El ambiente es elegante y el aire es puro. ¡El servicio del dueño es sencillamente magnífico! Incluso nos recogieron y nos llevaron de vuelta cuando fuimos a Tianzidi. ¡Excelente! Reservamos la planta baja pensando que sería ruidosa por la noche, pero dormimos de maravilla.

This boutique hotel truly deserves every excellent review it has received. It is conveniently located very close to OMG and exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel was spotlessly clean—honestly even cleaner and better organized than a four-star hotel we stayed at in Shanghai. Every corner of the property was well maintained, making our stay very comfortable. What really makes this hotel exceptional is Mr. Jiang. He is one of the kindest and most helpful hotel staff members I have ever met. He went above and beyond to assist us with booking theme park tickets, explaining the entry procedures, and making both our check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. When he learned that we are a Muslim family with halal dietary requirements, he generously allowed us to use the hotel’s kitchen to warm up our food, which meant a lot to us. His kindness, hospitality, and unlimited generosity made our stay truly memorable. Thank you, Mr. Jiang, for everything. We will always remember your exceptional service and hope to visit again in the future.

來了一場説走就走的短途旅行，下午買好高鐵票後，就搜附近住宿，因為帶娃不想一大早趕早，就想着離心跳樂園越近越好，搜的時候看到了這家民宿。以前出去旅遊基本都住酒店，第一次嘗試民宿。到達目的地後，遠超預期，老闆娘很熱情，免費升級了親子房，環境很不錯，房間裏面很乾凈，很温馨，娃也表示好喜歡，房間多了可供娃玩的積木玩具。關鍵離心跳樂園是真的超級近，轉個彎就直走一點點路就到樂園入口了。另外民宿附近很多麪館和小吃，價格味道都可以。太便捷了，如果以後再來玩，還會定這家民宿。

This a very cosy and serene accommodation that is away from the city. They both are very friendly and helpful hosts. they help us book entry tickets for the attractions which is within 5 mins walk from their accommodation. they are also kind enough to drive us to and fro from the park. as this town is away from the city, food can also be ordered through the owner, they can cook and provide simple meal or order in for you through nearby restaurant. This place is highly recommended for family with children. the kids get to be away from the city and enjoy a serene stay. Their yard is large enough for children to have fun. The human touch with the hosts gives us a special experience to immerse with the culture they have in this small little town. Most importantly the place is clean and big enough to accommodate our family of 4. Greatly appreciate their hosting.

一家很熱情的民宿，老闆和老闆娘都很好，幫忙給電車充電送我們去心跳樂園，早飯還給我們帶了非遺小籠包，我們訂的房間小床有點小，老闆娘給我換了1.2米的，服務和衞生都很好👍。以後桐廬就這家了。

Decidimos alojarnos en este hostal porque queríamos ir al parque OMG Heartbeat, ¡que está a solo 5 minutos a pie! ¡Es perfecto para eso! Pero si también quieres ir al centro de Tonglu, está un poco lejos. En taxi se tarda unos 40 minutos. Los dueños fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron con el equipaje, pero el check-out fue un poco confuso porque no había nadie en recepción y no sabíamos cómo llamar a nadie. La habitación era pequeña, pero cómoda, y la televisión tenía muchas películas para ver. En inglés, japonés y chino. Incluso teníamos balcón. La ducha también era bastante cómoda y, comparado con otros hoteles, el champú y el gel de ducha eran muy buenos.

La habitación es grande, la cama es grande, y el hijo de 17 años se lleva a viajar. Este tipo de dos habitaciones es mejor. El caballo está limpio y es muy útil.
