The host is very nice. The location is very convenient just 10 mins walk from the Rainbow Bridge. The place is clean and they prepare fresh breakfast in the morning. Recommend it to those who do not plan to drive during the trip. The only thing is we couldn’t get a refund for the first night as our flight was cancelled and we got there the second day.

I love staying at this hotel. Spacious and clean. I booked this hotel at the last minute, and the hotel sent me the confirmation email right after the booking was confirmed. Everything is new and comfortable to use. Modern design of kitchenware and great support and king mattress. Quiet air conditioning, laundry room at the basement. Both the mirror areas were so dim, not good for make-up, so does the whole area. Knifes were rusty, pans and pots were scratched and dirty, and stains in e-kettle. No counter space for makeup bag. Very big parking lot outside the hotel. Weak water pressure. No racks for shower stuff and clothes and towels. Nevertheless, this is the best hotel in Niagara compared to those famous brand hotel but in the old, small and bad condition.

I recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient—just an 8-minute walk from the station and a 7-minute drive to downtown and the Falls. The room was spacious but quite dated, with older cabinets, carpets, towels, and common areas like the lobby and elevators. However, the hotel was clean, which made up for the aging facilities. The room had a coffee machine, but there was no water kettle, bottled water, toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers provided. The reception staff were polite and friendly, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room rate was very affordable, and it included a buffet breakfast with hot food, which was a nice bonus. Overall, despite the dated appearance, the value for money and cleanliness make it a solid option for budget-conscious travelers. No major complaints.

Me alojé recientemente en el Courtyard Niagara Falls y tuve una experiencia increíble de principio a fin. El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta: a pocos pasos de las cataratas, Clifton Hill y una gran variedad de excelentes restaurantes. La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y muy cómoda, con todo lo necesario para una estancia relajante. El personal fue increíblemente amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a responder preguntas y dar recomendaciones locales. Las instalaciones eran excelentes, incluyendo una bonita piscina y un gimnasio bien equipado. El aparcamiento era cómodo y el registro de entrada y salida fue rápido y sencillo. En resumen, este es un lugar fantástico para alojarse si visitas las Cataratas del Niágara. ¡Sin duda volveré!

This was our first time staying at Americana and we are very pleased with the experience. We drove 3 hours from northern Ontario and it was worth it! We went with another family for New Year's Eve and our children had such a wonderful time. We ordered room service, went to the waterpark several times, played in the arcade and our kids had so much fun. We are planning to come back next year!

La habitación era muy bonita y limpia, la ubicación es buena y el aparcamiento estaba incluido, lo cual es una gran ventaja. El único problema que tuvimos fue que pedimos media hora extra para el check-out y nos dijeron que no había problema, pero llamaron a la puerta dos veces. Por lo demás, fue una estancia muy agradable. Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.

Aunque no se puede ver la cascada ni los fuegos artificiales desde el hotel, está ubicado a pocos pasos de Clifton Hill, y las habitaciones son espaciosas y cuentan con desayuno gratuito, lo que lo convierte en una excelente relación calidad-precio. Fue una estancia muy satisfactoria.
