La ubicación es perfecta. A sólo 5 minutos a pie de la Hauptbahnhof. Puedes comprar por 10 € un maravilloso desayuno buffet. Para el almuerzo y la cena tienen buenas comidas. Las habitaciones son muy seguras con camas individuales en el suelo (no camas de estación para subir). La ducha del baño es grande y buena. El mejor lugar para alojarse en el centro de Colonia por poco dinero.

Hemos buscado alojamiento para una noche y hemos encontrado. La ubicación era excelente y todo funcionó bien. Caminar super para llegar a la arena de laxos porque ese era nuestro objetivo era el dormitorio perfecto y es recomendable de nuestro lado. Visite en el próximo concierto, como en nuestro caso.

Era muy tranquilo y limpio. Había un mostrador de atención al cliente y también se podía hacer el check-in de forma automática. El personal de los mostradores fue muy amable.

Odeur de fumée de cigarette dans la chambre et dans les parties communes. Une femme dans la chambre voisine, travaillant apparemment dans cet hôtel, qui n'a cessé de parler fort au téléphone, claqué sa porte, et surtout on l'entendait tousser toutes les 30 secondes. Fenêtres qui laissaient passer tellement d'air avec manque de chauffage la nuit que j'en ai attrapé froid (oui, je suis tombée malade à cause de cela) ! Donc, bien évidemment, je déconseille cet hôtel.

J’avais réservé une chambre lit double et lorsque nous sommes arrivés à la réception et il nous annonce qu’il n’y a plus de lit double mais lit jumeaux. Chose que je n’aime pas car ils s'écarte pendant la nuit. Normalement le prix devait être différent mais il n’a pas voulu changer. Vu l’heure de notre arrivée, je n’ai pas discuté mais ce n’est pas très pro de leur part! Sinon la chambre était très bien sauf un sommier qui faisait du bruit à chaque mouvement.

Overall, it was okay, though it’s not the best hotel imaginable. The location is excellent—it’s a quick and easy walk to the cathedral or the train station. Keep in mind that there is no elevator. There is a narrow staircase, so you’ll have to carry your luggage up to the higher floors. The room is very small; it is genuinely difficult to fit and open two suitcases at the same time. We visited during a very hot spell, so staying in the room without air conditioning was tough. We had to keep the window and doors open to create a cross-breeze. One unpleasant surprise was the complete lack of breakfast; it turned out they had decided not to prepare it due to the heat. However, there was a nice café right across the street. Still, if you just need a place to sleep and the weather isn't too hot, this place works fine.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing – very friendly and helpful. The place was quiet, clean, and had everything I needed. The location was also convenient, close to the airport with restaurants and shops nearby. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s no fan or AC, so it might get a bit warm during summer, but for me, it was perfect. Overall, a very good experience and I’d definitely recommend it.
