El servicio es muy bueno. Está cerca de la iglesia y está a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de tren. Hay una sala de exhibición junto a ella. Y luego pase 10 minutos, pero la tienda también es conveniente para comprar comida. La decoración del hotel es más limpia. No hay una buena fotografía. La habitación no es grande. Pero hay que tener.

This hotel is not close to the airport you will need a bus and it's 7 stops away and you will still need to walk 15 minutes. There is a airport shuttle to the airport. Friendly staff, I personally felt the room was warm for me but my son said he was a little cold. I guess it is personal preference. There us on site restaurant and bar but I felt for us it was a little on the pricey side but there was a supermarket and local food shops close by.

這次在科隆入住的這家酒店整體屬於 “中規中矩” 的實用型選擇，沒有明顯短板但也少了些驚喜。位置還算便利，步行到附近的公交站約 5 分鐘，去科隆大教堂、老城區等景點搭乘公共交通或打車都不算繞路，周邊有小超市和簡餐店，日常採購、解決三餐很方便。房間面積適中，單人住足夠寬敞，雙人住稍顯緊湊，傢俱和陳設能看出有些使用痕跡，但整體乾淨整潔，床品柔軟度剛好，睡眠質量沒有受影響；衞生間乾濕分離做得不錯，熱水供應穩定，洗漱用品是基礎款，建議對護膚有要求的朋友自帶。服務方面，前台工作人員態度温和，辦理入住和退房都很高效，問景點路線時也會耐心解答，但沒有主動提供額外的貼心服務（比如本地遊玩推薦、行李寄存延伸服務等）。早餐是簡單的自助形式，麪包、火腿、雞蛋、咖啡、果汁等基礎品類都有，口味中規中矩，能滿足飽腹需求，追求豐富餐食的話可能會覺得有些單一。總體來説，如果你是為了在科隆便捷出行、追求高性價比住宿，這家酒店能滿足基本需求，適合注重實用性而非奢華體驗的旅客。

Hotel location is good about 10 to 15 min walk from Köln Hbf station on mostly flat ground. Room was spacious with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and body lotion provided. Tea & coffee and kettle also provided. But only 1carton (500ml) of water provided daily for two people which I feel was too little and no fridge in the room. Also bed and pillow was too soft with no support for neck and back.. Overall stay was pleasant

Limpieza: buena, limpieza rápida y buen servicio. Instalaciones: Se siente bastante bien y además tiene una toma USB. Servicio: La belleza rubia de la recepción es muy hermosa y el servicio es muy paciente. Ella me tradujo incluso si no hablaba inglés. Debería tener mi información de contacto. El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de tren, de la catedral de Colonia y de la calle comercial, lo que satisface mis necesidades.

The location of the Adina Hotel is very good. It is close to the train station, very convenient, and at the same time surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciated. What I liked most is that the room is well equipped for a longer stay. Having a full-sized fridge, a washing machine, and basic cooking facilities makes a big difference and adds a lot of comfort. The gym is perfectly fine, and there is also a swimming pool, which is a nice bonus. Overall, I was quite happy staying here for an extended period. There are a few downsides though. Housekeeping is supposed to happen every three days, but in reality it is quite irregular and unpredictable. Sometimes it does not happen at all unless you actively ask for it, which is a bit annoying. There is an app to request services, but unfortunately it did not work properly during my stay. Breakfast is okay but very basic and repetitive. The selection was exactly the same every day over two weeks, which gets boring quickly. In general, it is a good hotel for a longer stay, especially if you value space and self-service facilities, but there is room for improvement in housekeeping consistency and breakfast variety.

Un hotel típico alemán con camas pequeñas y edredones finos. Está bien para un viaje de negocios. El desayuno también es una mañana tradicional alemana. La ubicación es bastante buena y está cerca del centro de la ciudad. Hay una tarifa de aparcamiento. Recuerda, son 20 euros la noche.

Struggled to get through to the hotel as the phone number on the app used to make booking was in correct. The hotel is easy to find and transport links from the airport I give a 10/10 plus connection to the city was super easy. Upon arrival, the service desk staff were pleasant and apologised. Finally checked in and the room was clean and well done. However, my room was facing the major road and extremely noisy during the entire stay as the road is a busy one.  Ordered a late dinner and disappointed with my under done beef patty, the bun it came with required an electric knife to get through. I did complain and an apology was given.  Now, the hotel room doors bang whenever they’re being closed and made my stay unbearable. Something definitely needs to be done as I was put off!! Before retiring to bed, I hung the notice to not be disturbed..alas! the following morning after breakfast I just wanted to have a quiet time but I was rudely interrupted, disturbed coupled with the loud doors as the cleaners went about their inspections 2 x in a space of 10 minutes.  I would have loved to stay here on future visits but it’s a NO!!  The breakfast was lovely, sauna and swimming pool facilities too. I did not use the gym. Otherwise it’s in a good safe location.

La ubicación del hotel es buena. Las habitaciones fueron en general limpias pero bastante estrechas cuando se va al baño. Las camas fueron cómodas. Cuando le pregunté, nos dieron caldera y vidrio. También es un buen acto! Si se ingresa antes, tendrá que pagar 30 euros adicionales. Por lo tanto, llegamos al hotel a las 15:06, y el receptor dijo que no han preparado la habitación para tercera persona. La habitación era muy caliente, pero no podíamos respirar normalmente.

Podría haber elegido el hotel con el termó para celebrar mi cumpleaños con mi familia. Estamos llegando demasiado pronto, pero podíamos entrar. En el restaurante nos sirvimos muy apropiados y amables y cuando se nos dio cuenta de que mi cumpleaños está a punto o incluso decorar una mesa extra. Todo en general, la comida también era muy buena, el termismo era sensacional. Tuvimos un buen tiempo y gracias.
