He is one of the kindest and most helpful hotel staff members I have ever met. Lo más importante es que ningún empleado vino a recibirme. Nunca me había encontrado con un hotel de más de mil dólares con el inodoro y el lavabo atascados. Fue una experiencia terrible. Puedes revisar la habitación 1301 para ver si el inodoro y el lavabo estaban atascados a la vez. El técnico dijo que el inodoro y el lavabo estaban atascados por algo que el huésped anterior tiró. Además, el refrigerador está más que muerto; no enfría nada. Todo lo que puse allí se echó a perder al día siguiente. Y el último huésped dejó un durian en el refrigerador, que olía fatal."
