這次在科隆入住的這家酒店整體屬於 “中規中矩” 的實用型選擇，沒有明顯短板但也少了些驚喜。位置還算便利，步行到附近的公交站約 5 分鐘，去科隆大教堂、老城區等景點搭乘公共交通或打車都不算繞路，周邊有小超市和簡餐店，日常採購、解決三餐很方便。房間面積適中，單人住足夠寬敞，雙人住稍顯緊湊，傢俱和陳設能看出有些使用痕跡，但整體乾淨整潔，床品柔軟度剛好，睡眠質量沒有受影響；衞生間乾濕分離做得不錯，熱水供應穩定，洗漱用品是基礎款，建議對護膚有要求的朋友自帶。服務方面，前台工作人員態度温和，辦理入住和退房都很高效，問景點路線時也會耐心解答，但沒有主動提供額外的貼心服務（比如本地遊玩推薦、行李寄存延伸服務等）。早餐是簡單的自助形式，麪包、火腿、雞蛋、咖啡、果汁等基礎品類都有，口味中規中矩，能滿足飽腹需求，追求豐富餐食的話可能會覺得有些單一。總體來説，如果你是為了在科隆便捷出行、追求高性價比住宿，這家酒店能滿足基本需求，適合注重實用性而非奢華體驗的旅客。

Muy satisfecho con mi estancia, pasamos una noche increíble, el hotel estaba muy bonito y limpio, la atención del personal igual muy amable y hablaban inglés. Solo hay que considerar que está un poco retirado del centro de colonia; pero si llevas carro no te darás ningún problema. Sin duda regresaría

Hotel location is good about 10 to 15 min walk from Köln Hbf station on mostly flat ground. Room was spacious with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and body lotion provided. Tea & coffee and kettle also provided. But only 1carton (500ml) of water provided daily for two people which I feel was too little and no fridge in the room. Also bed and pillow was too soft with no support for neck and back.. Overall stay was pleasant

The location of the Adina Hotel is very good. It is close to the train station, very convenient, and at the same time surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciated. What I liked most is that the room is well equipped for a longer stay. Having a full-sized fridge, a washing machine, and basic cooking facilities makes a big difference and adds a lot of comfort. The gym is perfectly fine, and there is also a swimming pool, which is a nice bonus. Overall, I was quite happy staying here for an extended period. There are a few downsides though. Housekeeping is supposed to happen every three days, but in reality it is quite irregular and unpredictable. Sometimes it does not happen at all unless you actively ask for it, which is a bit annoying. There is an app to request services, but unfortunately it did not work properly during my stay. Breakfast is okay but very basic and repetitive. The selection was exactly the same every day over two weeks, which gets boring quickly. In general, it is a good hotel for a longer stay, especially if you value space and self-service facilities, but there is room for improvement in housekeeping consistency and breakfast variety.

Habitaciones muy limpias, desayuno muy completo y camas extremadamente cómodas. Si van a colonia pues totalmente recomendado

Limpieza: buena, limpieza rápida y buen servicio. Instalaciones: Se siente bastante bien y además tiene una toma USB. Servicio: La belleza rubia de la recepción es muy hermosa y el servicio es muy paciente. Ella me tradujo incluso si no hablaba inglés. Debería tener mi información de contacto. El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de tren, de la catedral de Colonia y de la calle comercial, lo que satisface mis necesidades.

Nos encantó el Hotel en fotos no se aprecia realmente,lo acogedor que es ,muy buen servicio en Restaurante un día llegamos tarde a desayunar y amablemente nos prepararon algo sencillo fuera de horario , eso se valora mucho,. recomendable 100%ñ

Las instalaciones son buenas y la ubicación es conveniente, especialmente si se llega en metro al centro de negocios. Hay un ascensor justo afuera del hotel que lleva directamente a la estación de metro, lo que facilita el desplazamiento. Este hotel es una excelente opción para quienes visitan Colonia por primera vez.

Great location and very near to tram. Room is relatively small and without kettle. Breakfast is average with basic.

No fue la mejor experiencia por varias razones. En primer lugar, la habitación carecía de algunos detalles pequeños pero importantes; por ejemplo, no había hervidor. En segundo lugar, la limpieza no estaba a la altura; había suciedad visible, sobre todo en el baño. Las toallas no se cambian a diario (la habitación solo se limpia cada tres días), lo cual es bastante sorprendente para un hotel de cuatro estrellas; es la primera vez que nos pasa. Además, el personal de recepción no nos dio mucha información y no nos dio ninguna explicación.
