La ubicación del hotel no es muy buena, parece un lugar que no es muy serio, abajo está el club de striptease del mismo nombre. Sin embargo, el servicio en la recepción es bastante entusiasta, ayudando a llevar el equipaje, verificar la información de la agencia de viajes y llamar a un taxi (por supuesto, también tengo una propina). El servicio de salud no es bueno. No sé si no dejé propina el primer día. Regresé al día siguiente y descubrí que no había limpiado la habitación. Otros están bien, camine hasta la Torre CN durante unos 30 minutos.

El personal de recepción fue muy bueno. La habitación estaba bien, pero tenía un olor a humedad extraño, probablemente debido a la alfombra. El colchón de la cama era horrible y definitivamente necesita ser reemplazado. En general, estuvo bien. La ubicación era perfecta para mis necesidades.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, está a 6 minutos en coche del aeropuerto y cuesta 13 yuanes en Uber. La habitación no es pequeña, la ropa de cama y los artículos de baño son normales, pero se proporcionan dos botellas de agua embotellada todos los días, lo cual es muy bueno para Samsung en Canadá. For the amount of space you get, this place is an excellent bargain. We had two bedrooms (each with a large desk, desk chair, TV, and cabinets), a kitchen area, and bathroom all for a very low price. The whole space was very clean and well maintained. We would have appreciated if the kitchen was a little more stocked, at least with a few cutlery, cups, and plates. We booked this place because we were flying out of Toronto airport the next day, and since our flight was later in the day, we were hoping we could store our luggage in the lobby and explore the area a bit. However luggage storage was not provided, and the receptionist didn't have any suggestions on other options. Otherwise we had a great time relaxing in our rooms, and appreciated the great desk space and comfortable beds before our flight.

Understanding what this place is will help with expectations. It’s not a 5 star hotel and it’s not meant to be. While there are some rooms that have a private washroom, many have a shared washroom with a couple washrooms on each level. Kind of like a hostel. If you’re looking for a place to sleep for a night or 2 in a great location in downtown Toronto, without having to spend a new car payment, then this place is great. Beds are clean and comfortable. I got a room with 2 single beds for under $130 after missing my train and needing a place to sleep until the next train in the morning. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to Union Station. Service is friendly.

If you are looking for a clean comfortable bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen very close to everything at a reasonable price, this is the place to be. It's not the Ritz by any stretch of the imagination, but it does the job. The check-in staff was courteous and helpful. Next time I am in Toronto, I will definitely book at the Dragon Gate Inn.
