La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Caminar a la calle de Camino de Zhongshan Road por unos minutos. Una pequeña sección de camino a la derecha de la puerta tiene que ir a la gran ciudad, playa de la ciudad blanca, Huli Mountain Tail, autobús del jardín vegetal, hay una tienda de comida junto a ella, realmente muy conveniente. El personal de la tienda de sopa también es muy entusiasta. Estamos en vuelo de noche. Al llegar al hotel, alguien recibió. Aunque el cuarto de la habitación es un poco pequeño, hay instalaciones que deberían tener, también limpias, muy bien.

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

FFreebird_GraceUna estancia cómoda. Desde que es una propiedad bastante nueva, las camas, las instalaciones y las zonas comunes están en buenas condiciones. Aún no se puede controlar la calidad de los huéspedes. Pero Xiamen atrae a los huéspedes que permanecen más tiempo, o a los desempleados. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el personal de servicio es muy amigable y muy amigable.

YYvonneThis place is all about location! Out of lobby, road junction turn left and you are at Ba Shi (八市) and turning right you are heading towards Zhongshan Road pedestrian walk (中山路步行街）. It was easy to hail a taxi in front of the hotel too. Airport is around 20-40mins away to the hotel. Once out of the hotel, there is food aplenty and a 7-11 just across the junction. The front desk staffs are all friendly and willing to help and a pleasure to chat with. Rooms are small but clean and the cleaning lady is a delight as well. Always with a smile when I see her.
I enjoyed the washer and dryer amenity as I was there for a week and washing powder / detergent is provided. Open from 9am - 10pm.
I do find the window view not much of a view. This is the old district, so buildings are looking their age. The toilet flushing is quite loud and if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs.
My mom enjoyed the firm bed whilst I would have preferred a softer one.
Photos on website are the same as what you see. I attach photo of washer, my window view （I see another window) and view from rooftop access.
Will return if I visit Xiamen again. 谢谢大家殷勤招待！

MMiaw GWe booked the 4 bedrooms apartment, if you are here for the view you won’t be disappointed. Otherwise the place is like a hostel, whole building is used for room rental, and cafes, spa are on the same building. We were on 53rd floor and there is a cafe a few unit away. It seems that they can run any kind of business as they pleased. Mostly young adults and the place is very very busy, I guess it’s because it’s next to the university.
They make you register for check in on an app but all the gate and lift access system are broken. We came from B1 carpark and we can take the lift right up to the room without any security check, I was worried about security but it seems that there are cameras everywhere.
The apartment was disappointing as it was old and run down. The mahjong table was broken, the sofa are not comfortable, the shower room is mouldy and if you use the rain shower it will flood as the drainage is not efficient. The kitchen was fitted with Miele oven/washer/hood but they don’t seems to allow you to use it as they keep bedsheets and miscellaneous thing in all the drawers and oven. No utensils of any kind. We did make use of the big fridge though.
I do have to say the owner/housekeeper and cleaner are very responsive to all the requests, my aircon was broken and they send someone to fix it at 10pm, but can only be fixed the next day, luckily I have the spare room to sleep in for the 1st night. (Aircon is loud in the small room too, had to wear earplugs)
The view from the apartment is magnificent, period.

JJune hueJust wanted to give a shoutout for hooking us up with that sweet balcony room upgrade—much appreciated! The room was pretty fancy, loved having that cozy sofa and coffee table to chill out on. And big props to the staff, they were super friendly and even hooked us up with extra mineral water when we asked.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hand wash provided, surpassing the typical soap.
The hotel's location is fantastic, within walking distance to the railway station and two METRO stations, as well as close to a bus stop. Additionally, there is an Underground Shopping Center at the MRT station, where you can purchase groceries, including fresh cut fruits, snacks, and daily essentials at a more affordable price compared to convenience stores.
However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The cleanliness of the room could be better—I encountered an insect (possibly a cockroach) on my bed on the third day of my stay, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, I found the bed to be extremely firm, making it SUPERB difficult to fall asleep comfortably.
Overall, despite a few minor issues, my experience at your hotel was enjoyable, thanks to the welcoming staff, convenient location, and thoughtful amenities.

OohdearrrEn el hotel, el hotel está muy bien, pero no me gustan las cosas. En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se encuentra en el hotel. La habitación era limpia, pero la caldera de agua era crusta y desgustadora. No hay secador de pelo, las toallas estaban disponibles. No hay conexión en la habitación (no puedo utilizar mi itinerancia de datos) y wifi sólo puedo conectarla la de la recepción porque el wifi de la habitación requiere un número chino (hk y macau no pueden también). La prueba de sonido es mala (pero puedo aceptarla por el precio pagado). Aunque debo decir que la ubicación es muy conveniente, en la calle de compras de la calle Pero eso significa que los coches no pueden entrar 🥲 Mi conductor didi me dejó en una calle principal y pasé bastante tiempo localizando el hotel mientras arrastraba mi También porque está situado en una calle trasera, no puede ser la más segura para los viajeros solos como yo.
Conclusión: Este hotel no es un buen negocio. Sólo reservarlo si usted prioriza el ahorro de dinero (también no es barato...) sobre la comodidad/seguridad. No volveré a visitar este hotel.

Not like described. I asked non smoking room but got room with smoke smell and ashtray was included. Bed was hard like stone and cinema asked for administrator. Check in needed calling for landlord and without any Chinese skills it may be difficult. As well landlord asked us to register ourselves thru app and it was as well only Chinese. Not easy for foreigners. After my complaint landlord gave another apartment what was in 50th floor and bed was much more softer. Thank you for that. Strange was that normal towels were not included. Instead of normal towels there were some strange disposable towel. Building himself is almost new but some mouldering is visible and that is not nice. As well the windows were a bit dirty.

UUsuario invitadoReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.

UUsuario invitadoNear airport so no complaints. Took a DiDi cos it's damn affordable. Bus is even more affordable but have to walk slightly further. Either free pickup or drop off only. I choose drop off cos I had a early morning flight. Anyway there was a sign saying no drop offs after 8am. Dunno why.
I reached early and the corridor was like a battlefield, linens all over the floor. At least it showed they really changed the linens in every room.
My room has this frosted window pane and another clear transparent pane on top just outside the toilet. There were no curtains at the window but there is one nearer the bed so I suggest not walking naked from the bed to the toilet.
Receptionist/?boss/driver is the same man. I'm not too sure if I should complain that he was without a smile throughout my check-in process.
Oh and no elevator, for those carrying luggage. The reception is on the 2nd floor.
But lots of nice food in the vicinity!
