Una gran actitud y servicio por parte de recepción; sin embargo, en el baño de la habitación había insectos, cucarachas, manchas y olor a humedad, el aire acondicionado no se puede apagar.

Son unos estafadore me cobraron la estancia y no me entregaron la habitacion . P q ya no tenia y mi bebe mi esposo y yo tubimos que dormir en el auto . En el parking de una gasolinera 😡😡😡

Nada me gusto esta horrible la limpieza fatal y ahí muchas chinches en la cama me dejaron mi cuerpo lleno de piquetes y mucha comezón fue algo horrible la limpieza fatal huele muy feo el cuarto súper súper sucio

Yeah this place a terrible. If you are looking for a quick stay and don’t mind staying in a dirty room this is the place for you. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I reserved a 2 bed room and when we got in there the shower was already on and the water was leaking into the room. So they gave us another room 1 king bed and the rom looked used. Literally look like they just came in there and made the bed and left out. The bed was nasty, the towels were already used, chip crumbs everywhere. Dont even waste your time.

room was filthy. floors were dirty. bedding and sheets had crumbs and hair in them like they were never changed. microwave and fridge was dirty. only had 3 towels, had to ask for more. also had to ask for clean sheets. couch looks like it's been threw a dump. dirt/grime everywhere. their was crayon drawings all over the walls from previous travels children. room didn't have any soap & only one roll of tissue, had to ask for more. they left a used one in the room from the previous people. overall, disgusting. very uncomfortable stay. wouldn't not recommend for self or family trips. ESPECIALLY if you have young children like i did. i didn't even want my baby sleeping in the bed. i had to buy lysol and spray the entire room down before we could even bring our things inside. just horrible.

The property felt unsafe and was filthy
No towels in the room, water pressure horrible and at first brown water came out of pipes. Refused to provide linens for pull out couch that part of the listing. Told me to take it up with ******* for misinformation in the listing couch was stained.
Staff was behind locked window which made me think we were in an unsafe environment. Place was filthy, people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. Smelled like cigarettes and pot. Place was run down.
