這家酒店真的超出預期！老闆特別熱情，從入住到離開都讓人感覺很親切，有問必答還會主動分享周邊攻略。一房間視野超讚，推開窗就是開闊景色，讓人心情一下子就亮了。屋裡的裝修設計很有格調，細節處看得出來用心，設施也都很新很完善，住起來特別舒服。早餐種類豐富，味道也很地道，能吃得飽飽的開啟一天行程。最方便的是位置，離瑤琳仙境和心跳樂園都超近，節省了不少路上的時間，玩起來更盡興。更驚喜的是酒店裡還有唱K、遊戲機和桌球可以玩，不管是同行的朋友小聚，還是帶娃消磨時間都超合適，完全不會覺得無聊～ 下次來還選這兒！

Excellent bed and breakfast place with big rooms, fantastic views of the mountains and river, and friendly staff. The cafe downstairs in the lobby is great and breakfast was seasonal and very good. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We wanted to visit Tonglu for a 2 day 1 night trip to take a break from the city, and Flowing Cloud gave us the zen experience that we were looking for. Overall, the architecture of the whole place was just beautiful. The room that we booked was aesthetic, clean and very spacious. The crew’s service was also impeccable. They were very friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable. We opted to eat dinner at the hotel and enjoyed our meal. It was home cooked and was very comforting. There were activities in the day and night time to keep us occupied. We appreciated that as we did not drive to the accommodation and going out would have required some pre planning. We will definitely want to visit again.

This a very cosy and serene accommodation that is away from the city. They both are very friendly and helpful hosts. they help us book entry tickets for the attractions which is within 5 mins walk from their accommodation. they are also kind enough to drive us to and fro from the park. as this town is away from the city, food can also be ordered through the owner, they can cook and provide simple meal or order in for you through nearby restaurant. This place is highly recommended for family with children. the kids get to be away from the city and enjoy a serene stay. Their yard is large enough for children to have fun. The human touch with the hosts gives us a special experience to immerse with the culture they have in this small little town. Most importantly the place is clean and big enough to accommodate our family of 4. Greatly appreciate their hosting.

La cama es muy cómoda y tiene una ducha de fab. Me desconecté de la foto de la habitación pero tengo una de la desayuno. El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas, donde se encuentran los mejores de los que se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad.

El Hotel Crystal Hangzhou es un sueño que se ha convertido en realidad. Desde el momento en que abrimos la puerta a nuestra habitación, nos saludaron las ventanas de piso a techo que enmarcaban un paisaje urbano atractivo, el tipo de vista que le hace descansar y simplemente ahogarlo todo. Todas las áreas de nuestra estadía fueron infalibles: la habitación inesperatamente limpia y elegante, el personal caliente y atento, el acogedor desayuno extendido, y la inviable proximidad del hotel a las atracciones de Hangzhou. Es raro encontrar un hotel que equilibra el lujo, el confort y la comodidad tan perfecto, pero Crystal Hotel ofrece en cada cuenta. Si te gusta despertar hasta las vistas inolvidables y el servicio sin salir, este es el lugar. 10/10...highly recomendado sin un momento de hesitar!

Great hotel in a very scenic area. If you want to stay in a nice calm place with a beautiful views this is a place to go. It’s a few kilometers from all the restaurants, located deep in the valley, so be ready to take a cab. Amazing place to have a little rest from the busy city life.

一家很熱情的民宿，老闆和老闆娘都很好，幫忙給電車充電送我們去心跳樂園，早飯還給我們帶了非遺小籠包，我們訂的房間小床有點小，老闆娘給我換了1.2米的，服務和衞生都很好👍。以後桐廬就這家了。

Este lugar es agradable, pero no lo considero un hotel. Es en algún lugar entre un B&B y un hotel. Las habitaciones están muy bien en tamaño y vienen con balcón, el aire acondicionado es lo suficientemente fuerte para los días de verano calientes. No obstante, se prepárense para estar lejos de cualquier suministro de comida o bebida! Tiene una gran vista, aunque se les dice que tienen un caliente es hecho por hombre que usted sólo puede ordenar la habitación con un baño será similar, y no necesita pagar 500rmb por ella.  La comida en casa no es mala, recomendaría que ordenara un día de antelación. Ofrecen también servicios de 500rmb, barbecue que creo que es abominable porque no incluye el costo de la comida. Si tienes un mal retroceso, sólo vete a los hoteles internacionales con estrella. Tienen insectos gigantes que entran en la noche, ten cuidado de no dejarlos entrar en la noche.
