff kindly prepared a coffee and a breakfast plate for me — such a thoughtful gesture. The front desk team were polite and very helpful throughout my stay.

The most beautiful place I’ve ever ever been too. So so blessed with clear skies almost everyday during our stay. It’s so worth every dollar spent. I would love to be back again for this magnificent view. You’ll not regret your stay here. Breakfast has a breathtaking view as well! I miss every part of grindelwald.

La ubicación del entorno es muy buena, muy bonita, elegante, servicio de primera clase, precio relativamente alto, un centavo por unidad de bienes, cómoda comprar, cómoda transporte, atracciones es salir.

Extrem sauberes und schönes Hotel. Die Berg Aussicht in paar Zimmern war wirklich klasse und man konnte sogar sich das Frühstück vom Buffet ins Zimmer nehmen, um es auf dem Balkon zu genießen. Bad war sehr modern, Betten super bequem und sehr hilfreiches Personal.

酒店離火車站很近，走路也就200米，衹是在一個山坡之上，拖着行李箱爬坡很是費勁。老闆比較嚴肅，會一板一眼把注意事項要求跟你講清楚，也會幫你把大大的行李箱拎上樓。 房間算寬敞，該有的設施基本都有，衹是吹風機有點老舊，古董的感覺，不影響使用。服務枱經常沒人，打電話倒是時時有人，有事還是電話方便。陽台對面羣山環繞，可以看日落雪山，無敵美景，在陽台上晚餐甚是享受。 不知道老闆一家是不是德國人，一就是二就是二。早餐想換個位子坐，老闆娘非常不解，你們已經坐了這裏，為什麼要換呢，後面兩天依然把我們領到了同一位子。早餐感覺都差不多，各式麪包加各式奶酪香腸，再加酸奶水果雞蛋等等。雞蛋有煎雞蛋和炒雞蛋配培根，需要跟老闆娘説了會專門做。 酒店還有SPA和桑拿，可以免費享用，桑拿需提前一小時預約。 總結，位置優，環境佳，房乾淨，就是不要期待可以享受笑容和熱情。

Although the weather didn't quite cooperate during my stay, the hotel's fantastic service more than made up for it. The hotel's interior design is simply stunning. Every aspect of the decor exudes elegance and sophistication. The attention to detail is evident, and it creates a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the premises. The architecture and furnishings are tastefully chosen, providing a luxurious and comfortable ambiance for guests. One of the highlights of this hotel is undoubtedly the breathtaking view. Unfortunately, I encountered some bad luck with the weather during my stay, which limited my ability to fully enjoy the surroundings. However, even through the mist and rain, I could sense the beauty that lay beyond the hotel's windows. I can only imagine how magical it would be on a clear day. The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making the stay truly enjoyable. breakfast was simply delicious! Enjoyed our stay. We did not realize trip.con enforces rule communication must be done in trip.com, so we were late to provide important information for late check-in. Luckily the trip.com call works, we managed to contact the hostel. The hostel provided a very detailed information how to perform late check-in after reception close. They have 2 buildings, old building and new building. We stayed at new building, but most of the amenities like kettles, microwaves and fridge are in old building. So it's a bit inconvenient to walk over especially in cold weather.

The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and helpful! Everyone wore a smile as they greeted us. The location is great and the view of the mountains is unbeatable. Will definitely be staying here again on our trip back! Shuttle service is super convenient (Joao was great and unmatched driver) getting to and from hotel/station.
